Maison Meejana in Windsor and Maidenhead

Deciding where to eat in Windsor where we go often. Didn’t want to go where we had already been. After much googling we found this beautiful restaurant and were not disappointed at all. Brilliant food and great attention to detail. All freshly cooked and delicious. I took so long to decide because the whole menu is just great! Had mix grill and seabass and starters. Chicken wing starter you get 10 single wings!!! Huge! Hummus is enough for a whole family! Just perfect!

Superb food, wine and service. Booked lunch here for 4 people after an Investiture visit to Windsor Castle. Very well received. Spot on help and advice with the dishes on the menu and the food was absolutely delicious … so was the house Lebanese red wine. Would highly recommend to anyone. Would we go again … ye definitely

Staff were absolutely lovely and attentive and really made us feel comfortable... but sadly, the food failed to meet the price tag... it was edible but was massively underwhelming

Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgable and really helped us to choose our dishes. We didn’t feel rushed in any way. He was the perfect host. Then the food was outstanding, so delicious! A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I had never been to a ‘Lebanese’ restaurant before and although this was a new experience, much of the menu seemed very familiar with dishes such as hummus, kebabs and fattoush. We had a meze platter to share and all the dishes were really tasty with the falafel being a particular standout. I had Kibbeh Labanieh for main which was small pancakes filled with lamb mince and poached in a mint and yogurt sauce. It was something I’d never tried before and was really delicious. The Lebanese red wine was also a nice accompaniment. Service was swift and pleasant. Great place!

Very good mezze! Really good as a vegetarian option, though mains were unfortunately a bit limited. The meat eaters highly recommend the lamb shawarma and mixed grill Beirut beer is refreshing, without being overly flavourful. Staff very attentive, would happily spend another evening here.

The only food I can eat in Windsor. Excellent, fresh, clean, brightly flavored Lebanese. Very much recommend.

This was a great spot for lunch near Windsor Castle! The food was great, the server was cute, and the weather makes it lovely to eat outside.

This lovely Lebanese Restaurant prepares meals fit for Royalty, and a location near Windsor Castle is just apt for it. Both mutton and chicken dishes were marinated to perfection, and authentic flavours were maintained. The salads were fresh and even the herb tea was just right.

We noticed this Lebanese restaurant had no customers, whereas the Greek restaurant next to it was packed. However the prices were better than the Greek so decided to try it. (Glad to say some other patrons came along while we were there.). We were not disappointed. Food was absolutely amazing and staff very friendly. I forgot all about photos as was too hungry. I highly recommend it!!

As a proud Lebanese individual, dining in Maison Meejana left me truly impressed! The food authentically captured the essence of our cuisine. The warm atmosphere, kind staff and amazing food left me with delight. I would definitely be back again.

Restaurant closed despite our having received a booking confirmation. totally wasted our celebration evening, not to mention cost of taxis etc. Other local businesses informed us that Meejana had changed owners and possibly now sub let. Despite our confirmed booking we have no apology and our calls and emails not answered. Don't waste your time booking here !!!

Had one night in Windsor and did our homework on trip advisor. Had a dry Lebanese rose wine and a glass of Lebanese house red, both were delicious and exceptional value. Shared a meze for two and had some olives. Amazing food and fantastic value....

Generous portions meant a portion of olives and the mezze platter for two days was more than enough for three adults with good appetites, and were tasty too. Mains of shawarma and mixed grill were excellent and the Beirut beer very good. All round excellent
