Marble Lounge in Elmbridge

Ordered off delivroo took two hours, crepes stone cold and tough chicken burger consisted of two chicken nuggets and also stone cold only passable if you are drunk absolutely appalling for the price

Just had a Marble ice cream and had crepe, was so lovely all of the staff are very helpful and friendly I was served my Sam and Jaimee and Aylessa who made our trip a lovely experience they went out of their way to make sure our visit was as nice as possible

Whilst anticipating a good experience for my daughters treat - was greeted by a scruffy, tired garden and lots of tables uncleared, mess on the floor and a tired messy garden. The staff seemed to be more interested in sitting around chatting then helping. To be fair the table was promptly cleaned when requested, but the rest of the tables and mess remained during whole visit and it was late afternoon so not busy with customers. The food was to the standard expected and we enjoyed that, but we wont return until the overall standard is improved. Disappointing.

Can’t believe it isn’t more busy here, came on a monday night me and my friend shared a waffle. The portions were huge and the outdoor area was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here for happy hour as the cocktail menu looks so good. Definitely recommend!!!

The service isn't great, took us 45 mins to receive our cocktails with only 5 other people in the garden, place has potential but with such an extensive cocktail menu they need another member of staff old enough to make them, the quality of the cocktails however was very good.

We rolled up here at 9:30pm Sunday evening for desserts. The service was quick and friendly. There is great choice and the waffles were really nice with large portions, ice cream is fairly standard. We sat in the garden out back which was lovely and lots of space, might have my birthday party here. Not cheap but good. Also very clean no masks and social distancing though.

I will start by saying the positive, the back garden is lush, very spacious and beautifully presented. Marble Lounge's menu choices are great with plenty of options. Unfortunately their service is extremely poor. This was our third visit and it was equally disappointing. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order, which arrived incomplete.Despite repeatedly asking our drinks drinks and cutlery weren't delivered until the food was cold. After 90 minutes of waiting the reminder of the order was brought to our table. At this point we had to leave. The staff was unapologetic about their poor service. Needles to say we won't be visiting again but will be sharing our experience with friends and family.

The customer service was great, the staff were very attentive. Great atmosphere and aesthetic. They gave the birthday girl extra ice cream which a very nice touch, really appreciated. Will definitely come again and recommend to friends.

I loved it so much! Me and my friends went to get a sweet treat after school and this hit the spot! The staff are incredible. Also, the garden area is such a vibe. Can’t wait to come back! 🤍🤍

Visited with my daughter and grandson, we all thoroughly enjoyed the food, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again!

We ordered from Marble Lounge Saturday evening and can honestly not express my excitement for somewhere like this in Weybridge. The staff were friendly and the crepes / waffle we ordered were delicious. Will definitely order from them again and look forward to being able to dine in as soon as we are able to again. 100% recommend 😁
