asked for lightly battered but it was thick batter spoilt the fish

received my order today was four items missing rung the shop told them they had a discussion amongst themselves then put the phone down on me i was very civil when i rung but obviously customer service does not matter to them the chips were also terrible avoid

normally no complaints but today different chips was soggy curry sauce didn't taste to good and I love the stuff normally scallop on barn wasn't nice potatoes tasted weird

Used to be a pretty decent chippy but everytime I've been here recently its been absolutely shocking. The chips are hard and the fish isn't good either.

battered sausage was so hard you couldn't bite it. was like it had been sat there for hours and the sausage was hard at the ends defo been under a heat light for hours. went in the bin.Not ordering again.

got given curry instead of gravy, 8 months pregnant and the smell of curry kept me nauseas all night long so not ideal

I asked for meat & potato pie but I think I was given steak pie by mistake but it was nice anyway.

tthe pie was dry and you could not use a fork. It was like a hockey puck

The chips where brown over cooked hardly any salt or vinegar and the delivery driver went the longes way round usually when I order from here it arrives fast and is perfect this time the chips were a let down from my previous orders.

It was awful it was inedible, the pie was rock solid the chips where sweaty and awful, the mushy peas, where not mushy it’s like they had been cooked in green water and no peas in there at all, battered sausage was like it had been stood for hours. Normally a really good place to get food but this has put me off completely

The chips were not the best & the scallops were not good, all of the other food items were pretty good.

bit disappointed. ordered fish and chips, and pie and chips. fish and chips was fine, but they sent sausage and chips instead of pie and chips. it's really annoying that you can't sort this out. surely the restaurant should send out another meal at their expense? OK I get a refund for the pie and chips but my OH doesn't like fish or sausage so she had to make do with chips. some special treat this turned out to be. I know. First World problems. oh well.

Placed order at 5pm with estimated deliver 30mins. At 6.30 no order so rang restaurant was told courier had picked up order 30 minutes ago Person I spoke to was extremely rude and said it was just eat drivers problem and not his. 7pm emailed just eat to complain within three minutes they called and said the restaurant had sent order out with wrong driver and was sending out now so at 7.25 a lovely man arrived and told us not to order from them again because they had messed him around as well.

2nd time we ordered from here was still nice but had a few hard chips and the peas were full of water..

Chips were old and hard. Burgers had sauce on that wasn't requested and also lumps on gristle in them so we're pretty inedible. Curry sauce had no spice. Really wouldn't waste your money, there are far better chippy's in Preston

large chips were not a large portion and not suitable for sharing. Scollop was extremely greasy and bland. Large sausage was very tasty and so was the curry sauce. The large Gravy was nice but will do one person however not enough to share. Peas were cold and watery. This used to be my favourite chippy, but its seriously gone down in my expectations now.

Mum has been in hospital for 10 weeks and on her first day home wanted chips ! So she very much enjoyed them ! Would order from here again :)

I’ve had better. The peas were too watery, fish batter soft not crispy and the burger overcooked and was on a buttered bun, but edible. Not bad overall and better than the local fish and chip shops that deliver.

The scallops were very undercooked basically rock hard potato and the steak puddings were stone cold and one of them was in a million pieces and looked like it had been through a washing machine. The gravy was also stone cold I have got warmer items from the fridge! I Paid £20 for a chip barm as the majority of the food went into the bin! absolutely shocking!!!

Awful my chips were undercooked and refused to give me a refund or another portion of chips customer service was horrendous

The food was alright as was the meal but I asked for a single double beef burger no chips but it ended up coming with chips and the double chicken burger meal was missing. Got refunded though for missing items.

Had the curry and chips, which were very long, well cooked, and the curry sauce, we had spicey, very nice, guy behind the counter was very helpful. Nice chippy.

The chips were pretty good BUT the batter on the fish was a bit flaccid and tasted kinda funky.

Can’t find my house go the road before however ordered lots of times before no problem I not moved!!!

Sausages were not cooked properly, and they had to be put in the airfryer. Fish was extremely small and and the batter was soggy

The driver/ cyclist was lost I had to try direct him over the phone which I find hard get though to him

Food delivered after 20mins of ordering....great! Yet everything apart from the curry sauce was cold? Two pies and chips? I don't understand how from the time ordered to the time it arrived it managed to be so cold?

Disappointing. Paid extra for salad to be on burger and they put none on, asked for strawberry drinks and got orange.. Food was piping hot though and tasty which was surprising.

Won't be ordering again 2nd time they have sent rubbish chips that have been sat there for about a week and fishcakes the same not happy at all!!!
