Absolutamente fantástico domingo asado! La carne de res se cocinó a la perfección, el pudín Yorkshire era enorme y crujiente, y la salsa estaba rica y llena de sabor. Gran ambiente y servicio de primera categoría, sin duda uno de los mejores asados de Clapham. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Megan offered amazing service and was so kind. Please give her a raise!! I worked here on my laptop and will 100% be back. Lots of outlets and cozy working spots. Awesome location and wonderful staff and vibes

Early dinner - 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. Great options of food for the little ones. Adult meal was alright. Very loud environment, perhaps due to weekend and overlap with bottomless brunch.

Jaroslous and all the staff in general were amazing! Always a pleasure to come for a coffee and some Turkish eggs!

Megans at Clapham has been our comfort place since 2019. Jaroslaw has been an absolute great host. Super-fast and kind, I have never had such a great service before.

What a lovely brunch I had there with my friend today. the menu is impeccable - so much to choose from, so hard to decide. I went for the eggs Benedict and they were absolutely delicious. I ordered a side of those little hash browns and they were fantastic - melting in the mouth. wonderful ambiance and a snazzy playlist. the service was wonderful too - special thanks to Jane, she was so attentive and sweet. thank you! worth crossing the whole of London for the delish food. I will be back!

Don’t rate the food here sadly I think it’s a bit over hyped - brunch is average and came cold. Have previously had dinner here and they do some evening offers which actually wasn’t bad at all but brunch I won’t be back.

Megan’s never disappoints and Austin made our meal here a quality experience, he was attentive and helped us with fantastic recommendations!

Super loud place where groups of people were standing up for a while talking over our heads. The waiter was friendly but also over explained a lot of things and wouldn’t allow us to have bacon on a side plate rather than on the plate as my friend was Muslim but we were gonna split pancakes for dessert. He then was really pushy for a review at the end and said he doesn’t care about the service charge but prefers a review but still continued to charge us the service (we don’t mind paying if it goes to the staff of course). We also had to try and find staff whenever we needed anything, we asked three different members of staff for the bill

The atmosphere of the place was super cozy and pleasant, you didn't want to leave!!! And the service was great, Yaris served us and the attention was exceptional: friendly, attentive, friendly and super professional as well as approachable. We are from Mallorca but if not doubt we will repeat if we return to London! Thanks to the team and thanks Yaris for such a special New Year's Eve!

Food came out cold so couldn’t enjoy it. Cast iron pan freezing cold. Nothing was fresh or hot which is a shame because the food would have been nice. We did get a discount due to the issue with the food. Busy place so can get very loud.

We came on New Year’s Eve and was served by Jane. She was so lovely and personable. Our 2 year old danced all night and Jane was so friendly and welcoming our daughter loved her. Made such a big difference to our evening how polite and helpful she was! We usually go to the Balham branch but would definitely come back to Clapham as the service was brilliant

Really lovely service and delicious food

Bad service! We ordered 2 normal teas, but they arrived with milk! They were sent back but we found them on our account and paid for them! Unfortunately we only realized later... but the waiter who left them on the bill was incorrect!

Visited early December 24 on a Saturday night. It was the only place in Clapham Old Town/Balham that still had tables available 3 days beforehand. The table was booked for 7pm. The waiter was friendly and helpful but you could tell he was new. Starters came, that was fine, 9pm, we were still waiting for our main courses. We had three kids with us who were now really hungry and the restaurant was half full at most. Our main courses came out cold! We complained, the manager came over (although someone else came over 10 minutes later and also said they were the manager!). We sent them back and were told it would be another 25 minutes. We got new main courses in 10 minutes. I think they had reheated the ones we sent back and they were warm at best. The lights were dimmed so low we had to use the torches on our phones to see what we were eating. The waiter was really good with us. He completely understood why were not happy and told us not to pay a tip. He had other tables complaining too. I don't feel Megan's treat their staff very well at all. Our issue wasn't with the waiter, it was with the kitchen and the restaurant was obviously run. The experience was so poor, we ended up getting a 45% reduction in the final bill. I find Megan's so inconsistent in the experience they give. Whilst the food is generally really nice, the experience is poor and never leaves me wanting to go back.

Had a lovely experience at Megan’s last night. The decor is stunning and the staff lovely. Sara took such care taking my order (it’s great to see a restaurant take allergies seriously) and was attentive throughout the evening. Will be back in the new year.

Horrible horrible service Horrible manager, racist as hell Manager ended up charging for two bottles of wine and when we asked her to review the bill that we never ordered she said we need to see a therapist. My advice to the owner is get rid of the manager first and then your entire staff they are pathetic at what they do and can probably get a course on professionalism

A very disappointing experience at a chian of restaurants where I have had some amazing food. Unfortunately this time around, the kitchen staff were slow and inconsistent with the presentation, quantities and production of the food. A friend and I ordered the same meals. Hers came out hotter, better presented and complete. My sides never arrived and the quantity of food that I received was much less. The manager on shift was very apologetic and offered drinks as an apology. The meal cost almost £40 per head, but it was so underwhelming that I feel robbed. It wasn't value for money. Maybe if I had not ordered off the Christmas menu, I may have had a better experience.

Lovely restaurant in the heart of Clapham. The food was delicious, with very decent portions and reasonable prices. The decoration is so beautiful and chilled. Perfect place for a nice dinner with friends. We had a great time with Jaroslaw. He was super friendly, accommodating and fun! We will definitely come back :)

Ishan was the best waiter you could ask for! We had a brunch of 6 girls and he couldn’t do enough for us. He recommended the best dishes given all our annoying dietary needs and was so attentive friendly and charismatic. Would recommend!

Ishan deserves a promotion or pay rise. He was on top of a table of 6, constantly filling our glasses and ensuring we were a happy table and fulfilled while we waited for outlet food. He went above and beyond service wise and was incredibly considerate. Excellent experience

A very enjoyable place. As far as we learned, the main chief of the entire megans group is Turkish. A menu with many Turkish influences welcomes you. The atmosphere is very enjoyable. We cannot change your table like in Europe, there are no trips, even though we went on a crowded Saturday.
