Good food and the staff is nice

I.was missing three items from my order and still have not had a refund. This is not good business. I asked the delivery driver if there was another bag and he said no so I knew i was missing food.

Hot cross bun …burnt and brick hard …ordered cheese garlic balls but got sent some orange balls that were soggy and did not taste of cheese was like it was someone food that did not want want

This is the worst service in town. The guy at the counter was very rude and displayed miserable behavior. They don’t know how to treat customers—very unprofessional service and attitude. The shop had an “open” sign displayed, with no “closed” sign, and they didn’t bother to inform us that they were not serving, even though the door was open. After waiting for 10 minutes, the only person in the shop was on the phone and completely unresponsive. Eventually, he just shook his hands, indicating they weren’t serving, without even bothering to say it clearly. It was a complete waste of customers’ time for no reason. My previous experiences here were also not good. This is by far the worst service among all the kebab shops in town.

Spend just under £100 and and half my items where missing had to then re-order more food and spend another £20 almost absolutely shocking
