Great pizza at great prices, especially on a Monday when it's half price! Great for takeaway too.

This place was one of my favourite pizzeria in London it was really quick and amazing food and desserts l think you would love it if you were a fan of pizza!

The vegan pizza was very delicious. Highly recommend!

Love eating here, service is always friendly and fast and the food is always tasty.

Had a fantastic pizza here, the Poker Cheese special was fantastic. Shout out to our waiter Jason, he was outstanding all evening!

Excellent experience. We booked for 12 with 5 adults and 7 kids to celebrate a 7th birthday. The service was superb. Victoria could not have been more attentive and helpful providing candles for the cake and joining in the singing. The food was excellent and the bunny shaped kids pizzas were a hit too. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary food and service!

We got pizza there for the first time today. Unfortunately, when we got home we discovered that the base was burnt, so the pizza was not edible. This is a pity.

Booked for my birthday for my family and me and surprise surprise.... The place was shut. Like completely close. The door was locked and no one inside. Dunno why. No sign was left outside or anything. Just ruined the evening. Shame.

We went to Mamma Dough's (Peckham) for my birthday last month. It used to be one of our favourite local restaurants, and I would have expected to give it 5 stars. We were disappointed. We were disturbed by loud, intrusive music throughout, although we'd asked for it to be turned down. The volume cannot have been at the request of other customers - it was early evening and almost empty. We asked to swap ingredients on our pizzas, but when the bill came, the price was just the standard plus the new ingredients with nothing taken off for the toppings supposedly swapped. Wrong, and wrong not to warn us. Service was added to the bill before we'd had a chance to consider it - and 12.5% was excessive: that would have required outstanding service. In fact the service was mediocre. The olives we'd asked for with our drinks, before eating, never arrived. No apology or explanation. Yet the restaurant was extremely quiet and staff not stretched. Lastly, the bottom of my pizza was burnt in places. I do not want to eat burnt pizza dough.

Lots of love from germany! we, my wife and I had some drinks not far from here and came here do have a wholesome situation! 10/10 would come here again.

We had a great meal there. The pizza was delicious and the service was brilliant. Our server was very welcoming and when she found out that two of us had birthdays in March treated them to deserts with candles. It was a lovely unexpected touch.

We brought 6 x seven-year-olds, hyped to the gills, to Mamma Dough on Saturday at 5.30pm and we had a great time. The server - whose name I didn't catch, I'm afraid! - was brilliant, she took the kids' ridiculous orders ("I want a pepperoni pizza with extra extra extra pepperoni!") in a way that made them feel really special. Food came quick and was completely delicious. Highly recommended.

Had a great time here last night - half price pizzas when you dine in on a Monday?! You can't go wrong! The pizzas were tasty and there was plenty of variety, but I thought they could have used more cheese. The service was fantastic, particularly from the young woman (dark hair and blue eyes) who served us. Everything came quickly despite them being busy. I would definitely go back!

Mamma Dough was on my list to try for a while, and it was definitely worth the tick! We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience, and the service was outstanding by Corrina, who was very informative with the menu queries and made us feel very welcomed. Look forward to our next visit already!

Went on a Thursday night which is half price pizzas so very busy, but dined in and went early. Pizza fabulous, no complaints but service terrible - male and female rushed off their feet. BUT the male served my wine in a tumbler(!) And tried to tell me it was 250ml which itclearly wasn't! At £11.50. (!) I was not happy but fortunately the female put it right and gave me the correct wine in correct quantity. Hence this rating, if it wasn't for her it would get 1 star. Pizza great though.

Very tasty pizza, just could have had a bit better ratio on the toppings. The dough in particular was really tasty! The service was good, the waitress was friendly. Just a simple set up of rustic tables and chairs, very casual feeling but very nice pizza with quality toppings. We shared a pizza and that was more than enough!

Would be great if they actually opened on time! Today, Saturday, 12:15pm, shutters still down, lights off no sign of life except the chef in the back, who could see us waiting outside, but did nothing.

I had my hendo here last weekend and it was AMAZING! From the booking process, to the absolutely wonderful food and service, highly highly recommend for a pizza making party! They allowed us to bring in our own cake and we were pretty rowdy but they added to the atmosphere and were extremely welcoming!

Pizza was decent, but I had better ones in London. They have 2-4-1 offer on Mondays which is a good deal and makes it worth it.

I’d totally recommend this place. Lovely food, excellent service and cosy interior. I will definitely come back!

Truly awful. This is the sort of place that thinks just because they know how to stretch a sourdough crust they can put on all kinds of airs and graces. Worst service I’ve had in London in a very long time and I was the only person in the restaurant. I hope small chains like this that think the world of themselves feel the pain when the recession comes because in my opinion they don’t deserve any custom at all.

