Called in for a coffee while shopping. Friendly, helpful staff and the freshly made coffee was very good. It is a popular place and very busy but, fortunately, there's plenty of seating. Tables are cleared and cleaned as soon as the customers have left.

Friendly, helpful staff serving freshly made tasty coffee, tea and snacks. Good choice of snacks and drinks on the menu. Recently enlarged so that there is now more seating. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Airy and tables cleared and cleaned as soon as the customer(s) leaves. Free wifi advertised as being available but not always connected to the internet.

Hastings RoadA lovely lunch today … tasty shepherds pie my partner had the lamb shank, which was beautifully cooked. I would highly recommend a visit to Waterside cafe, great food at a reasonable price, welcoming staff and all in a great setting overlooking beautiful lake! Will be back again!
