I never received my order. I paid £22 Phone the restaurant up and man couldn’t even talk English so couldn’t understand but I worked out he was saying they rang me loads of times and I question him why would you ring me when you have my address it wasn’t like they could t get to my front door then the guy kept putting phone down I lost out on food that night I would t order from these I will never again lucky just eat payed my money back but bet they get to keep that not haooy

Food was horrendous, my donner meat was dry and had about 5 bits in total. Chips we ordered were cold and rock hard. Partners cheesey chips were rock hard and the cheese wasn't melted. Such a shame as the food isn't usually like this.

I have also ordered from here for years but this is my last time! The man does not understand me when I ring to order! I wanted 2 mixed kebabs but in the end due to poor communication I settled for two large donors! The cost 20 pounds for the two delivered! I didn’t take a picture to show you but it has gone down hill sadly and customer service I would mark 1/2 percentage out of 10 shockingly bad and rude! I will not order again another bites the dust 😢

Could use a little work - sides were overcooked however portion sizes are well worth the money. Kebab was great but I remember when the whole meal used to be 10/10.

Sunday 31st of March 2024 late evening we ordered from Marmaris who we ordered from before and trusted . Sadly on delivery, chicken kebab smelled terrible , risk to eat too great. Phoned immediate, asked they collect to see for themselves , food poison I. Question or explain to us why terrible smell. They said they believe us as never had issue , also said 17 sold same day no problems, well ours was and they should immediately investigate , they said would refund in 3 days time , won’t collect food ,worry indeed. I said my ci cern is something very wrong, they said throw away ,will refund. Sadly , lied to get me off phone, I trusted them & being almost 80 yrs old with health issue and fasting , this was to break fast , to be so dishonest, not refund is shame for them,they know this too . Very sad and upset trust given ,thinking no consequence ,clearly they did not believe,nor had intention to refund. £17.92.

Arrived 1 and a half hours after ordering. on app it said on it's way for 15mins still didn't arrive. I rang and was told on it's way again but but still didn't arrive for another 30mins. When eventually arrived, food was congealed and lukewarm. I was very upset, hungry and disappointed. I want a refund as food was not edible.

Like other people, I have been ordering from Marmaris for years and have never had any complaints. Unfortunately the last two times I have ordered the food has taken two hours and one hour 15 minutes to be delivered. When I called up to ask where the food was and how much longer it was going to be, the phone was put down on me. Last night's order of a doner kebab, mixed doner and chips and doner and chips was the worst take away we have ever had. The kebab meat on all three was burnt, crispy and cold and the cheesy chops were cold with unmelted cheese on them. The chicken kebab in the mixed doner was also overcooked and crispy. Needless to say, after many years of buying our kebabs from Marmaris we will not be back. Overpriced, very poor quality, long delivery times and poor customer service.

The most disgusting chicken sish kebab last night, usually my favourite place to get a kebab but yesterday it was like they'd heated up pre cooked chicken from tesco and dipped in vinegar Will not ge using again

To echo what others have said recently, this place has gone massively downhill in the past year or so. I've been ordering from Marmaris for 5 years and for about 3-4 years it was reasonably priced and great quality, whereas now the quality of the ingredients is poor and it's too expensive to justify. As others have experienced, my last 3 orders have turned up cold and not tasted too good at all. The chips have been stone cold each time and the cheese on the chips hasn't melted and tastes slightly sour. To top it off, when the guy delivered my food he told me that they, "don't usually deliver this far out, but they accepted my order for tonight as a one off" and then advised me to not order again. I was dumbfounded at hearing that and could only laugh. I've ordered from them for 5 years, using their own website directly which applies a delivery fee based on location, yet now suddenly I'm told not to do so anymore? Crazy. According to Google maps, it takes 8 minutes to drive from the shop to my house... Anyway, I won't ever order from here again and it's time to find a new Kebab place! Avoid like the plague.

Since it's been taken over it has gone from bad to worse lamb is always dry and chewy pitta is usually burnt hardly any sauce. The chicken fillet burgers are dry and over cooked and the customer service is non existent. oh and dont think if you order a delivery for it to be brought to your door as apparently they dont access buildings to deliver to your door

Marmaris has gone downhill. For 2 years, I've ordered the same chicken shish meal deal with no problems and I loved it. However, the past 3 orders have turned up late, the food cold, and the portions/presentation substantially worse. My last order took exactly 2 hours to arrive, and I live 15 minutes away. I used to love this place and never order anywhere else. But the quality has slipped too many times for it to be a coincidence. It's no longer worth the money.

