Order half chicken and I got the spine of chicken usually at nandoes they don't do that and there was no sauce on the chicken 🐔 I know it's camberwell nandoes so maybe they do things differently

Very nice food and very good service it is fantabulous

They messed up our order, we sat at our table for nearly an hour with no food just drinks, when we asked manager he just kept saying it's coming, other dinners that came after us were getting served he then noticed something was wrong and went in kitchen to find out what was taking so long, food finally arrived and he apologised however only half of my daughters food arrived so we complained again, he asked to see receipt on our phone and realised the mistake was on them, he couldn't apologise enough and brought my daughter a brand new plate of food even tho she had already started the first dish and reimbursed her for the full price of her meal. No body is perfect & my family and I acknowledge that people make mistakes we didn't cause a scene and accepted their apology. The food was excellent, tasty and filling and the floor manager very nice. The restaurant is in Camberwell so mixture of various nationalities & ethnicities very happy & fun atmosphere would definitely return despite our experience.

Manager and staff made an extra effort to make our colleagues’s birthday extra special.

The food is not bad there but not served hot enough. The broccoli was undercooked. The sunset burger was very nice though. The team was short staffed that day, so it has to be taken into account. The chicken is always good.

Customer service was on point, the manager was very inviting and welcoming. The server staff was nice. Just wasn't a music and vibes as I found other Nandos. Food was good. I still had a nice time.

Nice food, clean, and helpful staff. They can be very busy at the weekend, but they can accommodate big groups, and they have great wheelchair access. Paid parking nearby and easy to get to by bus. Unfortunately, they no longer accept Blue light cards. Their soft drinks menu is limited, expensive, and acquired taste. Disappointingly, they do not serve any hot drinks.

The food at this Nando’s has always been reliable but the service is what sets the branch apart. Every time we go we get warm friendly service from all the team that work here.

Lovely! Came here with a few friends yesterday and had an amazing time. The food was great, really flavourful, and cooked to perfection. It also came quickly, and the staff were so hard-working and friendly, especially the manager, Jack. You can tell the staff really do all they can to provide you with a great dining experience. 10/10 Would recommend, my friends and I have been multiple times and will definitely be coming back soon!

We came and it was so busy on a Friday night. It was my nieces 13th birthday. Jack was incredible.

First time I have ever tried Nando's. It was a busy Friday night but after a 10 minute wait we were given a table. I was invited to use their online ordering system and we placed our order at 7.30pm. Drinks and starter arrived quite quickly, but 25 mins later we were still waiting for main courses. We told the head waiter/boss and he said he'd go check. After another 15 mins, still no food and we asked the other waiter what was going on and he was rather rude and gruffly said he'd check again. Eventually, after nearly an hour, our food arrived and it was actually quite nice, albeit not as hot as it could have been. When we left I politely spoke to the boss/waiter and suggested perhaps their ordering system might be faulty due to our excessive wait and the fact we seemed to be served out of turn. As we went out the door, he chased after us and said if we gave him details of the order, he could refund us in full. I was slightly pleasantly surprised and accepted his offer and an hour later the refund was processed, so all in all quite a satisfactory resolution. Kudos to him and food was good. They just need to sort out priorities on table service times.

A very good service Our manager today was excellent it was very busy and staff looked stressed but the food received was hot and fresh. Good service!

today March 28 at 13:20 I went to Nandos to pick up my order there was a manager named Andru, he spoke to me rudely and said that I was here as a manager, my order was ready but after 20 minutes he gave me my order and for what I said give me I want my order, he got angry, I want to tell the administrator of Nandos, watch your employees.

I haven't been here for a long time but this visit was good. Food was a reasonable time coming and service was good. Really polite staff.

Delivery service is very bad. I ordered at 7.30pm and is 8.42p. And each 5 minutes they change the delivery slot!!!

Welcomed and served by these two lovely people named Maria and Steve the restaurant got busy, but they provided excellent and flawless service. They even informed us about the locations of the WC and wash basin, along with guidance on how to place orders.

John who was a manager was very rude to me after I ordered my lunch to go back to work at the hospital. I waited for over one hour which made it impossible for me to have lunch. Another manager by the name of Samuel was very kind and sorted out the problem. I left feeling angry. John needs some customer service training. More over I could hardly understand his english. After almost one year vowing never to eat at Nandos Camberwell. I have gone in today on my lunch break. To be served by John again. I wanted 36 minutes. Got cold chips and worst is I ordered two.portions.the meal was cold . I try to talk to John he walked away. I vomited when I leave the store the chicken was disgusting. They seem to treat people differently. I dine alone so I got raw chicken. I had to leave in a hurry as I needed to get back to work. Spoke to a female manager who was very kind and understanding. But I do think I deserve my money back. I will be returning for a refund. BUT I WILL NEVER EAT AT CAMBERWELL NANDOS AGAIN. BRIXTON AND EAST CROYDON ARE THE BEST.

