managed to get the last table here on a sunday night before people had to start waiting outside. big menu including a great choice of vegan options. i had the tan tan with gyoza which was so so good - hot, tasty and filling. service was fast and staff were great too !

A little gem, great food and very well priced a little bit on the small side so there's always a que but worth the wait for the ramen and the gyoza. The staff were great and the place was clean and welcoming.

Restaurant was very small and we had to wait outside for 15 mins for them to find us a table big enough for a family of 5. But…despite that I had the BEST ramen I’ve ever had there!! Absolutely delicious!! The only other gripe was the £9.99 service charge slapped onto the bill without asking.

We are ramen lovers and this place didn't disappointed us. The ramen was great, the service was really good. One of the best places to eat ramn.

We have been eating at Fountainbridge Mali and Ramen for quite a few years , I have previously given a five star review say it was my favourite restaurant, our visit today was underwhelming,the service was great but right from the start the green tea was very weak and had no flavour at all , the staff added another tea bag but did not improve the flavour , previously the green tea was really nice , must have changed the tea quality. Also the karaage used to be very crispy and dry now it is greasy and not very crispy with a different coating . Much preferred the restaurant before the makeover and a change of cooking style . Da kein Tisch frei war, mussten wir 10 Minuten warten. Dafür wurden extra Stühle organisiert, damit wir nicht stehen mussten. Alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

This was a great place to warm up with a bowl of tonkotsu. My family had spent a day of sight seeing a needed a quick dinner. The shop is small but cozy. We had no problem getting a seat, the service was fast and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.

After a lovely day walking around Edinburgh my friend and I decided to go for ramen and stumbled across this lovely place in Edinburgh. Happy to report it was exactly what we wanted and more . The decor in the restaurant was lovely and the vibe was great. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious . We went for the crispy pork bao buns and garlic ramen with pork . The buns melted in the mouth and had a huge depth of flavour . The ramen was thick and full of brilliant flavours of garlic and other wonderful good ness . If you want wonderful Japanese cuisine then do take a pop into this place . You will love the experience.

I was very much looking forward to trying this place. The restaurant in small and had a very strong smell of damp. Ramen was a big portion however it was very salty and the chicken was pink inside :( such a shame!
