Ordered pizza and side, side was fine pizza was bad too much cheese and sauce tasted nasty, you’ think they’d know how to make a pizza…

Shocking. was supposes to arrive at 17.55. driver turned up 18.54. Called restaurant twice to query not helpful. When food arrived stone cold, had to warm up in microwave. absolute shambles

The order was nearly an hour late. We had to call the restaurant twice. Also one of the boxes was split on one of our pizzas when it arrived.

Was given wrong ordered (half my orders worth) gave the place a call up to a rude “manager”. She said nothing we can do and ended the phone call. Also have a pizza with pineapple on and one of the people that was supposed to be eating it is severely allergic to pineapple

I use to be a frequent customer here cause they do good pizzas but there is one member of staff with a little mark on the right side of his face. who clearly has a attitude problem quite rude and passive aggressive you know if he doesnt like you cause your made to feel unwelcome. just a couple of nights ago he snatched the money out of my hand rather than just take it and he aggressively sliced my pizza twice whilst giving me a dirty look at me for w.e reason then started to slice it properly and more calmly about a few slices later with his slicer and then aggressively put the pizza in my hand I didn't say a lot or make a big deal but I felt really uncomfortable after tonight and night before I aint going back there again. SORT YOUR ATTITUDE OUT!!

Great value box meal for £4.99, 6 slice pizza with fries. Ordered online for collection and it was ready 10 minutes ahead of time. Anu was super friendly on pick-up.

Awful experience. Pizza didn't arrive and when I called to chase it, the person I spoke to was unable to tell me where my order was or when it would arrive. All he kept saying was next time he would give me a free starter. Then he put the phone down on me

Pizza cold, paid for extra sauces didnt get any

Food was expected to arrive at 18.40. Eventually got it at 7.55. Apparently the driver couldnt find my location despite having the postcode so gave up. Didnt bother to call me. Had to call Pizza Hut up as got a "delivered" notification. Did get a complimentary ice cream but utter shambles.

The driver could not find my house despite being given clear instructions then pretended to have called me. When I called the restaurant they took a view that it was my fault

The pizza was cold, and the service was pretty slow . If I had to choose from going to Domino's or Pizza Hut, I would go to Domino's because it's cheaper most of the time and has better deals than Pizza Hut and the service is much quicker

Only good marks are for how quick delivery was. Melt was burnt to the point it was inedible and the ice cream had been melted and refrozen or something so it has an awful crystallised texture. Wanted a treat due to a bad day and ended up with completely wasted money and no lunch, thanks pizza hut 🙄

Very good customer service, the best pizza in Portswood. Waiting time - "normal/standard". If the waiting time is longer, it means a large number of orders, which only confirms the quality. Special thanks for another good dinner to Srujan, thanks to which the ordering time is reduced to practically payment.

Delivery was 40 minutes late. Both Liza were cold. The veggie one had a piece of chicken on it. Had to call several times as they kept putting the call on hold to managerAhmed who offered to remake and send them but we had waited so long and my veggie partner didn’t trust their preparation practices if they had allowed Chicken on a vegetarian pizza. Had to fill in Pizza Huts laborious online form to complain. Not. Good experience.

20 minutes late without any explanation, pizza arrived and was pretty much cold. Bare minimum amount of toppings and my mac and cheese side was also cold. No garlic and herb dip either which your supposed to get with every order of pizza. Plus the box had been squashed so my pizza did not look particularly appealing. Extremely dissapointing, will not be going here again.

Pizza I ordered was missing two of the toppings, also received a second pizza I didn’t order which is totally wasteful. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had, sauce was gross everything tasted bad & arrived early.

Apart from having one of their supreme pizzas and bbq chicken wings as a side order, pizza hut was able to offer me a choice of one of their Ben&Jerry's ice creams as they didn't have the green leaf salad that they do. As a customer, I was very content and pleased knowing that I was more in control of my order, allowing me to choose what flavor ice-creams they had.

Scam artist tried to charge more than advertised on Pizza Hut website. When questioned laughed at me and hung up.

So my order was an hour late.. when I called the restaurant they said that the food was ready but they had no driver.. they said they had to wait for a just eat driver to be assigned.. when the driver turned up eventually he said he was actually a Pizza Hut driver.. so they lied to me!! I rang again about 20 minutes later and they said our food had just left which means our food was sat there for at least 40 mins before it even left.. the food was cold.. there was no dips that we had ordered.. I’m seriously not happy and the food doesn’t even taste that nice so overall it’s been a horrible experience and I will definitely think twice before using them again!!!