Don’t even deserve a star. Got my donor and was like crispy bacon and oily. Rang them and all I got was abuse before the phone was put down on me. I’ll never use them again. I warn you all stay well clear!!!

Today only one person working in the shop so had to wait till he had done all the phone orders by the time my chicken was placed in a tray it was dry and over cooked and the pita was burnt and very dry and the portion size has been reduced I have been using this kebab shop for five years but today is the last time it’s no longer value for money at nearly £16 for two small shish kebabs

This place used to be the place to get a decent kebab but after ordering tonight it’s completely changed the doner meat was dry and crispy and the cheesy chips weren’t even melted just created cheese chucked on top of cold chips

Something dodgy is going on here, has this place changed management or are they sending food from a different place? Used to be fantastic. Ordered online and received tiny portions, with missing items. I wouldn’t mind, but for the price we paid it’s unacceptable. Food was also cold and poor quality. Will have to find a new place.

I used to order from Marmaris very regularly. However I will no longer be ordering going forward. Last 3 orders, the food has turned up extremely late, clap cold, portion size completely inconsistent and quality of ingredients dropped off massively. What has happened? Change of ownership? I will unfortunately no longer be ordering from them.

What a shame. It seems owners changed and quality gone down. We were using Marmaris for years. Never failed in quality or quantity,but now dry , flavourless meat no worth to throw away money. Will not order again.

Been using Marmaris for many years via website suddenly noticed a decline in the quality of there food and things missing no pitta bread with kebab etc twice on the trot So rang them for the second time about the same issue for them to confirm they are under new ownership such a shame that’s it’s gone downhill since then

This place has gone down hill, undercooked chips, my chicken was so dry it nearly caught fire but it balanced out the undercooked chicken in mypartners kebab, inch of grease in both. Never again.

This place used to be really good. Had one recently.. and I’d never go again. Sauce they gave was wrong .. asked for no onion but still had them.. chips were cold and quality wasn’t as good as earlier this year… very sad as this used to be sooo good.

I've been coming to this shop past 4years and to what I see new owners has changed past 4 months quality drop and it's absolutely gone down hill kebab was small and just look awful oiley salad was dry and very disappointed I was spending over £60 pounds a week in there but not anymore get the old owners back please and customer service zero there for you ain't seen me again pal TENNIS road bn3

The worst’s take away Iv had don’t order the Chicken Wings 6pcs at £6.90 absolutely a joke the smallest wings Iv ever had, was told they have changed suppliers then change the price not worth a 50p the chips were cold the chicken burger was the worst oh and the driver had no change to top it all and to be told it’s been noted not at all good

Always get the best service & fresh food whenever I stop by, can be a bit of a journey but whenever I'm in the area I always make a point of getting a kebab from here as portions are always generous, freshly cooked & cut meat, not just sitting in the steamer like alot of places!

Driving passed and feeling hungry. On a whim stopped here and so pleased I did. Wow genuine 5 star review. More food than I could imagine and the doner meat was excellent but the chicken donor was out of this world!!! Delicious.

Ordered kebabs, burgers, chips and chicken nugget meal, very good sizes for the prices minus the chicken nugget meal, £11.70 for 5 small nuggets and small portion of chips which is ridiculous. Other than that would of been 5 stars.

Got to say hands down the VERY best kebab I’ve had in a long time , the chicken shish is out of this world , so tasty . Chips are really bog standard chips frozen fries same as every kebab house in the country

I don't want to put you down Marmaris grill kebab house! But now it's got to a point I have too!!! however I've ordered off you a few times and the food has always been a hit and miss tonight I've just ordered a combination kebab and bottle of Coke kebab came back slightly warm hardly no salad very greasy no sauce even though I asked for sauce ! Bottle of Coke was warm like it came of the shelf , overpriced for poor quality food . You need to consider on taking this criticism and change the way u do things because the food is terrible and I'm surprise u Haven't been shut down yet so if I was u keep well away from this place .