Very busy for a Monday, but half price pizza explain why.. quality of the food was amazing, tiramisù is paradisiac, polite people and nice atmosphere.. the girl on the floor (i reckon she is the manager) was very professional. Definitely coming back again on a normal day..

The atmosphere was a good, the restaurant itself is not very big, but the taste of their food OH MY GOD it’s mouth watering. The staff was friendly and very friendly. The establishment was rustic built nicely, with different combined materials also had children drawing hung of the wall giving a family like ambient. The pizza I ordered Margherita. The taste was phenomenal, As the marguerites pizza has arrived to the table, all I could taste was a freshly made sour dough. The dough was crunchy, almost melted on my mouth. The tomato sauce ‘actually tasted like a proper Italian tomato’ from the local markets in Italy! Trust me on this one! I lived in Italy so I know what I’m talking about! the basil 🌿 was just the cherry on top of the cake freshly cut, freshly placed and baked on the top of the pizza. I go to restaurants all the time, but finally I found somewhere EVERYTHING tasted freshly made. I do pls recommend if you go into Queen road Peckham stop there.

We managed to sneak in just before the kitchen closed, it was a chilly Wednesday evening, the wooden chairs and tables were rustic and a wee bit sticky... We were too hungry to worry about the grubby tables, we checked out the specials board and the menu. The service was laid back but nice and friendly. The dining area is quite small only a few tables. We were automatically given tap water for the table. Our server was knowledgeable and allowed us to make small changes to our pizza. The pizza arrived quickly and the dough was very tasty indeed, the red sauce is ok and the toppings were scanty but excellent quality.

The pizza is good but the waitress is very rude, I asked about my pizza, it has been a long time since I order and some people arrived after me and have been served, she replied, we are very busy and if you don’t like it you can leave.

Staff need to learn what good customer service looks like. I waited for half an hour for my pizza after being told it would take 10 mins because the girl who took my order forgot to place the order with the chefs. No apology or acknowledgement of her mistake. I won’t be ordering these delicious over priced pizzas again.

Amazing pizza and desserts. Local beer and ale was great. Can't say anything particular about the wine, I think It was OK. The staff is the highlight of the experience. Very welcoming, personal and friendly.

Visited 3 times now with several work colleges. Food was excellent friendly staff. Prices very good. I'm not even a pizza fan and even I was amazed at how good it is. Also I would like to say thankyou to the business. Over Christmas some of my colleagues raised a lot of money for cancer. They approached the shop and asked if they would donate a pizza and we would raffle it at work. Mamma Doug did not give us 1 pizza they gave us 10. From that we sold so many slices and raised loads more mine. So on behalf of all my colleagues I would like to say a massive thank you for your generosity.

Delicious and we were able to get a table easily. Dog friendly as well - they gave our pup some water! This place probably needed an AC unit though we came on a really hot day and they have a wood burning oven for the pizza so some cool air would've been great. Other than that - fantastic place to eat.

Delicious pizza, really interesting selection of beers. Good value. Definitely will come back here. Seats aren’t the most comfy, so not somewhere for a lingering romantic meal, but most definitely a good place for a quick bite in a relaxed setting. Honourable mention to the tiramisu! Try it. And check out their specials board for changing pizzas.

Great sourdough with freshly chopped tomatoes topping. Very tasty

Great garlic bread, Focaccia & pizzas + local beers too. Broad range of pizzas including specials too (more than 10 in total). Highlight was the Vegan Queens Road special w/ Vegan Nduja, potato and green beans. New to me but delicious.

Have the pizza makers changed? We were in on Friday and the standard was way below usual

Very disappointed - expensive, small, burnt and with a very average taste. For a 4.6 start rating I was expecting way more.

Honestly, this is possibly the best pizza I have had. The sourdough base is lovely, really light and tastes much better than the usual type of dough. I also loved the unusual combination on the pizza... butternut squash, pine nuts, rosemary and cheese... also the tomato base sauce is really nice, doesn't taste like the typical generic tin stuff. I defo recommend this place.

My go to takeaway pizza– great flavour combos for a great price! My favourite is The Devil, love that bit of spice. Always quick & delicious.

Ordered for delivery via Deliveroo around 9.30. Waited 30mins. Mama Dough cancelled order. No explanation. Nobody answering phone. Waste of time.

I think the Fiorentina pizza from Mamma Dough is the best pizza available in the UK - it is out of this world. Why does nobody put egg on pizza - it’s so good.

