M’Arks Of Deptford in Lewisham

I discovered this restaurant/bar just by chance and was very impressed with its wide range of plant-based options and good selection of beers. I tried the Facon double cheeseburger and it was huge, tasty and very enjoyable. I also had the Brockley IPA which complemented the burger perfectly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive and varied to suit both meat-eaters and plant-based humans. I would highly recommend.

We visited with our children and friends. The food wasn’t great, very bland for the price and the service was poor. The waiter was very unfriendly and not accommodating. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Food really mediocre. Had to return prawn tacos as prawns were raw. Tacos were cold - tortillas were stone cold and stiff. Very bland as well. We ordered the chicken tikka bites and were incredibly tough and over cooked. Much better options nearby such as Tila and Marcella.

Popped in for a drink before going for Sunday Lunch, and whilst busy the waiters could not do enough to make up a table for 6. Service was great , will definitely be going back.

Usually love this place! Me and my partner booked a table online and then travelled all the way there to be told that the kitchen closed half an hour ago. Not what your website shows, folks 👍🏼. Highly disappointed, you’ve just lost two very loyal customers

Called in at lunchtime and ordered a chai latte each and a plate in nachos to share. The drinks came fairly quickly and were really nice. I think our food order was forgotten and I had to ask if it was coming, by which time we’d nearly finished our drinks. The nachos were good though once they arrived. Service charge was included in the bill.

Good location, and amazing staff really friendly specially the girl wit blond hair Keit in bar. Kitchen chef for get my Nachos and the keit bring me beer on house, what was really sweet, I believe I find my local pub! Definitely will come back! Thx guys ! ❤️❤️❤️

A must visit for a Sunday roast if you are in the Greenwich area. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and good prices! Would absolutely recommend, and will be back!

One of my best Sunday lunch experience - totally blown away. Small wine list but perfect white chosen with help of staff. Spent good few hours here & had to have some more wine as the Sunday afternoon DJ had us hooked! Favourite tracks played with new chill out vibe - had to leave or would never had been able to walk the 3 miles home..... I will be back in a couple of weeks. We absolutely loved this amazing pub! From stunning, we’ll prepared food to delicious cocktails and wonderful atmosphere - the whole family had great time!! I’ve eaten many roasts, but this one was absolutely delectable!

Di passaggio dopo una visita al Deptford market (deludente...ma forse la giornata uggiosa ha scoraggiato venditori e acquirenti), mi ha attirato questo posto caldo, arredato con molto legno, dall’aspetto semplice e pulito. Non mi sbagliavo: tapas buone (forse porzioni un po’ piccole) e chicken wings saporite e gustose. Camden Hell alla spina sempre piacevole (preferisco le lager) ma ho visto altre birre in carta. Servizio rapido e gentile, cucina a vista. Un posto molto tranquillo, frequentato da clientela di quartiere

Best bar in Deptford. Always a great atmosphere at this place (weekly DJs and live bands). The food is also another level. Would definitely recommend.

We visited for an early dinner on Monday 20th September. We were staying in a hotel nearby and struggled to find somewhere to eat. We were very glad we found this place. We had the steak sandwich and the Korean fried chicken, the food was delicious. They also had a great selection of beers so we had a couple of pints. Prices for London were also very reasonable. If we are in Greenwich again we will definitely come again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Visited while down for work. Had a steak sandwich to takeaway and it was delicious. Huge portions and value for money. The blonde guy couldn’t of been more polite plus he was very easy on the eye.

We had 3 of the roasts in a Yorkshire pudding bun to takeaway. 2 lamb and 1 chicken. Absolutely delicious. Massive portions. Loads of lovely veg and gravy. Came well packaged for collection. Definitely recommend.

We had fabulous food, great tacos with tasty pork and fish, and the best beef sandwich you will ever have - fully loaded with deliciously rare beef, home made pickles and melted cheese washed down with an interesting selection of craft beers.

Went to Marks had a really awesome evening. The food was lovely and the staff are so friendly it is a nice family run bar. Well worth a visit.
