just ordered from uber i have ate so many mames stores but thisa was rubbish and the garlic mayo thats disgusting i have thrown it away

Had a burger meal which was fine but on the loaded fries the chicken was pink inside...

My fav piri piri grill in the area, it’s fast food but a little better. Good selection of flavours and sides. The order takes about 15-20 min to make, it’s very busy.

Wow! First time ordering and I am in complete food heaven. Everything was cooked to perfection! Them chicken Nachos were absolutely amazing and the fried chicken was so crunchy, juicy and full of flavour. Not a single fault, thank you so much for an amazing delivery! We were gonna go out for food but it was a bit late. Delivery was great and we just scoffed our faces like we hadn't eaten in weeks, such good food! Thank you all 👌

Had a dinner in but found the employee and service the worst. The employee named Ahmed was very rude in receiving my request to change the burn fries. Never recommended. Small food plates, expensive, zero customer service and a flitchy and disgusting restaurant. If you worth your money, then do not spend a penny of it here.

The extra hot had barely any flavour, mild as anything. Even the mild flavoured wings had more flavour and heat. Chips were disgusting and none of it tasted as if it was cooked fresh at all. Completely different from the experience I usually get when I go to the shop directly, I think I'll go Pepe's from now on...

Amazing service, wanted it ASAP ordered at 5:55pm and was estimated to be with me by 6:45 but came 20 mins early which was good and the food was fantastic, the gourmet burger was juicy and fresh which I highly recommend

Best chicken burgers in Bristol!

I wouldn’t buy the burritos waste of money nothing in there except for rice and a few chicken pieces no sauce no salad no beans was a waste of money if I wanted just rice I would have just got rice by it self not a burrito

Ordered the half chicken as a deal. It was finished in two minutes and I was really amazed. Until I realized why. The chicken was definitely not freshly grilled. Skin was already soft, the chicken was only lukewarm and didn't have the mixed marinade I ordered. I'm used to something different from Maeme's in Watford. It was being grilled in front of my eyes, you could see and hear the flames. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here.

Food was kind of gross. The chicken had a weird bumpy texture and the cheese was really off. The delivery also took much much longer than the estimated time. Would not order again.

Chips were cold, fish burger was small and soggy. The cheese burgers were soggy and the chicken fillet burger wasn’t very tasty. Really dissatisfied and so was my family. I have ordered from here before and it was lovely.

I love the food! It’s seasoned great! At a great price, with brilliant box deals! How ever, one time, now only one time, has not happened since. I have had an extra in my burger, a bit of metal, lucky to notice it before eating, but wasn’t too happy about this!

Despite paying extra on one meal to go large still received a regular meal.

I ordered the Fillet Box Meal with extra cheese. It's good value for money, except there wasn't many fries with mine. The Fillet Burger was nice, but the extra cheese (60p) was just another slice of plastic cheese, so I was a little disappointed with that. The piri piri mayo was really runny and spicier than I expected. Overall an average experience.

Absolutely gorgeous food! Wings were juicy and flavourful, grilled to perfection and the peri flavours were nice. I got the flavours garlic and medium spice. I also got a fish burger which was really tasty too, it was a fish cake which I wasn’t expecting but very enjoyable, bun was great and fresh tasting salad. Peri mayo is very tasty and goes perfectly with the wings. I also had corn on the cob which was grilled and it was perfect. Can’t fault this place, quick delivery, food was hot, will definitely be returning!

Very Overpriced, do they know it’s a cost of living crisis?! The food quality is average. I don’t recommend it at all. Pepe’s is better quality chicken and much better price. Couldn’t give zero stars. The 5 star reviews are fake and done by the owners

I am down in Bristol from Manchester and couldn't decide where to order from, I seen this place as it was the top ranked takeaway in Bristol. I'm now so glad that I ordered from here. The food was delivered very quickly, was very high quality and was lovely and warm. I am gutted that I don't have a branch near me. Fantastic all around. Everyone should order from here. I was pretty excited to try the new fried chicken .The menu has a good selection of dishes 🍗 ,we tried a little bit of everything. The chicken strips and spicy wings were my favourite 👌. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for good fried chicken at reasonable prices in town. Overall, Maemes gets five stars from me – their customer service is phenomenal too! 👍

First of all, they are in able to follow dietary requirements. I asked for no tomato in my chicken fillet burger and I found 2 large pieces of tomato. Secondly the chicken fillet was half the size of the burger bun, as well as being overly sloppy with sauce. Won't be returning

I think this is a great place with a lot of potential I love their food but the wait is quite long to be honest once I sat there for over 40 minutes but their food is tasy and nice so they get a 3/5.

I took the burger meal and everything everything was delicious. Burger was very tasty with fresh ingredients, juicy and tender wings, crispy onions rings, not stringy at all. They told me 10 minutes and it was ready promptly. Probably the best chicken shop I've been to.

Had the piri fillet burger grilled to order with fries. £5.49. Delicious. You can choose the marinade to be brushed on grill. Polite and helpful. Chips could have been hotter, but who wants refried chips. 5 stars.

Absolutely delicious. My burrito and chicken wings were so good and tender. I was impressed. They also delivered which it was a bonus as we live far from them, about 3 mile.

Must admit this place serve exceptional food! Had a half peri chicken and chips with garlic mayo.. the chicken was sooo juicy and full of flavour, the skin was crisped to perfection and it just went down a treat! Some places don't get the food right but Maemes most certainly do! Also they are open late and there's plenty of space to sit down and dine inside, place was very clean, customer service was super friendly, made me feel very welcome! 10/10
