Delivery was on time but food was disappointing, squid was big rings in thick chewy batter, sweet & sour prawn balls were soggy and prawns tiny. Beef & mushroom was ok and duck in plum sauce was nice

What is going on with the squid? It’s inedible! It’s like chewing rubber rings, no spring onion in the dish, just loads of brown onion. Not remotely like salt and pepper squid I’ve ever had, it’s usually my favourite dish but this was awful!

Chips were all soggy and because of that tasted stale and £7:80 for four bits of prawn toast is very excessive!

The food was nice and hot! Unfortunately the seaweed was not to its usual standard - over cooked and inedible. Everything else was delicious

Ordered a delivery. Recieved rice instead of noodles. Tried calling for an hour to let them know the mistake but never got though.

Local Chinese closed so family tried this one for the first time and it wasn't good. Low quality overly sweet food. Had to force myself to eat half of mine and others didn't want to finish theirs.

Driver never turnt up. Couldn't call the restaurant as they had since closed. Do NOT order here, its absolutely insane that they're still allowed to operate on JustEat

the app said our food had been delivered for 30mins before it actually was delivered and when trying to call the restaurant to see where the food was there was no answer as they were now closed so we thought the food had been delivered to the wrong address and were about to order something else

Ordered our takeaway meal tonight and was told there was an hour's wait. Chased up after 1.5 hours and also after 2 hours wait. Our meal arrived 1 hour 10 mins later than advised!!!! The delivery man said he was sent elsewhere however our food was still hot!! Terrible service.

Disgraceful, took over 2 hours to receive our food. No communication until I contacted the restaurant and they just used the excuse that they were busy. When I requested some compensation for a £30 order they offered £3. Absolute joke.

After the driver eventually turned up, they chucked our food at us said that they were late because they "got lost" before shuffling along. Woeful

Chips were cold, but other dishes we still hot enough to eat. Tasted lovely

This order took over two hours to get to us. I was very annoyed. Then I was not pleased with the majority of the dishes. Saying that the chicken satay was very nice.

Visiting Oxford and were staying nearby can honestly say this is one of the best Chinese takeaways i’ve had! Recommended.

on the 29/4/24 we place an order at 10.15 for £39.80 of food at three thirty on the 30/4/24 still waiting ,I shall be calling into the take away tomorrow for a refund. the only taken away was my money !

They gave me boiled rice instead of egg fried rice and considering the price the food was not great.

Sadly the food was cold. The chicken wings were over cooked and chewy. The noodles were bland and dry… we’ve had good ones from here before but that wasn’t great and want a refund, but not taking from local businesses considering the climate! Glad to be of help but won’t order again sadly.

I ordered my food nearing 6pm then i got a confirmation to say my food was being make and a hour later then sayed i had received it and it had been delivered. I then sent a message to just eat to see where my food was and they said my food was to be here at 8:25 (the second time it had changed) i had no contact from anywhere for any peice of mind and then when i did get contacted it was to say my house could not be found. I am severely disappointed having to wait 2hrs+ for somewhre 10 mins from

missing some of my order. it was cold. crispy duck was pre cut with the bone left in it and was very dry.

can't review food I've yet to receive. if they had messed up the order as claimed they should've contacted me! although the previous time I called I was given a different reason for it being late! No doubt it will be cold by the time it arrives! I've had nothing but issues with just eat the last few months!

Can never fault the food from this place!! We will definitely be back. However my order was missing one lot of spring rolls, I did tell just eat but unfortunately they wouldn’t reimburse us for those. Hasn’t put us off ordering from you but I don’t think I’ll be going through just eat anymore as I’m sure dealing with you direct would have resulted in a more positive outcome as your staff have always been so lovely to me.

I’m pretty picky about Chinese food and this is some of the best I’ve found. Takes a while to get here; we live a fair distance away but it’d be better to just tell us how long it’ll be v underestimating the time. Again totally recommend the food; it’s super tasty.

3 hours late. Ordered at 6.30pm got food at 9.30pm after lots of phone calls and them just saying 20 mins each time. It’s normally so good I’m disappointed

Such a shame they’re not honest and up front about estimated delivery times and they set app to delivered when it hadn’t been. Food is amazing. Just wish timing was honest. Id still order if it said 60-120 mins especially as we don’t live that close, just would rather know….. like I say food is amazing

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! RUDE STAFF! The people in the shop have 0 customer service speak to you with no sense of manners! Order arrived an hour late and there was a long black hair in the sweet and sour chicken! DO NOT ORDER!

Really hot, tasty and early. Really good level of spice in the kung op, not too much, but just enough to let you know it’s there. The beef and cashew nuts was also rather delicious

Overpriced and disappointing food: which is a real shame, as I’ve had good experiences before. I ordered kung po chicken but was given sweet and sour, which was mostly ok but the vegetables were a little undercooked for my taste. The prawn crackers were overly greasy, the egg fried rice uninspiring, and the spring roll was cold inside (as if it was still partly frozen / not reheated properly). I collected my order so unfortunately it left the kitchen in this state rather than just losing its appeal during delivery. Since their inflated prices are now comparable with buying through a delivery service, I think I will order from elsewhere in future.

Beef tasted a bit fishy (?). All sauces were the same.

The green thai chicken was far too hot and needed more flavour, I also had a bit of a fragily tummy the next day. The chicken was cooked very nicely, but there wasn't much, more veg than chicken. It also wasn't clear from the menu if rice came with the curry or whether you needed to order on top.

Order was ready for collection in the hot cupboard. Still hot when we got home. Excellent flavours.

We waited 2 hours and 5 minutes for our delivery! The restaurant weren’t exactly bothered when I rang to find out where it was. The driver was very rude on the phone and made my partner walk to the car and take the food through the window!

Delivered the wrong order and it was a right pain to sort out. Phoned the restaurant several times before it was finally sorted and we got our cold food. Lucky house did nothing to compensate and even rang off when I was trying to find out what was happening. Shame because food is good when you get it on time and it’s not cold.
