Great customer service, they didn't have something I ordered available, they called me and even though it was late, they gave me time to choose a replacement. very polite and respectful.

30 mins late, stone cold, no taste! Won’t order again

Love Mario’s Pizza. Their stuffed crust is lovely, I think their pizza’s are the best.

Ordered meal 3 pepperoni plus 9" garljc bread cheese x2 chips x2 drinks. It arrived with another 12" ham and pineapple 4 chips when we didnt order the ham pineapple or the extra chips. Cant contact anyone to make them aware someone is missing a pizza

The food took 2 hours to be delivered by the was too cold to eat. It was left in reception for em to collect as oppose to been given to the customer. To make matters worse they refused a refund.

I am a regular customer of theirs and tonight’s order has been awful. Placed order at 7 by 8:15 it hadn’t arrived (despite saying on the way for over half an hour) when it finally arrived at 8:30, the food was freezing and items were missing . I called to ask for these to be sent out and the woman on the phone was beyond rude , her attitude/tone was disgusting. Because of this I asked for a partial refund due to food being cold , missing items and her attitude . She began to shout saying she would not deliver missing items if I asked food hub to help with a refund, I hung up in the end and have opened a case with food hub. Missing food had arrived half an hour after I complained but this was pointless as they were part of a meal deal and others had finished eating. I would like to add both delivery drivers were polite at the door, Shame about the ladies telephone manners , busy or not … you shouldn’t speak to people like that .

kebab meat is as hard as charcoal, chips were rotten, ordered at 8,meat is pink

They gave me really bad food poisoning off a chicken wrap and was ill for days, had a hospital trip as well thanks to them, DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE

The man who delivered my order was really rude, didn’t give me the right amount of change, and even complained to ME about coming “30 minutes ago” when it was about 5 minutes ago. i didn’t answer the door due to the outrageous knocking (even had neighbours wondering what was going on!) which is frightening, i’ve never quite experienced anything quite like it. Left my dog crying when he was getting scared. Not impressed.

No sundae just some scoops of plain ice cream so was over charged for that and no pakora sauce just some dry pakoras. Was also all cold. Half arsed at end of the night.

Chicken Pakora was clearly microwaved! Half was stone cold and the other half warm. Doner Meat was dry and Luke warm, not ordering again after being a loyal customer

Mario's is as lot better than milanos,trust me,at least they abide to the law

I really enjoy the quality of food from Marios however there always seems to be something wrong with the order. I ordered a mega burger tonight and it came as a pineapple burger. Last time I ordered my pizzza had all the wrong toppings and the time before that extra sauces missing and the salad missing from my burger. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could call them to rectify the situation but the phone number never seems to work 😩

Always good food, panicked reading other reviews about none delivery but needn't have worried. Was delivered sooner than expected, all the order was correct and food for the family was lovely as always. Thank you x

Yet again, amazing food. Mega burger with extra chilli sauce is so nice! You wont find better value food anywhere in this city. Beautiful every single time. Order often and never had a bad meal yet!

Great food, good value for money and delivery driver went out of his way to get our order complete.

My order was “out for delivery” for almost 45 minutes so although delivered “on time” that’s probably why it arrived freezing cold. Previously had a good experience here so maybe a one-off but still very disappointed nonetheless.

Everything is usually great,but this time my food came and was missing all the sauce and salad from the kebab, which was freezing cold, we were missing our coleslaw and my Hawaiian burger was absolutely covered in garlic sauce so I couldn’t pick it up as it was all over the outside of the bun so we paid £30 and could barely eat the burger, or the kebab and were missing items. I called the restaurant and it said the phone was disconnected and just eat wouldn’t do anything as I paid cash
