Pho in Brighton and Hove

Food and cocktails were incredible, great selection of wine. The service was brilliant, really attentive. A special mention to Ruby for being very sweet. We really enjoyed our evening.

Lovely food, terrific range of gluten free options for my coeliac wife. This is one of the few restaurants we can eat at without any risk. The service provided by Bee was absolutely fantastic. Our No. 1 spot for dinner in Brighton.

We regularly come to Pho and every time have had a great experience. The staff are all fantastic especially Harley! She’s a very dedicated member of the team and super friendly to everyone she serves. Can’t wait to come back again.

Always reliable, delicious pho (I'm sure there are more authentic out there, but I honestly don't care 😂), great, fat summer rolls, but the surprising star was the amazing morning glory! Every bit as good as I remember in Phuket! Also always great, friendly, perfectly paced service and a visibly spotless open kitchen. Perfect casual dining.

The pho i had was beef brisket with tofu and it was the worst pho experience i had, the noodles are not cooked properly, the beef brisket is over cooked, the fried seafood spring roll was very good tho.

Lynne assisted us in having our first amazing Pho lunch with my son… super kind and delicious food full of flavours! Thanks, will be back ! Simo x

Pho-nomenal Experience with Samantha! If you haven’t tried pho yet, you’re missing out! This cozy spot served up a bowl so delicious I nearly proposed to it. The broth was a warm hug for my taste buds! Now, let’s talk about the real star—Samantha! Her cheerful smile and attentive service made the experience feel personal. Plus, it's a dog-friendly place! They even shared tips on dog treats and pregnancy knowledge during our visit, making it feel even more special. I left feeling full, happy, and with a bit of broth on my shirt (I guess I’m not the neatest eater). If you want a fun dining experience, ask for Samantha. Pho-ever grateful for this experience!

Had a quick lunch starting with Spring Rolls then had a Mushroom Pho, Cy was charming and totally understood I was pressed for time on a work break and gave excellent service with a lovely smile.

We always request a high table which has been sorted every single time we’ve been there, the food was delicious and though the service was a little slower than usual (think due to the very high number of takeaway orders coming in) our server, Mike, was very good indeed both keeping us informed and providing a free snack during the wait - an excellent member of staff.

Everythings are great，but the classic soup is not hot that much as I expected. But taste good, which I prefer to recommend curry soup!

Wow. What an incredible restaurant!! The food was simply perfect, especially the Curry noodles. Would highly recommend. MUST visit for anyone coming to Brighton. And the service was incredible. Had a meal here and have been coming for years, the starters where fine but had the main course (noodle soup) and was just water, I then said to one of the staff members (baldy) how I felt about the food, he then was very rude towards me and my friends, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !!!!!

We’ve visited here countless times. Foods are always fresh, flavourful and delicious😋 I particularly love veg spring rolls and tofu and mushroom pho. Thank you to Samantha who looked after us with an amazing service! We cannot wait to come back soon:)

Ambience was really nice. Pho was hug in a bowl warm and comforting perfect dinner. Samantha was very professional, jolly and considerate. I can totally see why this place is so packed even on wednesday evenings. Would love to revisit