It was actually pretty good at a good price. I had a lamb shish meal. The meat was tender and tasty, but the fries were just fine (same as all fries in the uk). I would like to have the possibility the choose the size of the lamb shish though. I will order again next time.

I was there I ordered lamb doner. I wanted to thin cut. He didn’t like what I asked. The old man started talking behind my back he’s didn’t know if I am Turkish but understood him very well. “I turned to him and told him yo stop talking behind my back”. He was very embarrassed after. The two other lads are alright but the old man he talks behind peoples back quite a lot it’s I don’t think it’s a recommended place to go to.

It’s frustrating because the food is sometimes good sometimes very very bad. The chicken shawarma was not cooked and I didn’t even touch it, straight to the bin! What a shame.

Best burger I have ever had, better than the likes of mcdonalds, Burger King and gourmet burger also the chicken was immense ! Now I have found marmaris I will never go anywhere else ! If you have not already be sure to check it out

I ordered for the first from here today. I must say, this is a rare place. The food was delivered within half hour, everything was fresh and hot but most importantly, my kids loved it!

Would love to give this place a 0. Worst fast food place in Sussex. Rude, insecure and quite frankly disgusting workers. Asked for a fork politely and they started swearing. Chips as cold as ice.

In this place the food is always delicious, I am a regular customer in this place and I recommend everyone to order food only here. My opinion is that the most delicious kebab in Brighton is prepared in this place, I strongly recommend this shop to everyone.

Our go to kebab shop, great kebabs at a good price, ring up and order, food is always (so far) ready in 15 minutes. Portion sizes are good especially chips. Shish kebabs are lovely, meat is well marinated and succulent, the salad is always fresh and tasty! Love it!

Ordered through just eat, the delivery service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious; really smokey chicken, great salad, lovely doner meat and chips too. The wrap in my chicken shish was a little soggy at one end where the chilli sauce had collected, but this is hard to avoid with kebabs, unless they are eaten immediately! It didn't bother me and I will definitely be ordering from here again. Best kebab delivery ever, thank you Marmaris!

This place is disgusting it doesn't even deserve one star. I had my food delivered with hair in it (not mine of course) - it was in both kebabs. I called to get my money back and he agreed - however sent the driver with a percentage of my money. I would never order here again - awful customer service and hair in my food

Our first time using this Kebab house and not disappointed, I went into Marmaris to place my order, lots of choice. Very clean shop, staff very polite and helpful. Fantastic food, our order was a mixed kebab and a chicken kebab (cubed chicken), chips and all the salad, just wow cooked to perfection, big portions, we especially loved the lamb doner meat nice and spicy. Will be our go to place now. Give it a try you will be glad you did. Enjoy. Thank you all at Marmaris. Will have it delivered next time now I have seen it in person.

This is now our go to kebab house. Chicken Shish kebab is amazing, fresh tasting chicken not like the stuff that’s been hanging around all dry! Great salad and good portions, small is enough for me! Staff are lovely and the just way guy is so friendly which makes such a change!!! Thanks 👍🏻

Been using this place awhile and past few times I have ordered the wait for delivery has been ridiculous and food not great! Decided tonight we would give them one last chance and wish we hadn’t bothered! Got told 45minutes till delivery which is fine, only an hour passes and nothing! We ring up to ask where the food is to have the bloke be extremely rude to us telling us it’s only 55mins and they are doing food now so will be sending food out in next 15minutes so we should deal with it! Tried saying something and he hung up on us! Rang back to say I wanted to speak to the manager to be told his out doing deliveries, asked if the manager will be delivering ours and he continued his rudeness and said he will get manager to call which he didn’t! An hour and 45minutes later the food arrives, we cancelled ordered! Not risking the food after all that! More customers they have lost and way they are carrying on I can’t see them lasting long! Avoid at all costs!

They told me it would take 40-45 minutes which I said was fine, I phoned back 45 minutes later to be told they only have 1 delivery driver on and it would take an additional 10 minutes, I phoned back 25 minutes later and cancelled the order, they shouldn't be garaunting delivery times with 1 delivery driver or at least tell the customer...

Food turned up cold it took over 1 hour to turn up and the order was wrong Come on boys you are letting the great name of Marmaris down. Yet again over 1 hour time to AVOID
