The fatush is terrible guys it tasted like British cornflakes.. u really need to make authentic food for the prices u ask for + your shisha is not 70£ worth. The heaters were too hot like our faces were burning. But all in all nice atmosphere

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff were professional and welcoming, making the service truly exceptional. The food was simply divine—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend starting with the Mezza Sharing Platter, which offers a perfect selection of delicious appetizers. The Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of rich flavors. And the Fattoush Salad was fresh, vibrant, and a perfect balance of textures. I love this place and will definitely be coming back.

Considering the price point and location, the food was simply disappointing. Very basic flavours which didn't work. The platea were stone cold, so our food came out warm which distorted the textures of the prawns and lamb. They replaced the veg which took 15 mins to come out. We are the chips and veg then left and are elsewhere. Considering the plates collected were full and our concerns raised management did not come to speak to us, nor deducted anything from the bill and had the audacity to include the service charge.

Had a drink with my friend at the bar and received simply amazing service from Hussain and Azad.

Frío, oscuro e impersonal. ¡Por frío, quiero decir que mantuvieron la puerta principal abierta mientras el personal llevaba abrigos! El camarero no sabía lo que era una bebida "Manhattan". Hmmmm... La pita estaba justo fuera de una bolsa de plástico y ni siquiera caliente. Pedimos humus al principio, pero finalmente lo conseguimos al final de la comida, después de preguntar varias veces. La presentación de la comida fue poco inspiradora y mediocre en el mejor de los casos. Es desafortunado porque es una gran ubicación, pero nunca volveremos a ir.

Tried the shisha one of the best around

Had a lovely time at Mamounia Lounge. We made a last minute reservation on a night when they were preparing for a party upstairs, so despite being distracted by that they gave us full attention and were very welcoming. We requested a high chair, which it turned out they didn’t have, but they went above and beyond to find one by going to various neighbouring restaurants. The food was exceptional. Everything we ordered was excellent, tasted great, and was well presented. We had the Bamieh and Lamb Shawarma mains, and our toddler had the hummus chicken shawarma meze (because she loves hummus) The staff were so friendly and polite. Especially our waitress Gabriella. They were playing peekaboo with our baby girl while we weren’t looking, and just being wonderful hosts - even despite all the busy preparation for the event upstairs. I couldn’t recommend Mamounia Lounge highly enough. We had a wonderful time and was a real highlight of our weekend.

The place has a nice atmosphere, but the service, prices and mob style are good

We hosted a Corporate Christmas Party in the downstairs section of the restaurant for over 100 people. The food was delicious, plentiful and served hot. The staff were very capable with handling a large number of people and efficient at clearing away empty glasses / plates. Nothing was too much for them to handle. The event went smoothly and was enjoyed by all.

It is not worth the experience and the prices are very high and they charge a mandatory fee of 5 pounds other than the order. I wish the orders were worth it but unfortunately it is just exploitation.

Best place to hangout with friends

We visited this place with some friends on their birthday and thought it would be an intimate place to celebrate but boy was I wrong. A Shameless waitress named Shamaa the rudest female employee who has no customer service or communication skills and had an angry face on her and an attitude towards customers, totally unwelcoming. Looks at customers and insults and laughs by speaking to her colleagues poor service and tasteless and expensive food, poor quality Sheesha, go to Baku also known as B Bistro which is only a few streets down is so much better and spaced out with polite employees, the worst experience, wont be visiting here again. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, SERVICE CHARGE, COVER CHARGE AND PLENTY OF TASTELESS FOOD AND RUDENESS, PLEASE STAY AWAY

Came for my partner’s birthday and the food and service was 10/10! They really went the extra mile in making it special for her and it was hugely appreciated. Food was of top quality and good portion size. Thank you to Gabrielle and the lady who was our waitress from Columbia (can’t remember the name!)

Worst restaurant in London for sure !Over priced for minuscule servings !Waiters don’t even know that starters are brought before the main course! When we pointed it out, said we should have told them we needed the starters first !! The bread served with the minuscule portion of starters is not even enough for two people! All previous reviews of this restaurant are definitely false. Wish we hadn’t followed them . The waitress had the same reply for every request:’ no we don’t do this’ , even for simply asking for the orange slices to be replaced with salad leaves . One of the waiters even said ‘ in Arab restaurants we serve everything together’ !! Don’t waste your money on this dim (in every aspect) restaurant! Wonder how it’s surviving in such an expensive location?!

Tomó nuestro pedido que era un té negro Sheesha con menta y doble expresso. Sheesha estaba terriblemente hecho Tuve que pedir 10 veces o más para que lo ordenaran, pero aún así no funcionó correctamente pagó 100 libras por mala Sheesha , 1 té y exprsso . Visited Mamounia Lounge yesterday and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, we were informed of some bizarre and unprofessional rules regarding sharing tables. They even mentioned they might ask us to change our table during our meal, which we found incredibly rude. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, so we decided not to dine there. With so many other great options in the area, I would suggest avoiding this place. Not recommended at all.

The worse place I have ever go to, specially the outside the staff does not respect the customer, the charge for the Shish £60 and for the seat £5 plus you can only seat for 1 hour and rudely ask you to leave before you finish your food and your drink, so embarrassing I will never come back

Outdoor seating area very cramped. Shisha hardly had any Flavour. Got charged £15 for sitting outside as well as a £10 service fee. Very poor. Would not recommend.

