It's a chain pub with good value for money. Guinness is delicious, and you won't find it easy to eat and drink at this price in Soho. If you like soccer, it's the icing on the cake. (They broadcast 3-4 games at once.)

Met Memo here today, on Saint’s Paddy’s week and he was great guy. Couldn’t stay long because I had to leave for a party but will be back to chat with other great people that work here.

Good place for food and drinks good service even when busy

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mimo during my recent visit to the bar, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, Mimo’s warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic evening. Their knowledge of the menu and ability to recommend drinks tailored to my preferences was truly impressive. I wasn't too impressed with the Guinness here on my most recent trip whilst the rugby was on. Can't complain about the atmosphere, though. Would go back in the warmer months.

Brilliant food nd Brilliant service

A noisy, overcrowded pub. You order online via a QR code, result: no advice or the possibility of asking questions because the waiters are there... To serve the dishes only. Soulless plates, convrnience food. Quite sad for the still steep prices. Conclusion: go there to watch a match and have a few beers but eat first.

You are going to say that I work for O'Neills or that I have been paid to write this. Not so. We just wanted a economical meal before a show a the nearby London Palladium. We didn't expect much. Lets face it, this is a central London pub that is part of a chain. It deserves to be nothing much. You know, just a mediocre meal served from a bored cook in a busy kitchen. We were gobsmacked. Truly amazed. My other half had the Mixed Grill with an addition of some Scampi. Hot chips, that she needed to be allowed to cool before they burnt her mouth. Peas that were fresh, bright green, tender and sweet. Great Chicken breast. Beautifully juicy but with a well browned outer surface that was well seasoned. Her small piece of Rump Steak was correctly cooked to an excellent Medium Rare. Flavoursome Sausages. Not the best I have ever tasted, but not some bread filled cheap tube. The Scampi was juicy. My Rump was again cooked wonderfully. You could tell the difference between the two steaks, which showed how well they were cooked. The flat mushroom was nicely cooked through to develop the flavour. Okay, the tomato could have done with being under the grill for a little longer, but now I am quibbling. Being disabled, I have a habit of checking the disabled toilets. No problems at all. The red cord hung right to the floor and all other facilities were as they should be. Oh, it was clean too. If I am going back to London any time soon. I will head back there given any sort of choice. Excellent. I could not fault it.

A lively Irish pub with a fantastic atmosphere to watch live sports at. The staff are super friendly and there are lots of big screens showing all the big games.

Can only comment re morning service but came here 10am, nice and warm. Coffee £2.15, unbelievable value for West End. Friendly lady service too. Will come back later for a drink after work though 😀

One of the best, if not the best, places to watch football in central London. It does get really busy, and at times it might be hard to find a table. I recommend arriving 30–60 minutes before kickoff so you can enjoy their drinks and amazing food. For a pub, the starters and mains we tried were fantastic. The only downside is that the food can take a while to arrive, but apart from that, I highly recommend O’Neill’s if you’re looking for a great place to watch the footy.

This pub is very centrally located and we only tried the breakfast. It was tasty and large portions. Recommended. A bit of a drag because the water was so expensive. Almost cheaper to buy beer

Just went for some live music! It had a lively atmosphere and a good band playing! I didn’t get any food so nothing to rate! But fun place to go on the weekend!

The Assistant manager here is extremely soft as a person. Not competent enough to deal with any citation face to face having to resort to emails. Need to have a strong communicator for a manager rather than a soyboy

I have had a fantastic experience at O’Neils on more than one occasion. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a great mix of locals and visitors. What truly set this place apart was the incredibly friendly staff Evi in particular – they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Whether it was helping us choose from the menu or sharing recommendations on the drinks, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfectly poured, and the service made it all even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pub with a friendly vibe and top-notch service that also shows sport with good new management and staff.
