Fantastic. We loved the pho and the prawn curry was incredible. We also had the prawn summer rolls which were fragrant and fresh. Even more importantly the service was spot on and personal. Sam was so helpful recommending dishes. We aren’t from the area and both said how nice and efficient the service was. Something that is completely lacking in most of the uk. Great job, Sam! Ps the cocktails were decent too.

Five stars for pho-nomenal service! Our server, Samantha, brought the perfect blend of good vibe and hospitality—she handled our terrible pho puns with grace and still kept bringing the noodles. The pho was so good, I almost wanted to drink it straight from the bowl, but Samantha thankfully brought a ladle. If you’re craving amazing pho and even better company, this is the spot!

I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere because I got a delivery at home but the food is out of this world!! I love any type of noodle soup and have never had Vietnamese before but my spicy king prawn pho is by far the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious, I had extra pak Choi because I love it. The herbs on the side so you can either add or not is such a great idea ( I urge you to add them because the mint just gave it an extra layer of flavour a 15 out of 10!!!

Food was very nice, had the beef brisket hot and spicy which was delightful. Samantha, our waitress, was absolutely outstanding. Her kindness and genuine warmth truly set the tone for our experience. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who prioritises creating a friendly and positive atmosphere, rather than just rushing to serve food. Her attentive service made us feel valued and welcomed. Before the review, lets remind ourselves that the WHITE founders of Pho tried to trademark the name 'Pho' - that's like a non-italian person trying to trademark 'Pizza'. It feels kinda racist and I wouldn't recommend going here. However, here's my full review: Great staff who were veryattentive and hardworking, food was meh, the beef stock soup was good but the toppings were mediocre, and the summer rolls were okay, but the peanut sauce was amazing. The vietnamese iced coffee just tasted like ur regular sweet iced coffee. The atmosphere was good.

can’t fault a single part of my meal. Best place around for gluten free (99% of the menu is GF) everything feels nourishing and delicious plus the most yummy cocktail I’ve ever had (pride punch) and insane banana fritters and Vietnamese waffle. Fave place in Brighton for food

One of the best places to try out Pho in Brighton. We tried their Spicy Chicken and Spicy Beef Brisket Pho and they were both good. The appetizer with their peanut sauce is really good as well.

This was my first time trying Vietnamese food and will be the first of many. It's a warm, welcoming atmosphere provided and the staff did wonderful to make us feel at home, providing great suggestions to cater to our needs. I tried the spicy chicken soup and was blown away by the flavours in the dish. I'll be going to our more local place to try out the other dishes on the menu but for my first experience the Brighton Pho was amazing and highly recommend!

Went here for dinner as the hot and spicy chicken is our favourite. Our waitress Sam took very good care of us and her humour was top notch. Asked her if there’s any vacancies available and she gave me the stores email.

Booked for 19.15 and arrived on time. Ordered drinks then food. Starters came out before drinks . Took ages to be served mains , were not told there would be a delay as they had a booking of 20 at the back of the restaurant and loads of deliveroo orders. They did give us a free round of drinks but we were starving. Just a bit of courtesy setting expectations would have improved our experience considerably. The restaurant wasn't full.

Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. Didnt expect it to be as good as it was. Had an early dinner., not many people in it. About a half hour later it was packed with people. Really enjoyed it.

Deliberately pu prawns in a vegan dish in an act of ant-veganism. Then blamed the deliveroo driver. Then lied. There is no tofu and prawn dish, and the prawns were hidden under the tofu. I know some reading this will laugh, but may order vegan as a safe bet from allergies, if my partner had a severe seafood allergy it could have been a disaster. Lies and anti-vegan atitude. If you don't like offering vegan, take it off the menu!