We booked Mamounia Lounge’s private space for our sister’s 40th birthday and we were absolutely blown away by the service, the food and the ambience. A big thank you to all the staff - especially Gabriella - for making my sister’s 40th birthday so special. No ask was too much - Gabriella deserves a pay rise!! She has a great eye for detail and you can tell she knows what it takes to pull off a successful event with her eyes closed. She took the time to lend a hand while we were setting up the space and made sure she checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Gabriella and every other single member of staff we came across went above and beyond for us, which we so appreciated. The food was absolutely incredible - shout out to the Chef! - our guests were so impressed by it all. The starters arrived on beautiful platters - mains were delicious and plentiful and there was barely room for dessert!! We truly couldn’t fault any part of our experience at Mamounia Lounge. If you’re looking for a space to simply dine, celebrate a special occasion or something else - look no further!

Fue un buen día soleado en Mayfair con un servicio fantástico y amable, que ayudó a mi estado de ánimo!

Gabriela was so attentive. Really helpful and friendly. The food was lovely especially the lamb shoulder and potatoes. I would recommend the sharing platter and some cocktails. Next time I will try the shisha

The food was mediocre at best. Then a mouse ran out while we were eating. It was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it. People are eating with mice running around. Never again people! It should be closed down.

Some of the food was alright but the fries were soggy and disgusting, £700 for a bottle of vodka that costs £10 in Lidl. The waiter was making up rules and prices for shisha. Paid £400 for starters and water

Turns into a sheesha lounge after hours... Food is nice for iftar in Ramadan. But not impressed with the huge bar serving alcohol.

Received the wrong food, after asking because we didn’t end up finishing it as it was the wrong food and quite bland.. we were hoping for some sort of gesture as an apology. There was no note pad to make note of the order hence why we believe the order was wrong. There’s a sit down fee of £5 per person on top of the shisha price and funny thing is you don’t get your own table! You have to share your table with others! Was quite ridiculous. So we left from the shisha place to go to another lounge after the dinner. Was awful to be fair and would never go back. Don’t go out of your way to go there ever.

Not at all what was expected, Secret London suggested a bougie and luxe dining experience. Service was hap hazard, ambience poor. Food was OK but only tried sharing platter. Baklawa was a damp syrup sponge and a hard pastry. Would not go again, disappointed

I celebrated my 40th birthday here, the owner or manager was really direct and helpful, was good at organising the set menus, the lady we had on the night who was in charge was really good help Gabriel, I think for her to manage that amount of people which was 43 she done a good job I would like to give this feedback thou being as thou I was the birthday man my food was one of the last to come out and the sides should have arrived with the mains, I think knowing we had 43 people I could only imagine how hard it might be in the kitchen, but the food should have arrived around the same time for everyone, some peoples food was either too cold or was brought out to late, the desserts wasn’t brought out in time either I think we had a booking for 8pm and out starters came out probably 45 minutes later, which was disappointing but one thing I can say the food was really and n very very very filling, I would have another bday here again but would give them more guidance because the food and cocktails are really nice , really good customer service and Gabriel was always there, but when it comes to the ending before people leave after they have eaten their main, they should start taking peoples payments. But really good venue

Worst service, food & shisha ever. The drinks were terrible taste like water. They took GBP 5 for the setting each GBP 50 charge minimum each and they took our shisha from our hand literally like its free. Alaa the Shisha guy has the worst attitude. I told them that i will put a bad review here and they say it’s fine it will not effect us anyway. Before you come here you should consider where you spent your money & time.

To celebrate my 22nd birthday, I gathered some friends from outside London. Following a friend's recommendation, I booked a Luxury Uber to Mamounia Lounge in Mayfair. We aimed to enjoy quality shisha and fantastic cocktails. However, to our surprise, the shisha's quality fell short; even a disposable vape had more flavor than the £60 Savacco Shisha we ordered. On the brighter side, the cocktails and food we ordered were highlights and didn't disappoint. It was frustrating to pay £60 for what felt like 'dead shisha' when I could have enjoyed better-flavored shisha locally in West Kensington for £35 (Premium Flavor). While the venue offers excellent vibes, drinks, and food, I'd caution against the shisha. It isn't worth the £50-£60; you'd find better quality elsewhere. Therefore, despite my initial excitement about trying it out, I can only rate this venue three stars. Regrettably, we won't be returning.

The ambience was lacking, it was dark but not cosy, felt a little seedy! Food was very average and some felt like it had been warmed up. The mixed vegetables were simply frozen vegetables, we expected fresh seasonal vegetables, not hard to get these days! We thought the menu was expensive for what we got maybe because it’s in Mayfair. Portions were on the small size and nothing exciting, quite bland. I will not be going back again, I think the rating for this on this App is very inaccurate.

Overall experience was great. Held a birthday celebration for a 40th in Mamounia Lounge personal Fucntion room. All my requests leading up to the event were supported and catered for with no issues. Gabriela was amazing with communication amd made sure enough staff was available to support the total booking numbers allowing service to be second to none. I thing I will highlight is that the kitchen staff need to be clear of instruction before taking taking actions. I informed that the birthday cake will only be presented and not cut. As a result of this Gabriela gave clear instruction and to keep the cake box, bit they threw it away.😔 Just 2mins of clear listening or re-checking the request could have prevented 15mins running around time trying to allocate a new box to put a whole cake into. However, staff are very polite and very accommodating. Thank-you Mamounia Lounge for making my uncle's birthday celebration a memorable one. 😊
