Lovely food. Good portions and the gravy is amazing!

Not a nice flavour the gravy tastes of nothing and the pudding has a burnt flavour to it

Fish was full of grease chip stone cold cheese wasn’t even melted and fish cake well that just top it off that hard could smash a window

The food in itself was really nice and arrived still hot and fresh. It seemed to take an age for the food to be ready for the delivery driver, who seemed to be waiting for it for over 20 minutes. The fish and chips were drowned in vinegar. The gravy was outstanding and the portion size was generous. I don’t think I’d be too excited to have the chicken burger again as there seemed to be only a minimally thin fillet. I certainly would be happy to order again and mostly enjoyed what we had.

The food is beautiful and delicious and I wood recommend it to everyone if you don’t want to cook order this

Half the order missing, chips but no curry sauce, sausage barm with no sausage. Delivery was quick.

pity , they havent got a clue and are a perfectly good business into the ground . The food is terrible . I honestly hardly touched it and threw it in the bin. Would never buy from here again .

It is one of the best chip shop in Preston , best customer service, they serve a fresh and highly food quality. The staff was friendly.

Not as good as last time but I suppose it depends on who is working and the day of the week. Either way it still edible and I love the gravy.

Sharp object in chicken nugget my 3 year old was eating. Could have choked, injured mouth (attached was like a cocktail stick or prong off a fork) luckily neither happened. Chips dry, fish dry, pie missing from pie and chips meal, curry sauce a tasteless glob of matter. Grim.

i ordered 2 things and they took an hour… plus what was delivered is not what i ordered…???

Very surprised to say it was enjoyed by all. The pies were delicious with good chunks of meat. Lots of chips and great gravy and pees. Would definitely be using again.

Fish and Chips ok but cheeseburger very overcooked

chips weren't seasoned even though I asked for them to be and the fish turned up soggy not crispy and lukewarm probably would've enjoyed it if it wasn't soggy not seasoned and warm

Everything was fine except my meal deal was missing the drink I ordered, which cost £1.50 - I tried to raise the can as missing, however Just Eat would only process the meal deal as one item, so I couldn't just say "the can was missing"

the food was stone cold but the quality was good I dont have a micro wave to heat it back up

The food was nearly cold when I received it and the small curry sauce and gravy had come open and leaked all over the rest of the food and into the bottom of the bag

Very disappointing. Chips were overcooked with some actually burnt. Fish batter was hard and the fish was tasteless. Requested salt and vinegar but none was evident. A very disappointing meal!

Terrible quality of food. Expensive, poor customer service and awful food. New owners who haven’t caught the expectations of the customer.

I pre ordered for 545 at about 330. order was quickly accepted but only turned up at 7pm. marked as alright for delivery with it being a Friday so appreciate they will be very busy. food arrived warm so that was good. No complaints about the food at all. was lovely and a good portion. would order from again

What has happened to this place? Used to have the best chips, really disappointed today. Chips were like cardboard and quite bitter. Won't be eager to go back anymore.

do not order a double cheese burger absolutely shocking even my dogs didn't eat it, The burgers was rock hard was not at all edible looked like the last burger in a fat man's cave

Food is good but I'm not sure what you changed on the chips cheese and gravy, it seems to be not very melted anymore and tastes a bit odd, old way tasted way better please go back to that :)

received my order today was four items missing rung the shop told them they had a discussion amongst themselves then put the phone down on me i was very civil when i rung but obviously customer service does not matter to them the chips were also terrible avoid

Used to be a pretty decent chippy but everytime I've been here recently its been absolutely shocking. The chips are hard and the fish isn't good either.

battered sausage was so hard you couldn't bite it. was like it had been sat there for hours and the sausage was hard at the ends defo been under a heat light for hours. went in the bin.Not ordering again.

got given curry instead of gravy, 8 months pregnant and the smell of curry kept me nauseas all night long so not ideal

The chips where brown over cooked hardly any salt or vinegar and the delivery driver went the longes way round usually when I order from here it arrives fast and is perfect this time the chips were a let down from my previous orders.

It was awful it was inedible, the pie was rock solid the chips where sweaty and awful, the mushy peas, where not mushy it’s like they had been cooked in green water and no peas in there at all, battered sausage was like it had been stood for hours. Normally a really good place to get food but this has put me off completely

bit disappointed. ordered fish and chips, and pie and chips. fish and chips was fine, but they sent sausage and chips instead of pie and chips. it's really annoying that you can't sort this out. surely the restaurant should send out another meal at their expense? OK I get a refund for the pie and chips but my OH doesn't like fish or sausage so she had to make do with chips. some special treat this turned out to be. I know. First World problems. oh well.

Placed order at 5pm with estimated deliver 30mins. At 6.30 no order so rang restaurant was told courier had picked up order 30 minutes ago Person I spoke to was extremely rude and said it was just eat drivers problem and not his. 7pm emailed just eat to complain within three minutes they called and said the restaurant had sent order out with wrong driver and was sending out now so at 7.25 a lovely man arrived and told us not to order from them again because they had messed him around as well.

2nd time we ordered from here was still nice but had a few hard chips and the peas were full of water..

Chips were old and hard. Burgers had sauce on that wasn't requested and also lumps on gristle in them so we're pretty inedible. Curry sauce had no spice. Really wouldn't waste your money, there are far better chippy's in Preston

large chips were not a large portion and not suitable for sharing. Scollop was extremely greasy and bland. Large sausage was very tasty and so was the curry sauce. The large Gravy was nice but will do one person however not enough to share. Peas were cold and watery. This used to be my favourite chippy, but its seriously gone down in my expectations now.

Mum has been in hospital for 10 weeks and on her first day home wanted chips ! So she very much enjoyed them ! Would order from here again :)

I’ve had better. The peas were too watery, fish batter soft not crispy and the burger overcooked and was on a buttered bun, but edible. Not bad overall and better than the local fish and chip shops that deliver.
