I had an excellent dining experience thanks to our wonderful waiter, Jaroslaw. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and provided attentive service throughout our meal. Jaroslaw was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Our drinks were never empty, and every request was met with a prompt and friendly response. It’s clear that Jaroslaw takes pride in his work and genuinely care about the guests. Thank you for making our lunch memorable.

Hermione was such a lovely server, so attentive and friendly!

The service here has become so appalling. It took 45 minutes for them to serve our food and this has been my experience every time I’ve gone here for a while now (in Balham and Clapham). And they still had the nerve to put an automatic 12.5% service charge after. It’s not becoming worth the stress to eat here any more

Absolutely fantastic culinary experience catalysed by the immaculate service from Daiem and the perfectly poured drinks by Jay. The runner Arturo was super fast also.

Absolutely wonderful experience - excellent (and quick) food, lovely mimosas with fresh orange juice and great music. Our server, Jane, made us feel so welcome from the get-go, cracking jokes and being generally lovely throughout our lunch. Overall, beautiful venue, delicious food and drinks and excellent service from Jane.

Let me tell you, I love a Megan’s. I’ve been to quite a few of them, but I’ve not had service quite like Jane’s at Clapham Old Town. Jane is the most personable and kind server, efficiency is just the cherry on top. We’re fun people, but she made our experience and our bottomless so much more exciting. Absolutely no notes. Give that woman a raise!

Amazing place. Dinner here was so wonderful and cannot fault it at all. Kebabs were so delicious and the hot honey halloumi fries are to die for! Also I must say it is also good value and feels very premium. Served by Mattia and Daiem - both so friendly and are the reason I want to come back. Perfect for a birthday treat!

Uma is amazing!!!!! The bottomless brunch is great the gluten free food is so catered for and I felt so welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Megeans Is a great place for lunch brunch and everything you must go here

Ishan is one of the best waiters I’ve ever come across, friendly, polite, and energetic he has really gone above and beyond to make sure our experience at Megan’s was more than the money worth. 10/10 I’m surprised this guy isn’t a manager. Promote him now.

Was quite disappointed in the service we received. I was told over the phone while booking, not to worry about there being no outdoor tables, to simply put in my online booking that I wanted to sit in the sun by the open bifold doors - which I did. However, when we arrived and weren’t placed there, I was told with no apology or care that it wasn’t possible and everyone asks to be placed in the sun. It then took a very long time for our orders to be taken, as well as not being checked on throughout the meal, so struggled to ask for extra drinks and the bill etc. Even after the bill came it took them a good 15mins to bring over the card machine. We ordered a meal with sides and they all came on multiple small plates which didn’t fit on the table (instead of being placed on a main plate together). They were also very small portion sizes for the price. I had been before (last year) and it was great, so not sure what has happened since!

There is NOTHING wrong with this eatery at all, I just found the food average. Food was okay, service was good, but the stand out is really the atmosphere/vibe especially on a gorgeous day. I did like the coffee though!

I have recently been meeting friends and family at Megan’s to introduce them to my newborn. It is my preferred place to do this as the service from all staff is excellent, the food/drink is great with a diversity of options and the atmosphere is lovely. We do not feel rushed or feel like our pram/baby is an inconvenience at all. I also had a few meet ups with friends there whilst pregnant. We will definitely keep visiting.

Would recommend trying this place if you're around. Very happy we decided to stop here. Super friendly staff, wonderful decor, and the food was excellent.
