This is a great place to eat and stay. Staff very good especially Christina. We had a lovely meal in fantastic surroundings

Came in to the table table after hearing from a friend that it was open up properly again (finally, i have missed coming in for a delicious lunch) me and my husband enjoyed an amazing all you can eat breakfast food was topped up and kept on top of constantly by two amazing waitresses Dawn and Sheryl i think their names were and they made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed (everything you'd want from a restaurant) i would like to highly recommend marine court table table to everyone looking for a reasonably priced yet high standard meal with a stunning view ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cristina at table table is great. First class waitress. It’s a premier inn so you know what you get, but what a top employee. They should be proud to have her, food was good too.

Would like to say thank you first too the servers Jody and Allie the service was not only professional but also welcoming. Always attentive to the customers need. They are a credit to thier job. Food was cooked to perfection. From the toast to the meat inside. Would happily return again. Made my birthday feel great even though the did not know it was which means they treat every one equal.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I always order poached eggs which are always perfectly cooked. Special mention and thanks to Georgina who deals with us so proficiently. She's a star !

I would just like to say me and my family went in today and had a lovely meal staff very friendly we had a lovely lady called Jayne serve us and she did everything possible to make our visit enjoyable and welcoming we would definitely come back with friends and family again. 😃

Great food, excellent service as always and an added bonus lovely view of the harbour. We have lunch here quite often and are never disappointed.

Pleasant surroundings. Food basic but good, hot and well-cooked. Service was good, although, to be fair, it wasn’t that busy. I had scampi and chips with mushy peas, and the scampi was delicious. My friend had steak and chips. She had asked for medium cooked and it came more on the rare side, but she said it was fine. The Caramel apple tart was delicious, and the custard was hot. I agree with a previous reviewer though - the custard did taste different, but was very nice just the same. It was a pleasant meal in nice surroundings, maybe a little overpriced, but I would go back.

A standard pub for dinner. Not everything was available which was disappointing. Service on entry was fast but this didn't last for the whole time we were there. Food was good, hot and served well. The decor of the restuarant was ok, clearly been recently painted but not all the masking tape removed yet. Overall, a cheap eat in a standard restaurant.

We live in Dover and visit Table Table with friends and on our own quite often, staffing issue gets worse, we went in Easter Monday for a meal, , had to wait for some one to come and book us in , only one lady (she always works very hard) and a man never smiles ( altho could not see what had to smile about) they doing bar and restaurant , when we sit at table 2 groups gave up waiting to be given a table and walked out , if we were not honest think we could have walked out with out paying, as staff so busy . Please get more staff not fair on ones you have , must expect better service at Easter what going happen in summer .

Quiet when we visited at 4 on Saturday. Had a voucher to use for 2 majn meals, only ghing you can't hace is grill menu. Attentive staff, quick service and nicely cooked food. I was surprised by the size of my fish, Husband was a bit disappointed with the size of his burger but we were full up when we left. Sharing platter is definitely worth it as a nice little starter to share

The service was atrocious, the kitchen run out of most food items (reservation was at 18:30) the alternative starter eventually arrived only to be inedible. I do recommend that if you want an evening meal whilst staying here then you make other arrangements.

Sam who is the front of House manager was superb from start to finish. We were virtually here all day for various meetings and she was absolutely amazing , great food and her customer service from start to finish was superb. Definitely will be back

My Mothers Day dinner with my eldest daughter was lovely. It was extremely busy and the staff kept their cool and were charming and efficient, keeping everyone happy. The meal itself was very satisfying - huge portions nicely presented. My daughters roast dinner was enormous and my nachos starter was ample, could have done for us both! The Apple Betty pudding was a bit limp and disappointing but edible and came with ice cream which always feels a bit naughty and luxe. Overall, really lovely, staff who knew what they were about and kept their charm through the noise and the activity, nicely presented food which was tasty and enjoyable (and very filling!) and no long waits. It was good to note that people with different needs were made welcome and not in a patronising way. One suggestion - and it is something that can get lost in the rush - is to check the soap dispensers in the loos more often. It always seems to be the disability loo that runs out of stuff... Big bonus: sea views from the right tables, it made it a little bit magic....

Took my son for some lunch on sunday, was lucky enough to get sat down and order before lots of tables followed in afterwards. My son loved his sausages and especially loved the brownie. I ordered the fajita burger which was a nice change to have. But the best bit was the watermelon house soda, I had to order two it was nice and refreshing. Staff very friendly aswell

Absolute horrific experience! We were staying just for the night at the Premier Inn next door and took a take away to our room. My 5 year old son had a hot dog. Only after he ate half of it, I nearly went to take a bite of it and realized the hot dog was almost completely uncooked on the inside. I raised the issue with the staff David who confirmed that it is uncooked and also had it confirmed with the Chef Kyle who cooked it. After speaking to one more restaurant staff (Georgina) about it she passed on the issue to the Restaurant Manager Sam. She was absolutely rude to me. She apologized to me at the first instance (but didn't sound apologetic at all) but the next second she was very rude and trying to fob me off saying ''I have already apologized to you. what else can I do''. I was so tensed and stressed that my 5 year old had eaten half a raw hot dog, plus we were leaving the next morning for our holiday in Europe. How can the restaurant serve uncooked meat ? I am absolutely shocked! I have been so stressed by the incident and was stressed throughout our holiday worrying that my son might fall ill. This is highly irresponsible of the restaurant. A very kind staff Hanna helped with the refund for the hotdog and was polite to us. Apart from her the entire experience made me feel like rubbish and regret of why the hell did I order food from this restaurant.

