Subway in Elmbridge

This Store is now open Till Late 2200 Hrs. NEW OPENING AND LATE CLOSING TIMES. 0700 TO 2200 Hrs MON TO SATURDAY AND 2000 ON SUNDAY .

I came on Tuesday morning, the guy working was so friendly and funny, I would come again just because of him. Food was good too.

It the worst subway in and around London I have seen. The customer service is terrible may be because I’m an Indian. I would never go there again.

Have to say the best Subway I've been to in a while. Food was good. The restaurant was clean. And the staff were exceptional.

I work at the council office next door to this establishment & regularly pop in for my lunch. There is a chap there usually in a white turban and his customer service skills are impeccable. He is super friendly and always brightens up my day with a smile and friendly persona. Thank you so much for a great service as always!!

Has to be the best service I have ever received in a subway! The gentleman who served me had only been in the country since January, but this knows how to do customer service! Polite, welcoming and friendly when I came into the shop. Service was swift and was asking me questions about my day whilst making my sandwich. What an amazing staff member who made not just a great experience in subway, but made me realise we should just be kind and more polite to each other.

My favourite Subway branch. Extremely friendly staff, organised during busy times, variety of options and enough stock! No running out of items which most of the subways have in common. I do not mind travelling all the way to Esher to grab a sub.

Your telephone number doesn’t work so I was not able to amend/add to my order. There wasn’t an option to add something via the online order app so I thought I’d be able to via telephone. Not possible.

Where do I begin? The opening and closing times set on; the doors, the website and Google simply don’t apply to the lazy staff here. We arrived at 9:15pm, door wide open only to be told by someone that resembles Johnny Vegas they were indeed closed. Everything had been packed away so whilst they are open till 10pm the desire to cook anymore food had perished long before, the last order bell must have been rung at 8pm we had come from a party but now the party had stopped. When you can educate big Johnny on the concept of your closing times there maybe hope for this chain but I shall never return.

This is by far the best subway outlet I have come across. The store is brand new and the hygiene is top notch. The customer service is also very good. Food quality is excellent and always freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

Seen the delivery guys here being completely ignored and having to wait 30 minutes for their orders. If you place a delivery order the owner just doesn't care - zero customer care for delivery customers. Just avoid.

Recently I’ve ordered a food from subway esher. And I’m very delighted to share the review. Trust me the best subs I’ve got. Perfect filing, ultra fresh vegetables, nicely packaged. The team is highly skilled and very friendly and flexible. The best place to get a sub. Thank you subway esher for making my day.

I have been to many subways in my time but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. As soon as I walked in there the staff looked at me blankly, not asking 'what would you like?', not even asking wether I wanted cheese and just muttering 'yes?' without eye contact. The real problem came when I came to pay; being a frequent subway buyer I wanted to use the rewards points I had saved. The store manager responsible for payments said that there was no way to scan my card because the 'scanner was broken'. With a smirk on his face he refused to input my code number, saying it is impossible on their system which is highly unlikely as otherwise they would not put a long code on my account.

Just enjoyed a couple of subs from the Esher branch. They were delivered still warm, fresh, well made, carefully wrapped and delivered in a box which was great. They didn’t have our drink but came with an alternative and asked if that was ok so we really appreciated that. Would definitely order again and recommend. Thanks!!

The best subway I have been to by far!! The food is fresh and tasty. The place is clean and the staff is very clean. This branch has made me realise that most of the subways standards are poor in terms of freshness and hygiene. 1000/10 for me. The only disappointment is that I live 15 miles away from this branch. My advice is that Subway as a whole needs to follow the example of this branch to see a higher margin of profit.

Subway subs, great staff and quick turnaround

Served by a rude women who was had her earphones in, there was also a nice polite gentleman but when ordering food I had to repeat things multiple times and she seemed more concentrated on whatever she was listening to than who she was serving, 03/03/2020

The server girl was on a hands free phone call all the time.e she was serving me, How Rude !! And the poached egg was dry. Come on Subway you can do better.

I do not dislike this place because the food is amazing!

Shocking. The two at the till were arguing and I was told to wait while he sorted out his personal problems. 5 minutes later was still waiting. No wonder there is no one in the shop, you'll die of hunger before getting served!

Customer service is quite alright. There never seems to be a queue so you will get your food quite quickly.

Lovely Subway with smiling staff always! Always nice quality and fresh bread, however the opening hours are very limiting, seeing as they close at 7PM.... kind of a big blow for the store. However, that is the only fault I can find in this location.
