I celebrated my 40th birthday here, the owner or manager was really direct and helpful, was good at organising the set menus, the lady we had on the night who was in charge was really good help Gabriel, I think for her to manage that amount of people which was 43 she done a good job I would like to give this feedback thou being as thou I was the birthday man my food was one of the last to come out and the sides should have arrived with the mains, I think knowing we had 43 people I could only imagine how hard it might be in the kitchen, but the food should have arrived around the same time for everyone, some peoples food was either too cold or was brought out to late, the desserts wasn’t brought out in time either I think we had a booking for 8pm and out starters came out probably 45 minutes later, which was disappointing but one thing I can say the food was really and n very very very filling, I would have another bday here again but would give them more guidance because the food and cocktails are really nice , really good customer service and Gabriel was always there, but when it comes to the ending before people leave after they have eaten their main, they should start taking peoples payments. But really good venue

Worst service, food & shisha ever. The drinks were terrible taste like water. They took GBP 5 for the setting each GBP 50 charge minimum each and they took our shisha from our hand literally like its free. Alaa the Shisha guy has the worst attitude. I told them that i will put a bad review here and they say it’s fine it will not effect us anyway. Before you come here you should consider where you spent your money & time.

To celebrate my 22nd birthday, I gathered some friends from outside London. Following a friend's recommendation, I booked a Luxury Uber to Mamounia Lounge in Mayfair. We aimed to enjoy quality shisha and fantastic cocktails. However, to our surprise, the shisha's quality fell short; even a disposable vape had more flavor than the £60 Savacco Shisha we ordered. On the brighter side, the cocktails and food we ordered were highlights and didn't disappoint. It was frustrating to pay £60 for what felt like 'dead shisha' when I could have enjoyed better-flavored shisha locally in West Kensington for £35 (Premium Flavor). While the venue offers excellent vibes, drinks, and food, I'd caution against the shisha. It isn't worth the £50-£60; you'd find better quality elsewhere. Therefore, despite my initial excitement about trying it out, I can only rate this venue three stars. Regrettably, we won't be returning.

Very bad service they kicked us out after just sitting there for an hour and they charged us 15£ for service fee! What service? Staff is very rude. Will definitely not visit again even if it’s for free.

The ambience was lacking, it was dark but not cosy, felt a little seedy! Food was very average and some felt like it had been warmed up. The mixed vegetables were simply frozen vegetables, we expected fresh seasonal vegetables, not hard to get these days! We thought the menu was expensive for what we got maybe because it’s in Mayfair. Portions were on the small size and nothing exciting, quite bland. I will not be going back again, I think the rating for this on this App is very inaccurate.

Overall experience was great. Held a birthday celebration for a 40th in Mamounia Lounge personal Fucntion room. All my requests leading up to the event were supported and catered for with no issues. Gabriela was amazing with communication amd made sure enough staff was available to support the total booking numbers allowing service to be second to none. I thing I will highlight is that the kitchen staff need to be clear of instruction before taking taking actions. I informed that the birthday cake will only be presented and not cut. As a result of this Gabriela gave clear instruction and to keep the cake box, bit they threw it away.😔 Just 2mins of clear listening or re-checking the request could have prevented 15mins running around time trying to allocate a new box to put a whole cake into. However, staff are very polite and very accommodating. Thank-you Mamounia Lounge for making my uncle's birthday celebration a memorable one. 😊

First time at this place, I must add that the service is fantastic. The whole team is very polite and very welcoming, they offered us blankets which was perfect for the cold weather outside. Shisha was TOP and food DELICIOUS.

The whole tram is wonderful, the lovely Khadija who served us morrocan tea today, and everyone from shisha team, number 1

Found via The Fork. A big waste of time and money, £80 spend for 2 people. The waitress at the end spoilt our visit, she was extremely rude when I had asked to remove the service charge. £8 service charge for nothing special, I refused to pay it. More importantly, the food was average for the location and price. I’ll never be returning. The waitress left a sour taste with her attitude. Did not even smile when we said goodbye at the end.

Looked a bit like a nightclub and the music was a bit loud but, on request, they very kindly turned it down so we could catch up with our friends. We love Lebanese cuisine and this didn't disappoint. In fact, if i could give 4.5 stars for food, I probably would. Excellent and efficient service, and with their OT special offer, excellent value

We visited this place with some friends on their birthday and thought it would be an intimate place to celebrate but boy was I wrong. A Shameless waitress named Shamaa the rudest female employee who has no customer service or communication skills and had an angry face on her and an attitude towards customers, totally unwelcoming. Looks at customers and insults and laughs by speaking to her colleagues poor service and tasteless and expensive food, poor quality Sheesha, go to Baku also known as B Bistro which is only a few streets down is so much better and spaced out with polite employees, the worst experience, wont be visiting here again.

Small area outdoors for hookah. There is a 1 hour limit to smoking and 5 pound pp cover charge on top of the 50 pounds for 1 hour of hookah. We went in spoke with the hostess and we’re instructed to sit down at the bar. We bought drinks and we’re kept waiting for 45 minutes. During this time I had asked 3 times how long our wait would be because we did not want to wait. Unfortunately we were never given a time frame. On top of this the staff are rude. The speak in their own language and ignore customers. They also curse. Not as high end as this place is touted to be.

