One of the nicest Subways I have ever attended. Great customer service.

Hands down best subway in area. Good people kind always asking how your meal is, place is very clean.

Execution and the build of the sandwich was amazing. Service was warm and welcoming. Give the owner as many Subway branches as you can as this guy is a credit to the brand! Thank you for your hospitality

Came for a late takeaway, greeted and served by Didar. We had been in town only for a few days and he was welcoming and very friendly. He also gave a complimentary cookie. We will be a regular!

Missing an item but refund offered. The delivery driver, left good on the Pirch floor - not happy as responded immediately to ring of doorbell. The delivery Rider sat on their motorbike, immediately after ringing doorbell plus failing to shut the Porch door proper! I have a disability and bending down to pick food off a floor is unacceptable, and both painful and difficult! I do not need lazy, inconsider

Honestly the best subway experience I’ve ever had. The gentlemen who served me was a consummate professional and very friendly. He should be working at a Michelin star restaurant he was that good.

Order 10:15 and didn’t arrive till 12pm then said order was here when it wasn’t so I tried to cancel it then it turned up cold I would like refund

I work at the council office next door to this establishment & regularly pop in for my lunch. There is a chap there usually in a white turban and his customer service skills are impeccable. He is super friendly and always brightens up my day with a smile and friendly persona. Thank you so much for a great service as always!!

I placed my order at 1130am to ensure this would be received during my lunch break. The initial ETA was 1205-1220, i phoned the restaurant at 1220 and was informed the driver had left and was on his way. My food turned up at 1300, which was too late for me then to enjoy my lunch. At this time the food was also cold. I find it unacceptable that i waited 1.5 hours from time of order to food being delivered.

Our food was an hour late it was cold wrong food and missing food . We spent over 40 pounds and have been told we are not getting a refund, absolutely disgusted will never eat from there again

Has to be the best service I have ever received in a subway! The gentleman who served me had only been in the country since January, but this knows how to do customer service! Polite, welcoming and friendly when I came into the shop. Service was swift and was asking me questions about my day whilst making my sandwich. What an amazing staff member who made not just a great experience in subway, but made me realise we should just be kind and more polite to each other.

It was 2 hours and 50 mins late i ordered 9 hash browns and only got 6 I ordered a chicken Italian footling and only got a turkey hearty italian. I non stop called the place several times when late however they gave me zero communication and didn’t answer any until 10 mins before arrival where they were very rude and gave very poor service with not even an apology so we are unfortunately asking for our money back as this just not the service we would expect Thankyou

It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a subway, we gave up in the end and ate something else because we didn't think it would come. Over two hours for a sandwich!!

Delivery was fine! But sandwiches not as per the order. One of them didn’t have the cheese, the other one didn’t have the sauce and third one did not have the salad that was asked for.

What a awful experience ! Got messages that order was delayed a few times then I got a message on the app to enjoy my food ! What food ! Nothing arrived

I asked for lots of sauce and that was definitely delivered, honestly made me happy as it was made perfectly and they even added an extra pot of sauce. I would 100% recommend as not only was the food super nice, the staff were nice too and my order was PERFECT exactly how I asked

Cannot believe how downhill it’s gone, took around an hour even though it’s only 5 minutes away if that from my address. Food was not warm or hot.

Ordered 2 subs and a few hash browns from Subway at 1:00pm, and was notified to expect them between 2:00pm and 2:20pm which, in my opinion, was already absurd to wait over an hour for 2 simple sandwiches, however if that’s how long it takes i’ll accept it. The time reached 2:30pm and I was beginning to get hungry and still hadn’t received my food. Attempted to call the restaurant on several different phones but all calls failed. Then looked to message the restaurant. The Just Eat app told me to expect a reply within 5 minutes. As I’m sure you can expect at this point, I received no reply. Slightly concerning that there was no way of me contacting the restaurant to ask for a refund if you ask me. Anyways, food arrived at 3:00pm finally, yet it was extremely cold, couldn’t even tell it had seen the toaster! Will be expecting AT LEAST a partial refund for this completely unacceptable and abysmal service.

This is a joke. Have been waiting for my order for an hour, and tried to call the restaurant - phone number is invalid. Now I spent money and haven't received my food and have no way of contacting them, and that's not the first time. Never again.

The driver didn’t want to deliver it and asked me to go to him my food also isn’t hot

My favourite Subway branch. Extremely friendly staff, organised during busy times, variety of options and enough stock! No running out of items which most of the subways have in common. I do not mind travelling all the way to Esher to grab a sub.

Your telephone number doesn’t work so I was not able to amend/add to my order. There wasn’t an option to add something via the online order app so I thought I’d be able to via telephone. Not possible.

Stay clear of esher subway/ Order wrong, and didn’t get correct amount of cookies but this was argued with the store. Customer service very poor and will now be using another branch. Although the delivery driver was efficient and polite.

Where do I begin? The opening and closing times set on; the doors, the website and Google simply don’t apply to the lazy staff here. We arrived at 9:15pm, door wide open only to be told by someone that resembles Johnny Vegas they were indeed closed. Everything had been packed away so whilst they are open till 10pm the desire to cook anymore food had perished long before, the last order bell must have been rung at 8pm we had come from a party but now the party had stopped. When you can educate big Johnny on the concept of your closing times there maybe hope for this chain but I shall never return.

No response fm subway and my food is an hour late

Order never even turned up, tried to ring,no one answering,they changed delivery time twice, had to leave one star for food to post review. After waiting 1hour 5 minutes we gave up.

This is by far the best subway outlet I have come across. The store is brand new and the hygiene is top notch. The customer service is also very good. Food quality is excellent and always freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

Turned up 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. It was cold. The wedges didn’t have the special seasoning on. I ordered tastes like steak and I got tastes like chicken. Not impressed.

Ordered from here on basis of 25-40 mins estimated arrival time. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive and was lukewarm on arrival. Also arrived 15 minutes later than recorded on Just Eat. No apology for late delivery.
