Mama's Pizza Bingley in Bradford

Ordered two pepperoni pizzas online for collection at 8.30. They must have been made sometime earlier and left to keep warm. Dried out pepperoni and just warm pizza. A very disappointing experience.

Got a pizza and a burger and was both perfect. Really nice fries, drink was ice cold and delivery was quick. Spot on

Great pizza but wish they'd do the bigger sizes as thin rather than deep pan.

I order lasagna and pizza 2-3 times a week. The quality and taste of the food has improved a lot compared to the last two years, and Chef Alex approach is very friendly and respectful and all the staff are very friendly.

Ordered 21 pizzas which were enjoyed by all at our cricket club with many commenting how ruddy good they were. Always dicey making sure a large order but food was amazing and the delivery was on time, cheerful and called to let us know he was on his way. I'm sure we'll be ordering in bulk again before Septemebr!!

New delivery driver and food arrives in good time. No need for any negative comments about delivery service. Very very satisfied with the delivery service. Best place for fresh pizza and burgers. What’s happened? Usually they serve the best burgers in Bingley, That was the cheapest meat burger I’ve ever had, chips not as good either. Standard cheapo takeaway burgers have replaced the restaurant style ones they did before, but still at restaurant prices! Please go back to being good quality!

Got delivered a 11inch stuff crust inferno, not what I expected, it was a soggy mess dripping with oil and some type of mince.urgh

Ordered food tonight to be delivered. Ordered at 5:55pm Had to ring at 7pm Food had not arrived by 7:50 pm No discount offered or apology offered .Order was cancelled after poor customer service.. We wont use again.. Your best off Going to dominoes instead

Great as usual but quite shocked at the reported fall in hygiene rating tbh. Been going for years and wasn't aware it had been downgraded.

Very bad service tonight. Ordered food at 7.50pm for delivery at 9pm so plenty of notice. Food eventually arrived at 9.35pm!!! We started to eat the pizza and the base was undercooked, raw slimy dough Phoned to complain and sent pics and a video but all they could say is that it was cooked. Won’t be going back there in a rush!!

Absolutely the best pizzas in the area and beyond !!! The Mamas special is particularly amazing !! Amazing value for money . Can not fault these guys in any way . Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

The Deep Pan Ham Pizza had a lovely flavour and the dough was fresh and light.

Great quality pizza every time! Dough is always light and tasty, tomato sauce full of flavour and the menu has a good range of toppings. All delicious with a lovely home made taste. Best pizza & burgers around, super quick service and speedy delivery. Never had a problem and get food from here most weekends. Personally fav is the bistro burger or mushrooms in cheese garlic sauce. Would definitely recommend without a doubt.

The online menu MUST be updated as the actual prices simply do not compare!! Bought from here for 20yrs before moving away they taste great but are very expensive.

4 meat pizza, dough light, topping very tasty, staff friendly and polite, will make this a regular treat might try some extras next time

Ordered pizzas for the family, ok taste if a little on the bland side, which was quite surprising comparing these to the usual pizza chain shops within Bingley, although the calzone was excellent. Prices have increased dramatically and I'd say on personal preference not worth the money. Good but not great, won't return in the short-term.

The pizza are very delicious and worth buying. It's cheap and delicious to buy, especially my favourite pepperoni pizza. I recommend here.

The Pizza was great but while waiting the poor girl serving was under so much pressure and being verbally bullied by the guy making the pizza , it was shocking! More staff needed Mama's!! Because that sort of behavior is illegal and could cost you a lot of money

Found a hair in the middle of calzone, called the shop & they asked me to bring it back down to show them. Not doing a 15 minute round trip to show them a half eaten calzone. Terrible service. No management, or even an apology.

ordered food and was told it would be delivered with in the hour .. 1and half hours later no delivery.i phoned back and they said oh we will cancel it and hung up on me ..

1st visit the thin crust were just that but daughter wasn't keen on her thick crust so we left it a few months. Went last week...the thin crusts were standard pizza crust, nothing special. The cheese wasn't mozzarella, maybe the pre-grated stuff from a bag? Bright yellow like cheddar. Also not melted so was like eating cheese on toast. It was very disappointing. I'll go to Aldi for pizzas like this. Disappointment isn't as bad when it costs 5 quid for 3. 3 * cos we ate them, just don't expect authentic pizza. Living in Italy has spoiled me maybe but I don't remember the first one we had being like this. The crust looked hand made, this didn't.

