If your looking for an authentic experience of shisha look no further, I have been to many shisha cafes in the UK and abroad but Mag-mug has been my favourite since its opening. The atmosphere, the music and the vibe are just so amazing and authentic. The staff take pride and dedication in making your experience that much more better The quality of coffee and food is incredible. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism in the service as they engaged and ensured every customer query is answered The closest comparison I have is to being in Taksim square. A nice quiet setting with the most perfect Arabic and Emirati music to make the setting much more better Absolute 10/10 Possibly the best shisha cafe within the whole of Nottingham.

They serve the best Karrak Chai (traditional tea) in Nottingham! The deserts are amazing and the service is second to none!

Honestly best place for shisha and drink the staff are really friendly highly recommended it is a family run business very well managed.