Fabulous pizza place on Queens Road. Pizzas are gorgeous and good choice for vegan diets too. Kids loved this place when we visited Peckham for a week in the Summer and wanted to go back again and again. Staff were great and in particular one waitress who memorised our order and got it 100% right. When I worked as a waitress I used to get orders wrong even after I'd written them down. She was ace. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. An absolute gem of a place.

The pizza here is beyond delicious regardless of whether you eat in or takeaway! The ever-changing specials make it such an easy place to keep going back to week after week.

Well well well, what can i say about this beautiful establishment. I had the pleasure of dining (collecting) at this pizzeria today and i can tell you it is, without a shadow, a flicker, a spark of a doubt the best pizza i have ever consumed in my waking existence. The flavours, incredibly, the texture, delightful and to top it all of the staff were incredibly friendly. the price was excellent value for such a top tier tasty treat, especially if you order through their app. Would highly recommend to any pizza lover and to any lactose avoided like myself, their vegan cheese was truly scrumptious 10/10.

Get the basics right. Ordered a gluten-free pizza without basil, plus ham for 4 year old. Delivered late (deliveroo's mistake) but the order came with basil and no ham and no mark on the box to indicate gluten free. Had to compare with the other pizzas ordered to discern which was gluten free. The restaurant seems to be run by dullards. Thanks for ruining my night. First and last order, and deliveroo now uninstalled.

Lovely staff and great Napolitano style pizza! Make sure you check those Specials before placing the order. The Nutella pizza for dessert was just the best ending to a lovely dinner!

Placed an order for delivery, was told my order was collected by the driver but couldn't be tracked, it never arrived. Was then advised the restaurant were remaking the order which would be delivered in no more than 30 mins. I then get anothed phonecall 30 minutes later (nearly 10pm) saying they aren't going to make it again after all and would be cancelling the order. Really disappointing service after waiting for my food for over an hour.

Visited here 2 weeks ago and the food was unbelievable, definitely the best pizza in London! I asked for Parma ham to be added to the pizza, I expected one or two slices but the whole pizza was covered in it - what a delight! The staff are always super friendly too. Love it here!

Delicious sourdough pizza with a chewy wholesome crust, and yummy ice cream sourced from Ice Cream Union. Great for families, with a reasonably priced kids menu, colouring and smiley bunny shaped pizzas!

Quite a good cooking and somewhat better settings than the restaurant around. Overall I will go back. Still that's the minimum you should expect in any non English country.

Never given anything 5 stars!!! Pizza came out in about 3 minutes! Beautiful crunchy thin base with a little bit of flop, just how I like it. Plenty of sauce!! Nice chilled vibe with relaxed helpful staff, wonderful beer selection, and very cheap for the quality. A real hidden gem, can’t wait to come back!

I regularly order pizza from here, and have eaten there 4/5 times to, always great ingredients which of course makes great pizza. But a special note to the lovely staff that found my girlfriends £600 hang bag that she mistakenly left behind a few days before 🤬🤦‍♂️! Thanks guys, good on you 🙌

Mamma Dough is incredible. The food is the best pizza I've tasted in London . The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are very cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this if you were with family/friends or just on your own.

I can remember when this address used to be one of those Nigerian money transfer/internet café type establishments but thankfully Peckham is going up in the world. From all the times I’ve walked by I don’t remember ever seeing this place particularly busy but there’s always a trickle of people in there and from what I saw their take away/order business does rather well. The place that I would most likely compare this to is the small Pizza Union chain but Mamma Dough is on a smaller scale and nowhere as busy. Sure, you’ll pay more for a pizza here but unlike Pizza Union there is more topping and the pizza is not as dry. Also dare I say it the pizza here is tastier. They could benefit from more table condiments – they only had them on the tables at the front and not the back when I visited. Come to think of it, my Anchoa pizza didn’t exactly feature much anchovy…well at least it wasn’t overly salty. Mamma Dough would never be the sort of place that you would go out of your way for and you can of course also get Pizza at The Blackbird Bakery just a little down the road but this is the better option.

I must first apologise for the photos because I forgot to take the pics when the pizzas arrived I just dig straight in lol. The pizzas were great, a lovely chilled place to eat pizza and check out great artwork. Will definitely be visiting again. Before I forget, the bill was £40 for 2 pizzas, 2 beers and a chef sharing salad superb value for money 👍🏾

As an Italian who loves pizza I can say this is the best pizza you can eat in London. All the staff in Queens Road Peckham are very friendly and are making sure you are having a good time. My son loves the pizza there and he gets always spoiled by the lovely pizza chefs!!! Well done guys!!