The best breakfast buffet in Dover by far the hospitality of the staff, and especially Dan is amazing he will always go out of his way to cater for everyone’s needs.

Excellent value lunch at this place next to the Premier Inn, Dover. Great service from our waitress Christina who was also very knowledgeable and can speak four languages. Nice food, friendly Staff and good value. We will be back.

Turned up here mob handed unannounced for a table of 8. Dan greeted us at the front saying " follow me we can squeeze you in" The place was very busy as usual for breakfast and before we knew it Dan had made a table up and we was ready to tuck in. £9.99 all you can eat breakfast buffet is certainly not recommended by my Dr, but i couldn't resist going back up for more, whilst the kids were actually interacting with each other with smiles and laughter. (It's normally screaming, fighting and crying at home. So I wasn't going to turn this opportunity for prolonged happiness down) All the ingredients are replenished in good time. The sign of a good team when everything runs smoothly in what sometimes must feel like chaos for them. After 8 cups of coffee, and a forced pan au chocolate down. (Just to try) We all headed back home to nurse our food comas. Keep up the good work Dan and team.

Stopped for lunch with no booking but no issue there,seated very quickly and order taken pronto by Sam who was absolutely first class with her politeness and customer service manners throughout our stay for lunch. Food was perfect,all hot and as we ordered and desserts were lovely. Bill all payed for with no waiting to ask by Sam who is a credit to table table.

Came here for breakfast. Had to wait 5mins or so at the door to be seated after staff looking over at us. Food was great but a bit slow on topping up the food. Coffee machine ended up breaking and we had to use coffee sashes which we didn’t find a problem. Was slow on topping up the juice. Because of all the slowness, I think they was short staffed. Great price for breakfast as kids eat free. We’ve been here twice for breakfast and we will come again.

Had a lovely lunch at premier inn restaurant. Cristina the lovely waitress was so bubbly, friendly, so efficient, should be in charge. But restaurant looks tired, shabby. Desperately needs a new carpet on restaurant side, full of ridges, looks , old, grumby. Someone will trip on old carpet!! Hurt themselves. The walls need a good clean, lick paint woodnt help.

Stayed at the adjoining premier Inn the night before our early ferry crossing. In a nutshell, this place hasn't got enough staff to cope, and the decor is tired and dirty. More importantly, the food is awful. Our choices were made with low quality ingredients, the portions were small, and the mash was powdered. My wife complained after she left hers and was basically ignored by the waiter called Jack, who said he would let the kitchen know, and he agreed that the place needed investment. That was the end of that, no manager or chef appeared, and we got bored being ignored. The hotel is convenient and busy, so it appears that the restaurant feeds of its success without having to try. There are better restaurants a short walk into the town.

This is only the second time we’ve visited, as we tend to stay in the adjoining hotel when using the Ferry port. Booking would definitely be recommended as on both occasions it’s been really busy and people without bookings turned away. On this occasion they’d run out of a couple of dishes and the kids meal that our little boy had hoped to enjoy, but we soon found him alternative whilst we opted for the Sunday dinner. The kids meal was average, but the Sunday dinners were delicious, and absolutely huge for the price paid. The staff (Kayleigh) were really accommodating and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Must read 'til the end to see the full picture, all pro's and con's are here about our experience. We went there as a family to have a dinner before we start our 3 hours journey back to the midlands, my 2 year old, my wife and me. We have arrived at 5-ish, waited for 10 minutes at the "Please wait here to be seated" sign, making eye contact with several waiters and waitresses, but no-one attended, so my wife decided to ask the bar staff where to sit. We've got a table in a good place, asked for a high chair, been promised one by the manager of the bar, but never actually received it, however my daughter was able to reach the table from the normal seat as well, so all was good. We have decided what we are going to eat at a 5.20, but only managed to place an order at the bar at 5.34 because apparently the bar staff who should have served us had no authorization card for the till, so a collegaue arrived who asked me if I want to pay with cash because if yes I'll have to wait for a third collegaue to pay because although she has access to the till, but she doesn't have access to the cashier. Nevermind I had card on me, just crack on, we want to go and see the port before we leave. We've ordered a starter sharing plate with extra mac and cheese bites, it arrived 20 minutes after order at 17.54 and I have to admit, THIS WAS PHENOMENAL. Seriously, not cold, not too hot, absolute snacking temperature, my daughter loved the chicken goujons too, we were so hungry that we eat the whole starter plate in 5 minutes. The plate has been taken away 15 minutes later. We've been watching the empty starter plate for 15 minutes. The starters were taken away, and we had to wait 25 minutes until 18.47 to receive the main courses. Honestly there was nothing extra about them, all were good, well designed plates, the full rack of ribs was a really massive amount of well-meaty ribs (more meat than bones), it was a little bit dry, but nothing that a little BBQ sauce can't sort out. The coleslaw had 0 spices or salt in it. Really, I'm more than happy to send them a good coleslaw recipe. This was the moment when we decided that if we want to see the port we have to leave soon, so we tried to ask for a takeaway box for the massive amount of food we paid for, and to our surprise, they have not had takeaway boxes. 3 main courses are going to the bin. I hope at least someone at the kitchen eat them and had not have to throw them to the bin. We asked for the desserts, and again, as with the starter these were absolutely amazing. Brownie was nice and gooey, with well tasty ice-cream, the profiterol sundae was just WOW, and the kids fruit salad was well selected with pineapple, apple, orange, grapefruit, grapes, they were fresh and delicious. And now the best bit: The staff, although they didn't have the situation in their hands were EXTREMELY kind and polite. My daughter was quite bored waiting for the food so she was roaming around in the restaurant and screaming and playing, and the staff was uber understanding and patient. The restaurant had a good family friendly vibe alltogether. Just the service was crap regardless that the whole place was not busy at all.

