Mango’s in Bradford

The food is as bad as the staff's attitudes, I saw a staff member picking his nose then handling food without washing his hands, I left & won't be using this place again.

Fantastic tasting food, made vegan with a phone call (delivery take away). Delivered in good time. Friendly and helpful staff. Fab meal!

I called to place an order for delivery. I have an old menu, so the price was higher than I expected. I was told the menu changed every 4 months. I asked for a new menu to be delivered with the order, and was told they didn't have any. He was quite rude, therefore I cancelled the order. I was told to never call again as I had neglected to collect a previous £7.50 order. I have never called in an order to be collected. The man was quite verbally abusive.

This place used to be my regular a few years ago before lock down, and I loved the place especially aloogobi, and onion bhajis, the place was going down on my Last review, sorry its gone down further, couldn't get my order right and delivery was supposed to be 40 mins but 1hour and 10 mins later I had to ring up to see where it was, when it arrived I had to put it in microwave to warm it and the taste had changed completely from what it used to be, my other half got Donna meat and chips and a portion of shammy kebab and they've shrunk in size to less than half of what they used to be with no taste, so sorry can't waste my time using these anymore and staff don't seem bothered,.

The service and food quality have declined significantly in the past year. The staff ignore you if you're a woman and rush to get mens orders first. I went in there today and the shop was almost empty but the man completely ignored us. We waited nearly ten minutes before he even acknowledged our presence and then he made us repeat our order 3 times. He assumed my mum could not speak english so proceeded to talk to us in urdu when we aren't even Pakistani. The burger buns was falling apart and the patty was burnt but raw at the same time and it was a measly portion of donner. Also while waiting, we saw the bosses being quite rude to their own workers and rushing them.

Nothing to write home about, but excellent value - very busy place, so food is always fresh. I always collect .

NHS worker and terrible service made to feel like I was nothing, only woman in there and everyone else was getting served first and none of the staff or customers were made to wear masks terrible did not work for minimum wage through the pandemic to feel belittled

(Free advice) I know there is heavy competition! But by dropping price selling cheap food will not keep you in business for long. Where do I start, going to Mango 🥭 for years but recently everything is going downhill, from food to some staff attitude. Waisted £30, went there at 4.30pm, expected everything should be quite fresh, but nope it was usual CRAP ( cold, Donner meat off, rotten, pre made burger, soggy,list Carrys on) my son's where vomiting after few bites, then it went straight in the garbage 🗑️ bin BECAUSE THATS WHAT MANGO IS SERVING GARBAGE CRAP 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️. BOSS TAKE A GRIP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

We've ordered from here several times now. They always forget the drinks and only ever offer for us to collect them if we want them when there's obviously a reason we have got delivery in the first place! Some dishes are average at best but because it's usually passable we always give them the benefit of the doubt. Haven't ordered for months due to them always forgetting something and their customer service being horrendous. Ordered tonight for the first time in a while. Guy calls me to tell me he's outside. Outside an address 6 miles away from my house. Same road name. Different village and postcode. Clearly hadn't checked before he inputted it into his sat nav. Our food was already late as it was and now will be another 15-20 minutes meaning it will no doubt be freezing when it arrives.

Ordered a takeaway it took 2 hours to arrive it was an hour late and when it finally did arrive it was stone cold and contained several hairs it got to the point it had to go in bin, definitely won’t be visiting again 🤢

Ordered chicken strips to get a chicken steak cut in chunks, the batter had fallen off the chicken, my partners chicken was cold and soggy, My food is a soggy cold mess will not be going back here, wouldn’t even if I got paid to. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered a curry and chicking wings + chips. The order arrived 10 mins early so, 👍 for that. Unfortunately the chicking wings and chips were absolutely stone cold! Clearly you need more delivery drivers!

Tucking in to my kebab and surprise surprise a dead blue bottle had taken up residence my god we almost vomited

Do not go to this place...picked up kebabs and chips which were stone cold! Disgusting wet soggy pitta bread...and poor tasting meat. Sauces had consistency of water...appalling, how they are in business is a mystery.....!?! Wish I’d read reviews before trying urghhh!