Reference the last post despite any issues you may have with the service provided......calling someone "the fat girl" shows what an outstanding individual you are, well done I have a daughter who remembers the incident well (different to how you do) who is upset and distraught at what you think is acceptable to call her, reported to Google under hate speech and harrasment, suggest you give your head a wobble have the decency to find out staffs name and speak to the manager and sort the issue instead of being a keyboard warrior after the event, you don't like service don't go, don't wait till you get home and offend cashier's earning minimum wage without speaking to management, give your head a wobble it's a pizza....no need to offend and upset a young girl trying to earn a few quid

Disgusting staff and disgusting hygiene. Staff were handling raw bacon and then salad and teacakes without washing hands, when I asked about this the fat girl on the till ignored me and turned her back. After waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time it was revealed that my order had been left on top of the pizza oven behind a bag of rubbish. Fat girl on till once again ignored me when I asked how long it had been there. An absolute disgrace, I will be informing the environmental health inspector immediately. Don’t eat my here.

Affordable good quality pizza, always held the quality throughout the years I have been. Compared to many other smaller shops which can't even beat a shop bought pizza. Mamas definitely wins out.

I used to love this place. I just got one tonight and it was burnt around the edges and not cooked in the middle , the cheese was barely melted. I asked for Parmesan and the chef was going to charge me. It's going downhill I'm afraid.

I have had food from here for the last thirty years and have never been disappointed. Their pizzas are great,the service is great. Go for Toscana with extra pepperoni 10/10 Back again today. 10/10

I dont know if the management has changed or not but this is the go to place now. I have had a bad experience with Mama's a couple of years ago and tried them again and everything is tonnes better! Definately recommend now

Like no pizza I've ever eaten. Lovely bready base was not greasy at all, beautiful and tasty Ragu sauce, but beyond that...oh so bland! Couldn't taste any topping at all (Mama's special 16"). Thin pan might be better, but won't be rushing back.

How hard is a getting a plain burger? Apparently it is very hard!

First time trying this place after being recommend. Absolutely beautiful food. I had a calzone, fresh pizza dough plenty of fillings and a stunning tomato sauce. My other half had an Americana burger which she loved (and she's picky) will definitely order again. Just a shame you can't order online.

Never had a single bad meal from here whatsoever, quite easily the best Italian takeaway in town.

Best pizza place in town. Truly excellent pizza. Even though it was very busy, they gave a time for collection and were spot on with it. Really tasty meat based with plenty of fillings. Great value for money. You could have home delivery but you would have to wait another hour at busy times. So much cheaper than Domino's and a much better pizza

Amazing pasta and pizza. I would definitely eat it again. Service was quick and easy. I would have preferred a garlic bread roll as oppose to a garlic pizza but that's just my choice. I would eat again.

Only been here the once and will be using again. The reason for four stars is because we asked for a pepperoni but we got a margarita instead. Super soft and not gooy base. Simple tomato sauce although a few more herbs (oregano) would be nice and the super garlic topping was amazing. I would have to say I prefer it to Dominoes which is about 50m away.

Absolutely terrible burger. Rang to complain and they didn’t understand what I was saying. No goats cheese on the burger. Chips cold and chewy the staff don’t seem to have a clue. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service if at any website says 23.30. Close time and has been for many years called in at 22.50 and was welcomed with we only have original deep pan nothing else and then told to leave as they were closing I've had excellent pizza in the past from here but after this I will no longer be using this pizza place .

We've been going for years, it's good value for money and we have never had a bad pizza. We tried a few other take out places when we moved house but nowhere beats it. It's worth travelling for.

Uninspiring to be honest. The place seems clean etc. The food looked ok but in my opinion was extremely bland. The pizza sauce just didn't taste of anything and we literally got bored of eating it, mere starvation forced it's demise. I'm sure if you covered it in every meat available and poured garlic all over it that it would then taste of something and be ok but for anyone having plain or veg topped pizza... Prepare to have salt, pepper and dipping sauce to hand. The young ones running the front of house were very polite and good at their jobs. You won't get food poisoning but you might die of boredom. 🍕 🍕

Poor service, took roughly 1h 40 mins from point of order. After 1 hour I called Mamas and asked what time can I expect the food. I was told " I'm not sure" "25 mins maybe" I wasn't feeding the five thousand!!. Food was nice but on this occasion delivery time was poor. I'm sure the surcharge for delivery used to be if outside a 2 mile radius so when having to pay £2 for delivery in less than a half mile radius was a bit rich.... even more so when when it took 1h 40 mins and still not here .I could have made the fecking thing myself and saved time and money. Staff friendly and would still highly recommend

Average pizza & pretty expensive. If you remove a topping from a pizza (cheese) you aren't able to swop for another topping and still have to pay the same price. Should consider catering better for people with allergens/different dietary requirements.