Very bad and humiliating treatment when they want you to stay only one hour and kick you out. They got us the check and said you can stay one hour and it’s over. They never said that in the beginning. They know nothing about customer service.

It was a good experience, i really enjoyed the shisha and the tea here. Also, we enjoyed the vibes of the place, especially with the host of Bachir. He was very friendly and he made us enjoyed our stay. And of course we will come back again.

Went 4 shisha which was average

It was the worst experience I had in London and the most expensive.. The service is very bad the drinks nothing special for the price. Terrible I will never come back and I do not recommend going to this place to smoke shisha and drink a few drinks have better places.

Poor quality food for such a great location. We ordered the mix grill and the lamb mashoui, but the mix grill was bland and the lamb had no flavour and burnt on one side. The presentation of the dishes were as though we were in a kebab takeaway shop and not a high end restaurant. To top it off the fork I had was bent. There was no atmosphere, a DJ then came and started playing loud house music. We had to shout to talk to each other on the table

Shisha was good and service was fine, but this place is expensive for what it is - the menu prices are as you would expect for mayfair £50-60+ for a shisha. However was really disappointed when we got the bill and it was much higher than expected vs the menu prices… On top of service charge (12.5% which is typical in London), they charged us an extra cover charge at £5 per person, which is not typical, and wasn’t advertised anywhere! There were also things that felt unnecessarily tight, eg we were charged for tea per person despite giving us the same size pot as the much smaller table next to us, so we only got one small cup each vs the normal multiple cups worth you expect. Wouldn’t go back.

I orders only shisha and tea. The place and shish are very good but it is too expensive honestly. The shish is £50!! Without anything different actually! The serve shish exactly like the most shisha lounges in London but their price is mostly double! Maybe because they are in Myfaire 🤷‍♂️

I went to celebrate my birthday and I was treated with lovely service all around. The cake was delicious and they had Arabic sweets as well! Made my birthday so so special! Would recommend.

The restaurant employees used the F word on us and called us a “princess”. They ganged up on us without any respect towards their customers whatsoever. They don’t deserve to be open and deserve to be shutdown!! There was a lady sitting next to us told us to shut up and started to threaten us. We had just sat down and she started to tell us to keep it low, we weren’t even loud and top of that it’s a public place and it’s not her right to be rude to another customer. Then she called the cafe’s employees and they started speaking in a common language which we could not understand and the employees started taking her side. We told the employees and the manger she’s being rude and they started to back the lady up. the employees started to act super rude to us too- called us the F word, princess and all sorts of things. I don’t know who that customer was but it was extremely unprofessional of the cafe to take the other customers side instead of diffusing the situation. Then they said they CANNOT serve us!! Then we spoke to them again and they said ok and again they said they can’t serve us. The customer had some hold on this cafes employees. We have never felt this threatened and bullied in our life. Even employees that were not involved in the drama started mocking us!!! It’s shameful how they can treat their customers like this! And nothing was done and we left the restaurant and definitely never ever coming here again! The lady was hysterically laughing and started calling us trash and how she tried to kick us out! The weather inside the restaurant was extremely cold. The man at the bar kept touching his nose. So the two female friends who were with me wanted to get up and leave the restaurant first. The food press is very small and very expensive. I didn't order salad at all, they brought salad anyway. The salad was very spicy. Only with the service charge of two salads was 25£. Arabic kofteh are very hard and uncooked. Fish Sibas was awful. About 30 pounds. Without any objections. I think he bought it from Tesco and just fried it. Not anything on the side dish. I think the management there has changed. Because the prices are astronomical, terribly expensive But the quality of the food is very low. The friends who were with me were really surprised by the behavior of the boy who was in the bar and touched his nose. Frustrated and angry. They said I wish she didn't bring the food. It was very awful. It is very expensive but the quality of the food is very low. I was really embarrassed in the presence of those two female friends. Because I had defined a lot. The best restaurant is the Lebanese restaurant in London.

I arrived at 12:15 for my booking with my sister to celebrate her birthday, we arrived to the place being cleaned and were told they don’t serve food until 2:30pm and only drinks were available??? We had to leave and go elsewhere- terrible service

The waiter was a lovely guy but everything seemed slow and we had to ask for a couple of things more than once, drinks took ages to come but were lovely and the food was good too but the mains came before our starter. Everything just felt a little slow but the staff were polite. It's expensive for what it is but I guess that comes down to location too. We didn't get desert, just had 1 starter, a platter for 2 and 3 cocktails and 1 lemonade and it was around £145

Booked a table of 10 for my boyfriend’s Bday and we had a wonderful night. Staff was smiley and helpful… they even offered to take our pictures. Food and drinks were delicious!!!! Will be back in the summer for shisha and cheeseboard.

Rude staff there and they make you feel uncomfortable, normal shisha normal drink’s nothing is special about it , and you have only one hour to sit after that they keep on looking at you and tell you that they need the table. Not a good place to chill.
