Manna Restaurant in Southampton

Stumbled upon this Korean BBQ restaurant. Ordered Kim chi soup and chicken bulgogi. Really enjoy the spiciness of the soup and the tasty chicken. This is one of the most enjoyable meals in our trip

The best-fried chicken I have ever had, especially the Soy Garlic Chicken wings. The friendly and approachable staff was helpful which made the experience that much better. 10/10 would visit again.

My first experience of authentic Korean food and I couldn't of thought of a better place to have it. The staff were friendly and efficient but the star of the show was the lady who run the place (Didn't catch her name unfortunately!), she was so sweet and nothing was too much trouble. The food may seem a bit on the pricey side but I personally think that for what you get, it's well worth it. Can't wait to go back so I can try more of the menu!

First time visiting this place as was reccomended by a friend the service was incredible and the food was even more fantastic the kimchi rice was the best I've ever had. Would reccomend to anyone who loved korean food

I honestly cannot praise the food and the staff enough! The restaurant has new owners who are very friendly as are their staff, the food is absolutely outstanding, much much better than before! We ordered a starter of chicken dumplings, following a main of kimchi for my husband and a seafood bibimbag (?) for myself with a massive portion of honey and garlic chicken wings which we couldn't finish, so took the rest away to eat at home. The prices were reasonable and we'll definitely be back and eat there more often!

The best fried chicken ever but they never seem to be available on Deliveroo any more. They also don’t respond to messages. The food is completely worth it if you can visit in person though.

Several attempts to book up on a Saturday. Very popular restaurant. Fab Korean food, definitely would recommend the BBQ, stir fries and their KFC OMG to die for.. wanted to try it all 😊 but more trips loom. 😉 Can not fault it at all, great food, ambiance and service. The service is fast but we arrived at its busiest but didn’t bother us 😉

Last night we go to Korean BBQ (Manna Restaurant) to celebrate. It is a very good experience. Children are very excited and happy when they know that we are going to a Korean restaurant. We ordered 2 types of fried chicken wing, KIM-CHI, 2 types of BI-BIM-BAB, Ramen and BBQ. The food are delicious, very traditional and high quality- very juice, very fresh and taste are very good. Their staff are very lovely, polite and good service. They will change baking paper when finsh one type of bbq food. It can truly to taste that food’s taste and didn’t mix up second food’s taste. The restaurant environment is very good, fresh air - no oily smell, the height of table is very suitable for bbq （not too high）. My daughter doesn't eat much, Yesterday she encore again and again, told me very delicious and she eat a lot and ask me to come again. The owners are Korean couple. They are very nice and talk with us happily. We highly recommend this Korean restaurant and we certainly will go again.

I often visit this restaurant. There is such a warm hearted customer service like nowhere else. The food is outstanding ❤ 👌 The customer service and the food brings me from London.

We visited this Korean restaurant as a family and what an amazing welcome we received! We did visit this restaurant before and although mice weren’t very impressed then… The restaurant currently is under a new management team and the experience we had this time round is substantially different to the experience we had before. The food was of a high quality, fresh and just right with spices! My little daughter has also thoroughly enjoyed her experience! Overall very pleased - highly recommend!!!

When I visited Southampton, this was the one restaurant my friends and I would frequent. The staff, service, food, environment were all just top tier. I’m not a big seafood fan, never liked it but their spicy seafood ramen? Different gravy. It’s unfortunate that this restaurant has some bad reviews from when it was run by a different management and it’s owners, especially since the current owners are so amazing and welcoming. The staff care about the needs of their customers, the food is mouthwatering and the price is decent/ affordable. I couldn’t ask for more!

The food is so incredibly tasty! Ive come here on multiple occasions and the food and service is always so good. The waiters are so friendly and tend to all your needs and try make your experience as good as possible. I recommend the yang nyeom chicken wings as the chicken always tastes fresh and the sauce is delicious. The ramens are also incredible! Under the new management since October, this restaurant has significantly improved and is almost unrecognisable (apart from the interior design). I could not recommend this restaurant more if you’re ever in Southampton and looking for delicious Korean food!

What a wonderful birthday experience to end the day sampling a Korean BBQ. Definitely a night to remember for all the family. The food was delicious 😋 and packed with flavour. The table inset BBQ was just fab. No sign of processed food, all food bought fresh each day. Authentic Korean chefs delivering top rate dishes. Everyone was beaming with smiles. If anyone is hooked on Korean dramas extend your experience with a Korean BBQ here.....they know the top stars. So many new dishes to try. I recommend the honey butter wings, the chicken Bulgogi, the mandu dumplings and the Korean Rice drink. Will definitely go again. Thank you for making my birthday even more special 💓

Best Korean food I’ve had , the new owners are amazing. Everything is great here- the food, the ambiance, the service. The service is fast and the food tastes delicious. Some of my favourite dishes are the yang nyeom chicken wings, vegetable gim-bap, chicken bibimbap, chicken bulgogi and more (I can just keep naming dishes, as everything tastes amazing here🙊). The staff is also very polite and helpful. The owners personally go to every table to make sure everything’s going fine. Overall, a must try Restuarant. I’ll surely be going back here soon.
