Without doubt this is the best traditional greasy spoon I've found in Hitchin - a really good generous portion of cooked to order breakfast for just £3.50, superb value.

Came here for breakfast on Tuesday. Inside clean with plently of seats. So much on the menu to choose from! We had, 2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes. Added extra black pudding. It came out freshly cooked and boiling hot! 2 cups of tea and a plate of toast. Was very filling and very, very nice. The sausages are bigger than your normal ones. All that came to £14! Having looked through the menu the prices of the food arr beyond reasonable! Without the black pud it was £6 each! We will definitely be coming back next time I go to Hitchin.

Nothing too posh (LOL) but I must say the quality of breakfast at Manny's Café is second to none for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Don't expect fine dining and I'm not sure I would be too keen to try many of their non breakfast dishes but as full English breakfasts go it is spot on. There is a bewildering range of breakfast combinations to choose from which can get a bit confusing but once you settled on your combination of choice its a real treat when it arrives. I cant really fault it. A good cup of builders tea and some plain white toast is all you need with it. Service is friendly and the place is clean - it is my default cafe for hangover breakfast.

I arrived here for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large cooked breakfast/brunch placed in front of me. Now for just £2.99 this was very good value for money. The food arrived within ten minutes and hot. The bacon delicious. The staff were very polite and provided a good service in a clean and tidy manor. They are open 7 days a week from 7am-5pm.

The service isn't the great but the food is appalling! We ordered simple fish and chips and fairly basic food but it all tasted oily, old and I couldn't eat mine (and I am not a fussy eater!)

Manny's is a traditional greasy spoon cafe which is great for a visit after the near by car boot / market. Always fresh hot cooked food and a friend smile and greeting from the owner what ever the ungodly time in the morning. Highly recommend the bacon, egg and onion toasted baguette, good value as well. All the food according to the posters is Hal-la.

I don't have too many issues with the food served here, but the value for money seemed amiss compared to the quality. If you're staying at the hotel this isn't a bad place for dinnder.

We went for lunch on my partner's birthday and from the welcome we received when we walked in, to the friendly goodbye when we left, everything was fantastic. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and excellent value for money. My new favourite pub.

The food was nice but there was no salt and pepper on the table no lemon wipes to clean fingers after. Staff was around to seat you and take your order but would not look at you after so could not signal for the bill. Managed to pay at the bar and ask to box up what we could not eat.

Beautiful Green King pub bafflingly devoid of GK IPA or my Sunday favourite Abott. When I asked I was told they were only GK for drinks...not food.... which is even more confusing. Please bring back the Abbot. Thank you.
