Can't praise this place enough the food is amazing. The staff are genuinely the most friendly staff I have come across in a very long time. I had a 7 mile trip back home and the food was still piping hot. Great selection of veg, the meat is lush and the potatoes are perfect. Very impressed. Great roast dinner and the fact I'm doing a 14 mile trip just to get it shows you have amazing it is.

Weekdays I've enjoyed hot meat rolls and roasted potatoes for lunch. Their Sunday takeaway is superb. Roast meats and all the trimmings and copious vegetables. Always piping hot. Clean premises and always greeted with a smile and friendly banter. At £8 a very good deal. Delicious! Highly recommend

29 High StreetA go to pub in the centre of Bridgwater that has retained a lot of character but still feels well maintained and well run. No loud music or distracting TV screens and a good range of drinks.

The pub is closed due to a lengthy refurb, but there is a cafe in the smokery next door run by the same family. We enjoyed a platter of smoked seafood made on-site for lunch. It was seriously good, with some clever tastes. The Salmon was just brilliant. We bought some in the Deli to take home. Highly recommended.

The CliffsMost expensive Cornish pasty for £8 while it is £4.5 in other shops around. It was no better than supermarket ones.

68 Wembdon HillHad a surprise party here and it was fantastic. Tom was super helpful and friendly. Great contact when I was organising it all. Lovely atmosphere in the pub. A real gem thank you.
