Went for a snack before a concert. Atmosphere was good you have to download their app to order. They were slow bringing orders to table. Friends bottle of coke was flat. Exchanged no problem.

Burnt burger , dry coleslaw the only decent thing were the chips. Is mind blowing how there is zero quality control when dishes leave the kitchen. Three staff members on the floor and nobody asked us how the food was , not even when as they cleared the table - zero interest. Staff busy changing disposition of the bottles on the shelves while customers were basically alone the whole time - will not return for food.

A great O'Neill's at the North end of Carnaby Street. A frequent stop for an excellent value fry-up. A good range of beers on offer, both keg and cask. Lovely attentive staff and good service. A fine place to start exploring Carnaby Street and Soho. There are a number of big screens filled frequently with sports of all sorts.

me and my friend (we’re both girls) were treated very aggressively by two certain security guards on the door the night we came. they came into the toilets twice to check on us (we have photos of us in the bathroom literally using the hand dryer to dry my friends top that had a stain) and said it was their job and they were allowed to come into the women’s toilets whenever they wanted. they swore at us, shouted at us and ultimately treated us disgustingly when we are simply two women that were using the toilets innocently. avoid this place like the plague please unless you want to be treated with misogyny & disrespect for no reason

Grand little pub. Been before but only for drinks. This time I had food. I got very excited to see the Irish "spice bag" on the menu. Not having been home to Ireland for the last 3/4 years it was an itch I was looking forward to scratching. Whoever decided to put that on the menu has clearly never been to Ireland and had a spice bag! That is nowhere near what a spice bag in Ireland is. Such a disappointment 😭 do everyone a favour and take it off the menu or go to Ireland and actually sample what your trying to replicate and make the changes needed. For £12.50 it was extremely underwhelming and also came with the wrong meat 😔

The professionalism and friendliness of the bar staff was fantastic . We had 2 mega mixed grills . Cooked to perfection. 3 chicken stacks one fiery and a double burger stack . Again served hot and well presented and tasted amazing . As a pub chain we were expecting ok food but this was really good

Some pubs serve good quality food with fresh ingredients, but NOT O’Neill’s. After a long shopping I wanted to enjoy a burger on Carnaby street and whilst I pass by O’Neil’s and they advertised so well on the stand outside the pub, I said to myself let’s give it a try. I wanted a simple burger ( double patty for proteins) and so I ordered the chargrilled one that comes with chips. Waited probably 3 to 5 minutes and the burger arrived. I was surprise for the speed and happy as I was very hungry. Started eating and notice that the burger it was 1 cold and 2nd it had bacon and cheese. None of these ingredients should have been in with my order. I spoke with the member of staff and explained the situation. The staff are very attentive and always making sure that the tables are clean and in order. They apologise and then offered to change the burger and bring a fresh one. The second burger came fast as well, however the patties tasted strange, decided to open the burger and taste the meat alone. It tasted like a vegan patty and the “meat” was not even fresh. You can tell about that if you are a burger lover. I must say with disappointment that I raise from table immediately left the venue only thinking that it was an awful burger for £15! When you have a burger you expect fresh, juicy meat and ingredients especially if it is a classic burger. I could have had a better value in McDonald’s! Unfortunately staff attentiveness could not over come the luck of genuine fresh food! Very bad O’Neil’s! Pub on one of the busiest shopping streets in London!

Such a great place in a great location! Drinks are great and customer service is top notch, Eve was extremely friendly and we will decide you be returning when in London next!

I received a large size of Fish and Chips and Guinness Stout. It was 20GBP. It's not cheap, but if you want to enjoy this menu in London, it's a reasonable price. But how many shops are there in London alone? I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and service. We were only on London for one day and I am very happy I chose this pub. Food was fresh and tasty - very good value for money. We were looking for somewhere to eat and have a drink after shopping and I’m so glad I found this place! Great food, drinks and vibes. One of the barmen, Memo, was absolutely fantastic, made us feel incredibly welcome, helped us with picking food and was just incredibly accommodating in every way, you’ve made a fan for life!

Seriously felt like home. This place is so amazing. The staff truly made me feel at home. Great service and great atmosphere. Could not recommend enough.

Freshly arrived from St Pancras, we found this pub quite by chance. O’Neill’s Carnaby Street is located on the corner of Carnaby Street and Great Marlborough Street, next to the Liberty store. This pub has a very pleasant outdoor terrace when the weather is nice. The choice of beer is more than adequate. We enjoyed excellent and well-served fish’n chips there. The fish was crispy, non-greasy and soft as can be. Good point also for the chips. We preferred to be inside by the window. As a result, in the shade, a slight draft with a view of the street and the Liberty store. We were in no hurry to leave because we felt so good. The waitresses were very nice and kindly answered our questions (especially regarding the different beers offered).

The outdoors was spacious, the interior was spacious, and the air conditioning was cool.

Steak and Guinness pie was absolutely 10/10!
