Wide pavement well lit , plenty of bins including special bins for barbecue rubbish. Separate two way cycle path. One way vehicle -West to East cars van parking only (not parallel parking ) pay through phone app. Coach parking at the Black Rock end. a new level boardwalk - illuminated- not wood - plastic composite offset from Road wheelchair and pram accessible entry/exit points crossing the Volkswagen Railway tracks. Some block seating at various points. Special path to lifeguard station (Kemptown 1)

Dirty, falling apart, large sections closed to the public, lots of dogs off their leads intimidating the public, endless homeless people, litter-strewn... Hardly what people expect of the main waterfront in the town.

Parked van on the side and someone scraped the side and drove off so park on the left and check charges as it's cheaper the further you go away from the pier.

Went for Ace Cafe InCarnation. Enjoyed it.