I had frequently eaten here as I'm staying at the adjoining hotel. Food is decent and so is service. Except when a certain individual is here. I would like to mention Kirsten, who works the front of house, as a exceptional member of staff. She has the whole floor buzzing with her charisma and skills. Whether its breakfast shifts, lunch, dinner or even the bar which stays open after dinner service has ended, she doesn't fail to put a smile on your face. I certainly look forward to going here if I know she will be on shift, as waiting times are very low while Kirsten is on shift. A huge asset to the business....

This Restaurant always has wonderful waiters and watresses, but sadly normally aweful Managers, if the waiters could take over it would be better. I went there on Friday 11th June and and covering my face went to the bar to order. The Manager was exceptionally rude. Instead of simply requesting that I sit outside and that they would be with me shortly, as under restrictions, orders could not be taken a the bar, he was incredibly abrubt, h said we do not take orders here, go and sit outside... it wasn't just what he said but the way he said it...and I am not the only person to witness his rudeness, many people have said the same, I have heard he is leaving soon, when I will very very happily go back, as it is a great place with great food and service apart from him, but as long as he is there, I will not return.

One of the evenings we decided to eat in at the restaurant. the manager told us we had to wait 30min for a table which wasn’t a problem at all. She mentioned we had to wait outside for Covid reasons, so we sat outside and we ordered from the manager a couple of drinks to have whilst we were waiting but after 20min no drinks arrived. My partner went inside and asked a waiter and he said they would bring them (never).After 10min (Kally) the only nice lady there called us as there was a table available. We told her what had happened with our drinks and she went to the bar (they brought wrong drinks x2 times). Food order was wrong and the guy didn’t even know what he was bringing... (not to mention that the food is awful).So unprofessional, disorganised and rude starting with the manager as she didn’t even apologise.

We were staying in the premier inn for a few days visiting family in Dover. We found the staff in the restaurant extremely helpful especially Jodie and Kirsten who both were friendly and very welcoming and catered for all our needs as we were with 3 other family’s. BUT - we found after pre booking 3 separate tables the evening before requesting the tables were in the same area of the restaurant (COVID compliant) as had been attending a funeral. We were greeted by the manager in an aggressive manner totally dismissive of our requirements. We we not asking to break COVID rules we just wanted 3 separate tables in the same area. We were given 3 tables in 3 different areas with walls between!! Obviously we are aware as we work ourselves in a business where we have to be Covid secure and we felt his manner in which he addressed us was totally un professional, rude and not empathetic of our situation. If it wasn’t for Jodies professional intervention it would of ruined our stay with the premier inn and this restaurant. Well done again to all the other team members of this restaurant you turned a bad situation around for us.

Peter did a brilliant job of serving us today. This is the first place after lockdown that we have eaten at and we were not disappointed. Food was quick to arrive, piping hot and tasty. We sat 3 courses and each was perfect. We were not kept waiting for long periods after finishing plates but were also not rushed into having the next arrive. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future

Really great service here - our server Ira was fantastic; very polite and professional. Food is really great too, all arrived piping hot and delicious. Felt very “Covid safe” as our first indoor dining since lockdown too.

Visited today may 20th, we booked very last minute after having a cancellation at the Duke of Yorks.We were astonished at the covid guidelines in place they were fantastic. The manager was very knowledgeable and hands on, helping his staff.Our waiter was Peter and for a new Guy he made such an amazing member of the team. The perfectly poured San Miguel he was so proud! As were we he checked on us throughout our meals and double checked everything was correct and that we were comfortable.I think you've got a Good one there in Peter that young Man will go far with his care and attention to detail as well as holding his own when there were problems with a very awkward table of guests.Well done all Be back soon for more lovely food.
