Excellent park with great facilities. The food pricing does not match the quality. Would recommend eating off site

Noisy. Overcrowded. Hideous food, makes harvester look like a Michelin star. Shocking price for the quality of food, horrific. Clean and obviously recently done up. But seriously worse food we have ever had.

Great experience, a little over priced but that's everywhere

Had pizza. The bar has a pizza counter and oven so you can see your food being cooked. My pizza came up piping hot and had a good taste. The base was crispy but not that authentic, I'm thinking they buy them in ready made and frozen. The seating area within the bar is quite pleasant and if you wish you can dine al fresco. There are tables and chairs outside as well as soft seating too. Both food and drinks are a little expensive. Vegetarian options are available. The staff were quite friendly and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed but a bit lacking in ambience. The huge screen constantly showing adverts is a little annoying. There are toilets facilities and I found them to be clean.

Great place to holiday great entertainment for adults and kids

I've had a few lovely evenings at Marlie Park this week, which was made more pleasant by Ollie & Kat. Their customer service of being courteous and welcoming has gone a long way. You are both an asset to Marlie Park, I hope this is recognised by your management.

Food was great bit took an argument with the staff to get the correct order

This place looks amazing, sharing plates with friends was lovely. Staff were very attentive.

Lunch - restaurant not open. 9pm Saturday night, restaurant not open - although we were told 11pm day before. Its busy - 15 minutes to be served at bar. Menu choices are limited but not bad pricing. Staff are lovely but park really let's itself down. Won't be returning.

Food microwave and very little, avoid

Not the best but I do have fuZy kids. Took an extremely long time to come.

Service is very slow and the food is ok...

Food was disgusting half the items on the menu where out of stock. They had also run out of coke. Would give this a miss.

Very slow service and the food was mediocre.

No roast on a Sunday even though on menu. over a hour wait for food which was not at all nice cold chips and a soggy burger in a warmed up frozen bun which just crumbled as you touched it. Cannot knock the staff as very trying under pressure of what I would say either short staffed or bad management. Will visit the park again in knowing there are two pubs in walking distance that serve meals.

The food was okay, but over price for what you get. There wasn't really any atmosphere as it was empty.

Music was way too load and our food didn't even arrive.

Food was lovely but was a very long wait and had to ask for dessert two hours later

Lovely & will be back before end of summer

My partner bought the dirt fries and him and my nephew thought they were horrible.

Before I write about how poor this experience was. This is not my review of Marlie Park, only the restaurant. Sunday 11th June at 5:15, It was rather quiet as we ordered our food. Hour has come by & no food, so we went to the bar, which they said it will be out soon. 30 mins with no food, now for 2nd time I went up & been told 15 more mins. Again, nothing, so after 3 times, they admit that they only have one person in the kitchen. They missed our order & never informed us that one of the items we ordered wasn't available, so we had an alternative. So after 2 hours we received our food & it was below average unfortunately. Sort of ruined our plans for the rest of the evening & was a disappointing way to finish off our stay at Marlie Park.

Horrendous food, do not spend your money eating here.

Not pleasant to stay...very dirty and badly smealling accommodation...we ask staff to clean and still was not wright ....we spent most of the time cleaning it...

We ordered food on a Saturday evening at around 5pm and our food took an hr and 20 mins to arrive, despite the staff apologising when we ordered that there would be a 45 minute wait due to adjusting to a new menu! When we chased the food after an hr had passed we were told 10 minutes, so we checked again 10 minutes later and a very shirty server told us another 10 minutes! When the food finally arrived, it was average at best. Kids fish and chips was very greasy and more batter than fish! Ham egg and chips was very basic and bland. Pizza looked and tasted like it was fresh from the freezer. I tried a glass of rose on the same night which wasn't very nice at all so tried a glass of white the following evening which, dare I say it, was even worse, to the point that i couldnt drink it! Avoid the wine at all costs!! We have since returned to Marlie Park, however we will not eat at the restaurant again.

Good site,not much to do locally, caravans are nice but not cleaned very well,but overall a nice friendly site with excellent staff and I would recommend to others

Nowhere near big enough for the amount of people staying at caravan site.First time we went in at 6pm was packed out with a queue at least 15 deep at bar and no seats so walked straight back out. Went back next day at 4pm just to get a table, when we ordered food, although still practically empty waited 3/4 hour before food arrived. No complaints about staff or meal it was lovely.

Worst holiday we've ever taken and felt like park was open too early in season especially for the children. Plus the neighbour in caravan next to us was insulting and rude from day 1. So no will not be back and recommended the people I did to come not to bother. Should not mix holiday guests with owners as owners think they are above holiday makers

My first caravan holiday and it was great! Would do it again. Staff and entertainment brilliant and caravan was spotless with everything in it you'll need for a long weekend. Perfect 👌

Calm and nice place for a holiday

Having tried other parkhoilday site, and being a owner at Marlie. The Food presentation leaves a lot to be desired, along with the service. Being busy is not an excuse. Other parks I have stayed at, they have been rammed busy. The service and presentation has been consistently good.

close to dungeness and nice atmosphere in the club house. food in club house wasnt the cheapest tho

1st impressions are great, the 2 bed lodge was brand spanking new, staff have been lovely drinks in club are pricey but by todays expectations I guess not, 2pm check in was bang on time too, I'm impressed well done Marlie park

Waited nearly two hours for our food and it was overpriced for what we, eventually, got. The adult meals were scarcely bigger than the kids meals. When we complained about the wait there was no apology, we were just asked if we still wanted the food. We had two very hungry kids with us, had not been shopping yet and it was 8pm in the evening! I noticed that many people were complaining, surely the sensible thing to do is to stop taking orders or at least tell people there is a long wait!

Had a bit of a longer wait for food that we were told, but it was well worth the wait. The burger, fish and chips and pepperoni pizza were really good.

It was really good I played bingo and had drinks with the family whilst on a weekend away. Staff were really nice and friendly, for the size of the area microphones weren't really needed or just needed to be turned down a little. Entertainment over the 3 nights was really good.

I must say all the staff at marlie Park homes are fantastic there so welcoming...and freindly really helpful too... there all ways cheerfull and polite when speaking to.... Also the actual site it self is kept clean... they all work so hard.... .

Clean cabins and reasonable prices in the clubhouse.

Food was surprisingly good... actually much better than I expected.. Staff are rude to everyone, particularly the old bird behind the bar taking the orders... if I had not witness her absolute ignorant bigget behaviour would have given it a 5 star.. Shame

Went there for a birthday party lovely peaceful place.

Good food, plenty of seatings and family friendly. .