We heard about these delicious restaurants of London through recommendations. This restaurant has a great menu, we actually would love to come back and try more on the menu. The drinks were very boring so we did not order anything. From an afro Portugese restaurant we expected more tropical drinks. We loved how spicy the food was. The amazing sauce they have too. The mushroom burger was outstanding. THEY REALLY PUT A VERY VERY BIG MUSHROOM ON IT. We expected very small ones lol, We never seen anything like it. As a lover of mushrooms we so enjoyed the burger. The meat on its own we ordered was good too. Very spicy and cooked well. There is a spot where u can wash your hands after eating instead of going to the bathroom. I really recommend this spot to anyone reading this. Top 10 spot we ate on our vacation. Greetings from the netherlands

Tonight has been my first time in this chain which seems to be a sacred place for chicken meat 🐔 🍗 🐓 and a “must to go” place if you live in UK. Jack, thank you so much, you have been an amazing host ! You are a great asset for your company ! I wish all companies had such a valuable a devote employee like you are ! Got takeaway from this Nando’s and it was very nice. The Churrasco burger was good but quite spicy. the new mac and cheese is pretty nice. Chips were good. The only thing is the takeaway wait is quite long (20-25 mins). But apart from that all good and they were friendly

Made a takeaway in branch and never checked contents inside the bag. Got back to our destination and to our surprise our portion size was relevant to a children’s meal. Called the store to make a complaint and was told to we could bring items back and get a refund. Absolutely scandalous!!!

5 stars for Priya she is an absolute star, she is quick, she delivered amazing service to us. She deserves a raise she made this experience at Nando’s for us amazing. Dined out tonight and I must say the food, staff and atmosphere was great. The food was nice and hot, well cooked and presented elegantly on the plate. We didn't have to wait to long for the food and didn't have to wait to long for a table (in which we came at a busy period). The staff behind the till are always friendly and polite and the floor staff are constantly buzzing around ensuring everyone is looked after. Jack in particular is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. He is professional, friendly, and always aims to make sure we are never waiting to long for our food. Jack also has a calming nature and I often hear him asking other customers if they are allright and if there is anything else they need. We are regulars and must say Nandos in camberwell is the best, we have never had any bad experiences, will continue to eat here and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an evening out.

Excellent communication with the manager on Shift. Food was served pretty quick even when we were told there is a bit of wait.

My partner and I was greeted at the door by Jack with a warm welcome, my partner was super impressed and said he has never been welcomed to a Nandos like that before as it’s always busy and rush, rush in other places we been in the past but in here the staff were super polite and friendly, the food was very yummy 🤤 and loved my sharing platter chicken with our sides( thanks to the chefs for all your hard work) I would definitely come back again, it’s clean, warm, with a nice atmosphere and would definitely comeback again. Thanks Jack and the whole team for such a lovely experience in your branch tonight.

Came for quick lunch with family Stevie wonder has been amazing leading by example not only to us but we have seen him being over attentive to other customers offer help and going beyond we had. A lovely time food was superb and the service was excellent the staff was great too cooked well and didn’t have to wait longer and the allergies were very clear before we order Steve make sure It met our requirements

Great ambiance, lovely place to eat, chilled and with friends, you can relax no pressure to leave the tables, average dine time about 2 hours, quick service. Great discount for nhs worker badge preferably bluelight card. Clean toilets rustic decor.

The manager was very nice , and came to inform us there abit of a wait for the food due to a high order of whole chicken. Had a much better experience here, then other branches.

I have been going to this branch for a few years during lunch hours. It’s a bit of a hit and miss for service due to staffing levels. Although recently we haven’t had any problems there may be days that food may be significantly delayed. Chicken is usually good but no the best version for Nando. (sometimes dry depending on who is at grill on the day). Many tables inside and out.

i understand that restaurants can be busy sometimes. i get it. but i’m not sure if she was a manger but she spoke Spanish and has long black hair wavyish. i came and she said do i need anything and i told her i ordered online for pick up and she said wait is 20 minutes but now is an extra 5. i came in at 2:10. i asked my food to be ready at 2:00 and ordered at 1:30. so i gave them 40 minutes total. what annoyed me is that she told me i have to wait, she didn’t ask me what i ordered, she didn’t ask me for my name she just assumed it wasn’t ready yet and was giving small attitude because it was busy but that is not my fault. so i ask another member of staff (looked like another manger) and i told her i ordered online and she asked me for my name and what i had ordered and my food was literally ready all that time under the counter ready to be collected. :) again i understand restaurants get busy but it doesn’t mean just brush other customers of your shoulders because you don’t have the time for them or to check properly. thanks

The staff were so friendly and kind to us. Made our meal very nice and everything was done very quickly to perfection. I don’t ofter leave a tip unless the service is amazing but unfortunately as I pre-paid and didn’t have any cash on me, I wasn’t able to tip so next time I visit I will be sure to bring plenty of cash. The interior of this Nandos is one of the best i’ve been to and the vibes were perfect.

This is our local and we love coming here. Staff member Jack is great. On every visit he always makes sure we are looked after,happy with our food and the service is. We can see he does that with everyone. Not sure if he is a manager but he deserves to be.