I got mugged by a group of migrants years ago right outside mangos. The people working there just stared on. The whole area is/was like a ghetto. Years later (few month ago) i revisited to find it hasnt changed much- even the faded yellow facade was the same. I decided to try the restaurant inside. Food was bad, greasy, and the customer service was terrible- they barely even spoke english and didnt care. Unfortunatley its very common of this part of town.

Do not order from them. We have been waiting ages and pizza was cold. Apart from that is just it was disgusting taste and never had that bad in my life. They have to invested in proper cook or stop poising ppl!!!

ordered a aloogobi curry and a portion of onion bhaji, not up to usual standard either changed hands or changed cook it was not nice as the onion bhajis had soggy batter on it .

Ordered last week and the food was over an hour late and cold. Promised they would re send it within 45 minutes. 3 phone calls and 90 minutes later it arrived.

After a break from using Mangos we decided to give them a go again. We ordered three items and all three were delivered correctly.

Me and my friend were driving through West Yorkshire and got peckish. We contemplated driving to Bradford which was not far off to eat from there as we do frequently but we were pressed for time. We parked up outside a promising looking takeaway on the corner of a main road in Keighley. We ordered a 12 inch Desi Pizza, a kebab roll, and a large portion of chips. Mango's was relatively quiet at the time we visited and had more than one staff member working.

Cheap food. Not always the nicest though. I'd personally recommend especially if your able to pickup.

Ordered a takeaway (slightly inebriated) last night - massive special kebab and chicken hyderabadi (with extra chili sauce). All seemed well, we were a bit drunk only to realise, after scoffing it all, we'd been given a Korma instead of a hyderabadi? Random?

Ordered a pizza, clearly was not fresh, cheese was solid not stringy as expected. When I rang back to inform them they just wanted a argument and refused to refund me! They just wanted to send me another pizza out as the only option to correct the situation. Clearly I didn’t want food from there after been sent the original order and when I told them this they hung up lol

From mangos, we ordered a box of chicken poppers and fries and a box of chicken strips and fries. The food took over an hour to come and the man who brought our food rang me and told me he ‘couldn’t find it’ and that I didn’t know where I lived. So rude to me and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying!! When the food arrived the delivery man couldn’t count the correct change and the food was freezing cold. The boxes they came in were soggy, RIPPED and greasy, the food was rubbery and stale and the chips were like cardboard. But I don’t expect much more from a cheap takeaway in the middle of Keighley lol. order from here at ur own risk

I cannot praise highly enough the quality and quantity of the Handi chicken saag. Absolutely fantastic. If you have a big appetite, try one. 10 out of 10 for last nights order.

Ordered pizzas for family and friends. Food was really nice and staff are great. The food is always fresh.

I fine the pizzas have little flavour, the Korma is very sweet to the point it is unpleasant to eat, the Balti dish I tried was very greasy

Despite being warned off this place by a Keighley Facebook page, we trusted our instincts and went for it.

Mangos is a great option after working long hours in my new job and having 0 hours left in the day to do anything but I use them on a weekend too.

I went in here yesterday and ordered burger and fries. Staff were ignorant but worse than that the burger was like cardboard. Not a nice place and I won't ever go again.

Good Food cooked as you wait and at a very reasonable price, try the Doner meat special on nan, the nan will hang over the edge of a dinner plate.

Order a grilled fish, he gave me a burnt fish& when i called the takeaway to tell them he was getting funny on the phone, when i went into the takeaway he was giving me attitude saying the fish is burnt! Very rude staff member!

Mangoes is the best place warm food reasonable prices perfect for a night in service is wicked ! Loved it

Food was decent (ish) asked for chicken pakoras (top notch.) cheesy chips (top) and mixed kebab on pitta and bottle of coke, kebab came on Nann and no coke, rang them apparently nothing they can do, bloke on phone was disgusting he had the worst attitude ever! I'll never eat from these again due to the attitude of staff, fuming with the service, asked to speak to the manager "he be in at 11 in morning bye" and slammed phone down totally appalled by this disgusting attitude, sack the waster!!!!'n

Ordered a takeaway for 26 meals with drinks. On time & piping hot. All dishes were different but everyone was very satisfied.
