First time I’ve ordered from there,very disappointing food, pork balls were just lumps of fat with a greasy batter ,chicken chop Suey was horrible, rice was the best out of my order,will not go there again

Used this place for years food and service has always been good

Best Chinese takeaway in Maidstone.

The worst Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered duck with pancakes, the duck was all fat and grisly and the pancakes were stuck together so couldn't eat any of it. Spare ribs were swimming in grease, couldn't be eaten. Chicken rice Noodles were so salty couldn't be eaten. Fried rice was dry, only thing that was slightly edible. Seriously awful food, waste of money. I did call the restuarant and they did refund the duck and ribs. Should have had a full refund really due to it being unedible.

Omg this is the best Chinese I've ever eaten it was so good the food was so nice just a thank u it was my first time and I will be back 100% plz use thank u again

Disgusting service 2hr wait and they have the cheek to charge delivery .Couldn't give zero stars.They need more staff

Unfortunately the review forces you to give at least one star. Do not order delivery online. They will only give you a delivery time after the order is placed. Nearly 2 hour delivery time on a Monday evening?I would not have ordered if the delivery time was given at the time of order. When you contact them, originally you are told that the driver has left, when you contact them again half an hour later you are told the same thing, then you are passed over to the rudest female 'manager' that I have every experienced. Take my advise and do not use this place.

Food tastes great but service a ridiculous I have ordered 4 times from them and the quickest delivery was 1 1/2 hours but gave the benefit of the doubt as they were on Saturday nights but the most recent order was on Thursday and that took over 2 hours to arrive. When I called the person who answered offered no apology just told me it was out with the driver. Shame as I said the food is really nice but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Placed order online and received time for delivery. Couldn't see ordinary special fried rice so ordered House special fried rice. Food arrived 25 minutes late (it was late last time too). I rang the restaurant to check that the House Special fried rice we received was correct and she described what was in the carton. I said we only ordered that because Special fried rice wasn't listed. She said it was. I looked again online. It was called Young Chow special fried rice. Not clear that this was the normal one. Also I asked where the other meal was but that was my mistake as I didn't order it. The House special fried rice looked awful. The pork was totally inedible and the beef really chewy and couldn't be swallowed. The mini spring rolls were soggy with too much grease. Don't know whether new people have taken over on last 6 months as it used to be great service and food. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from here until they get their act together.

Ordered on line and went to collect, food was not ready and they couldn’t tell me how long it was going to be, other people had been waiting an hour and still not received there meals. Very poor.

ordered chicken chow mein & curry sauce, more dishes tasted delicious until had severe stomach cramps, sickness & the other so obviously food poisoning, just about earnt 1 star, wont order from here again!!!

Food was expensive and awful. Pork balls were almost burnt, tasted burnt, very oily. Food was cold. Will not be ordering anything from them again

Haven't had Prawn Curry and plain boiled rice for years. It was like going back in time, delicious.

Ordered yesterday chow mein stated in menu as ,,large" ... but got small square containers. Disappointed

Really nice food just a shame the chicken and pork balls and chips are on the small size curry sauce bang on so is the rice

Placed order online and was given a delivery time. Then phoned the shop as delivery didn't happen, to be told that it should be delivered, and they are running behind. I then called again 30 minutes later, for the shop to pick the phone and leave it on the side so can hear the whole conversation, then staff hang up. DONT order and expect to turn up

Generally the food is but it was a bit bland

Ordered food when they opened at 5pm and received an email saying would be delivered at 6.45. Rang at 6.45 to be told needed another 1.5hours to do it. Canceled the order. Terrible service.

Quality food and nice staff. Only issue is that it isn't open on Tuesdays.

Ordered at 5 as soon as they opened and didn't receive our food until over 3 hours later! Absolutely ridiculous 2 very hungry children having to wait until way past bedtime to eat

Last minute decision to have some food. Arrived quickly and very hot as I like. Delivery man was very pleasant. Very pleased.

Best Chinese food I ever had, I can remember Ken serving me when i was a regular, I moved to Broadstairs in 2007. One of the things I miss about Maidstone is having a brilliant Chinese Takeaway.

Omg food here is amazing! Never had a bad meal from this take away. They offer a variety of tasty meals. The only downside is that they do not offer anything gluten free on the menu. Unfortunately my partner has Coeliacs and before being diagnosed he loved take away from here. Wood highly recommend though 😋😋

Good Chinese. Probably best this side of Maidstone tbh. Unreal satay sauce and Singapore rice noodle chow mein. Never had a bad meal from here. Reasonably priced

Got order wrong. (Only ordered three items). We waited to have order corrected then asked for prawn crackers and they said no! Joke. Wouldn’t bother eating there again! Rude staff!

Wow this place is really good! Tried the spicy lemon and it was absolutely fantastic! I think next time I will get the fried onions though those look good. Girl at the front is worth 6 stars but unfortunately i can only give 5. Highly recommend this takeaway.

Love the great service and they always know who I am by my telephone number on their system which makes life easier than quoting my address.. Food is lovely, altho their special fried rice is much smaller than others I've ordered from elsewhere. Shame about the £1 delivery charge, but I've been using this chinese for 5 years and much prefer them to others in my area.

Check your order if you're collecting yourself! Drove home, other side of Maidstone to find main part of order missing! "you'll have to come back because we don't deliver there"

Lovely food good customer service

I always get a beef chow mein with egg fried rice for takeaway here and it always tastes great. Average waiting 10-15 mins on a typical weekend evening for food.

Not a huge fan of this Chinese takeaway, some dishes always seem too greasy for me.

Ordered Singapore fried rice. It was just tasteless mush, sweet and sour chicken was greasy and prawn crackers were burnt this is the 2nd time I've ordered from there giving them the benefit of the doubt but never again