No vegan options. At all. It’s like going back in time to when there was no global warming and it was ok to kill for pleasure.

I drove from North Baddesley to collect my order from Portswood, having ordered a Beyond Three Meat Three Cheese. When I arrived home I found that I had a pizza with one Beyond Meat and peppers. I called the branch to tell them and they proceeded to tell me that this was what I ordered, as on their receipt it said Beyond Meat Supreme. That pizza is not even an option on the menu! I was also told on the phone that they only had the one type of Beyond Meat. I should have been told this at the time of ordering. I was offered another pizza but was expected to drive out to collect again, to spend another 30 mins in the car, only to still not have what I wanted. Not a great experience in my opinion.

Ordered food to arrive at 6 and it arrived 5:45 so was really too early. I enter red my mobile number when I ordered and a completely different number was on my receipt which the delivery driver was ringing to no avail. I ordered a white chocolate and caramel cookie dough that comes with ice cream, received a cookies and cream cookie dough with no ice cream. Ordered breaded chicken strips and they were in some sort of batter, not breaded at all. Very disappointing.

On app said enjoy your food when hadn’t even arrived with us so I called the restaurant and it said it was on its way. I asked how long and he said 15 mins, disappointed food was late was cold and not how it is at a restaurant and app was a touch of a button and to not reassure us where our food was.

After waiting 10minutes past the estimated delivery time I called the restaurant to enquire where my delivery was only to be told the driver was on his way & then the phone went dead!! My food arrived 10 minutes later. Although it wasn't cold, it wasn't as hot as I would've expected (I live a 5 minute drive from the restaurant) the nachos were upside down, so the cheese was stuck to the bottom of the box with the greaseproof paper sat on top (it's quite obvious which way up the box should be) the bbq chicken wings were quite plain & there was no added sauce. Cheesy garlic pizza bread didn't have a lot of cheese. Mac n cheese was tasty as always. Quite disappointed as my previous orders have been fine, I know its new years day so staff are possibly not feeling their best after the night before but as I've paid the same price as previous orders I expect the same quality. Happy new year!!

Very unhappy. Food arrived 45 minutes late. Food was stone cold. Customer service from the staff at the restaurant was awful, the way they spoke to myself and my partner was horrible.

Once again the drinks bottle was not brought despite leaving a reminder note and, you know, ordering and paying for the thing which should be enough!

Mac n cheese portion could be a little bigger but was still lovely. Cooked to perfection with generous flavours

for was half hour to 45 mins late my all my food was dead cold, pretty annoyed really as i live 2 mins away from shop, this is not on the restaurant purely down to delivery driver prob taking to many orders than they can handle, but if i live 5 min away i expect my food to be hot and fresh esp when you paid 2o pound on it.

Very good pizza but forgot my drink

Uf... Well... Potato wedges were cold and soggy, pizza was also cold, dry, overcooked and had wrong toppings. I'm guessing they previously made a wrong pizza and just decided to add some toppings and sell it off as the one I ordered? Either way not the biggest fan.

I do not like the pizzas,they come so cold and hard. All night did not sleep and feeling unwell. This is second time that I have ordered and no more!

Where do I start?! It was at least 15 minutes late. When it arrived, it was cold but also cremated. Honestly, one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. They also missed off the extra chillies. To make things worse, it cost £20!! Shambles.

Gave up after 2 hours- avoid at all costs - Useless driver couldn't find where I was despite being in the middle of Southampton and having directions over the phone and WhatsApp. I called the depot and they decided to send a different driver as 'they lived in Southampton' the depot then lied to me saying the new driver was on the way. After half and hour I asked where he was and the depot gave me his number. I then find out the driver is only just leaving the depot. This is 2 hours later! I then cancelled and said I want a refund to which no one on the phone could help me with. So I am outstanding money from this depot. They are seriously Useles here. Avoid.

Sent pizza with wrong toppings. Phoned up, they denied it, then when I insisted they said they would send a replacement. Subsequently forgot about it. Whoever I spoke to was very defensive and insistent he didn't get it wrong. Thanks for the warning guys, I will just order from another branch from now on!
