We had dinner with our toddler on Mother’s Day, good vibe, food portion is quite big, very fresh and I think the sharing mezz for 2 had enough meat for 3 adults. The matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla is a bit too sweat. Overall Very reasonably priced meals and friendly service.

Popped in on a Sunday as had been recommended, atmosphere was great. We were sat right by the glass washer and in an awkward spot so just had everyone milling around us as it was only our table along the wall. We understand it’s a super busy place to visit at the weekend, but the constant banging of glasses and cutlery wasn’t enjoyable. The posh kebab did taste nice, however it was a very poor excuse of meat. Being served a small mountain of slaw on thick pita with 20g of lamb maximum did feel a bit insulting and just generally meant you enjoy the full flavour of the lamb as it was overpowered by the hummus and slaw. The chicken shakshouka did taste fresh, well seasoned and was generously portioned, overall a very enjoyable dish. We did also order a side of hash brown rostis which were lukewarm:/.

Service was slow, we had to chase waiter for our food, even then some of our sides were missing! Food was great, although not as stated 'authentic' their Lamb Shish Kebab, was in fact Lamb Kofte Kebab!! Having said that we all enjoyed our meals. Room for improvement!

Frankly, the restaurant is nice, but the breakfast price is expensive, approximately 100 pounds for two people

I’m a regular of Megan’s and always enjoy going there for lunch / brunch or do a WFH day there when I can. On this occasion I went for brunch during the week with a friend and I have to say the service was top notch! Mattia was extremely welcoming, made sure we were attended to and was a pleasure to speak to. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

I went on Friday for a coffee and a raspberry cake. I was served by a Polish waiter, friendly and efficient. The person who brought me the coffee was a young lady, who was obviously distracted... the coffee spoon was dirty with dried coffee, the cup was cold, which is why my coffee stayed hot for less than a minute, and there was no sugar. It would have been better if only the gentleman had served me. The cake portion was small and tasty.

We had our first visit earlier today and we are definitely coming back. The place looks amazing inside, warm, clean and welcoming. I love the tree in the middle of restaurant and those lovely lights around. We were a bit complex because of dairy and gluten allergy when we tried to order some food with a friend of mine. Mattia took our order and helped us what we can choose from and he made sure they know about our allergies in the kitchen. He was professional, fast, clear and also funny. We definitely got the best customer service. Everything went so well, smooth and quick. Food was great and tasty. Service was fast. I highly recommend this place.

We’ve always enjoyed Megan’s, but this time felt extra special. After visiting the vet with our cat, we decided to grab dinner at Megan’s since they’re pet-friendly. From the moment we arrived, Mattia made us feel incredibly welcome. As a fellow cat lover, he went above and beyond to make Zizika feel like the star of the night, introducing her as the VIP of the evening. His attentiveness and warmth made our experience so enjoyable. Mattia wasn’t just a fantastic manager, but also a genuinely kind and caring person. He truly made our visit unforgettable, and we can’t thank him enough. Mattia, you’ve definitely earned a place in our Zizika’s heart! See ya soon :)

We went for a Monday 2-course deal with friends for an easy catch up and were really happy with the food, service and price. Austin gets a particular shout out as you don't often get such friendly, helpful service and he was truly wonderful which really made the evening. We all had a lovely time and will definitely do this again. Thank you Austin for being the perfect host for the evening!

Friendly and quick service with great food and drink

Served my vegetarian mate a meat sausage, leading to him eating meat for first time in 5 years, after he told them he didn’t eat meat. Have never apologised and manager actually said “well it wasn’t an allergy”. Truly shocking

Fab location and food is great, have been a few times and absolutely loved it all times, however have been sat next to the cutlery station before (very loud and distracting, not their fault, they have a job to do! but seems unwise to sit people right next to it). And have often had to find a member of staff in order to get service, which we understand is because they're busy, but makes it a bit tricky! However- great food, well priced and enjoyable experience regardless, just things to be aware of!

I attended a Brunch here a few weeks ago for my friends Bachelorette. Really lovely restaurant. The decor was great and Jane who served us was a star. I would recommend this restaurant, whether that is for brunch, dinner etc.

We love our local Megan's for brunch! It's spacious and comfortable, even during the busy weekend rush. Our waiter, Jaroslaw, was exceptionally helpful and attentive during our recent visit. The food is consistently delicious; we especially recommend the halloumi fries, shakshuka, full veggie breakfast, Turkish brunch feast, and their hot drinks. We'll definitely be back again soon.

2 hour wait for a cold, mediocre breakfast. Not especially busy, less than 50% of tables filled. Breakfast itself probably slightly better than Wetherspoons, but not great. Had to ask when it was going to come a couple of times. Cocktail tasted like a 5 year old given free reign in a sweetshop had come up with it. Very instagrammable though, so one extra star for atmosphere on that! Not prone to writing reviews or complaining, but this was bad. Wouldn't come again.

Went to brunch here and it was lovely, Shakshoumi plate was delicious. Sarah made our day, she was super helpful and generally so pleasant - can’t speak highly enough of her!

Table of 6 for a family catch up. The Food was great, but they cut back on the pomegranates in the kebabs to save costs, shame really. Also, super loud music, and they barely turned it down after we asked 3 times. Felt like we were a nuisance for asking.

Please do not come here. Today we had to wait almost an hour before we got told nobody actually put our order through so we have to either reorder or leave. Even the coffees didn’t come. We waited for tap water for 25 minutes. So disorganised and it looked like other people were waiting for their food for very long too. It’s a bad chain with super inflated prices and a venue too big for what the kitchen and the staff can handle.

Took advantage of neighbours offer for weekday (quiet Monday evening) dinner with Mother and Sister as part of family visit. Excellent value and well presented food but impulse booking for a casual dinner transformed into really rather special and memorable evening by quality of staff, excellent value and relaxed atmosphere. Great evening here catching up with a friend. The food was great and we felt at ease with our allergies being catered for, the happy hour drinks were flowing and we just had a wonderful time. Staff were so kind and welcoming too - highly recommend.

Servers were nice and chatted with us, tables weren't clean on arrival but cleaned promptly when asked. Most importantly, you've taken the Vegan open kebab of the menu. Not sure why, but it was the only thing I came to Megan's to eat, so please put it back! thank you.

It has always been slow service but today was extra slow. We waited around 45 minutes for a basic kids menu. We asked several times the status but our server ignored our requests. If you value prompt service avoid

This place gets full ratings as it was a lovely experience. Staff were friendly, and the little bowls each tasted very good. I like the idea of small bowls because that way you can experience much of the menu in one meal. Only thing I'd say is to add some comfy seating.
