Still waiting for order nearly 2 hours later

Last order was cold but was said to be discout on next order if reheated in mocrowave. Thought these things happen, place new order and over an hour later not even left and only £4 offer on cold order. Will never be using again, stay clear. Raj kinara Rhoose, much better quality food, much better service

Food cold and very small portion of tikka starter and a very unacceptable salad to go with it , maybe Saturday is not a good night to order 😞

The order took over 2.5 hours to arrive.

Still waiting 1hour40 mins after order, keeping changing delivery arrival every time it should be delivered, DO NOT believe delivery times when it gets to 0 delivery time they add another 10 mins, three times. Phones to ask when it would arrive, told 5 mins but I could come and collect , had PAID for delivery, when I pointed out that if it was due in 5 mins there was no point they hung up. AVOID.

Used Lubna's for many years now. Always quality food. Delivery normally under 30 mins. Always enjoy my favourite order, House Special Biryani with plain Madras sauce, Chicken Chat Starter, Chips, poppa doms and Mint sauce. Thanks everyone at Lubna's for your efforts and also the delivery drivers who are always pleasant.

They would have gotten a 5 but the food has changed recently. Its still delicious though

One of the best Indian take aways I've ever had! The food is amazing quality with excellent flavour! They even don't mind going easy on the ghee.. Everytime I just become more impressed with this place! If you get there early it's not a long wait, but can see why there are delays as they are so popular! Used to drive from another town just to get it! And was worth it every time!

Quality far better than I expected, better than many places with more competitors.

A busy take away, processing lots of orders even late afternoon. Good food though once it was ready.

Had a superb meal from here last night. All freshly cooked. And really tasty. Lamb naga was stunning. Shesh kebabs were one of the best I've had. 👌

We've been using Lubnas for quite a few years now. Muhammed, Naz and the rest of the team are great. Food is amazing with lots of choice and great prices too. They also deliver. I thoroughly recommend Lubnas for a lovely takeaway meal.

The taste and quality is always excellent! Always look forward to ordering a takeaway away from there. Keep it up!

Fabulous food, and their set menus offer great value.

We've been using Lubnas for over two years. We've always enjoyed the food up until Wednesday. Unfortunately I've had a very unpleasant 48 hours suffering with food poisoning. I had the Chicken Chat my wife and daughter had other dishes, they were Ok, but I certainly was not. I no longer have any confidence in their food hygiene and preparation. Your health is not something that should be jeopardised or taken lightly.

To be honest I have been eating here for years, the food 9/10 is spot on but to be fair can’t expect to be perfect all the time and I think obviously the chef doesn’t work every day so maybe it was other people cooking the times I’ve had not as good ones but to be honest I would say I’ve had probably over 150 orders here (as bad as that is too say lol) and they have never messed up an order everything I order I get, never have they missed an item.(which is more than I can say for most of the takeaways around here) My one bit of criticism I’d say is the chips seem to be under done a lot but in their defence I find this at most places at the moment not that it justifies it but I don’t really think any effort is taken cooking chips which it’s not the end of the world but the little extras do help obviously. Everyone yarps about the Raj in Rhoose but I personally think every curry I’ve had from there hasn’t been as nice as Lubnas and the portions are smaller and it cost almost a third more of the price.

Fabulous meal, ready bang on time. My husband had a chef's special bhuna. He always finds bhunas to be nice and tasty and mild. This one melted his face off (his words) but he absolutely loved it and cleared his plate.

Ordered food for delivery via website about 6:30pm, paid by PayPal and had an accepted status on my order. 8:30pm came and still no delivery. We rang them to be told they don't deliver to Rhoose. We have have had a delivery from them before and they accepted the order so we were stunned. Why didn't they ring us to tell us they couldn't deliver. What shocking service. It was a £35+ order which they have missed out on and we won't be ordering from them again.

Nice food but waited 20mins over placed phone order told to pick it up at 20.15 had food at 20.35 covid restrictions mean you ideally have to wait outside which is not ideal if it's raining. But these things can't be helped maybe a bit more communication between front of house and kitchen so front of house can tell telephone orders when to come down and collect their food so you don't have to wait I would of rather been told 20.35 for pick up rather than have to wait 20mins outside waiting for my order because it wasn't ready. I will say they were very busy the evening I visited.

First time ordering from here and not the last. Great tasting food. Decent prices and quick service. Pick up or delivery available.

We placed an order via Foodhub before 7.30, we finally received our meal at around 10pm, although we were really hungry when we ordered by the time the food finally arrived we threw most of it away as we had gone pass wanting to eat them and the food was not that great which is very unusual for Lubnas. We will definitely think twice before ordering from here again. If they cannot keep up with the amount of order's they receive they should employ some people for busier times or a Saturday evening.

Quite easily the best takeaway and Indian food I’ve ever had. And I’ve had ALOT. Ceylon or dewanium special!! Two big hitters!! Highly rated!

Used this place a few times and the food is always good but last night when we ordered we were told it would be 1hr waiting which is understandable for a Saturday night so after 1hr 15mins we called back to check on the order, we were informed that there had been car troubles for the delivery driver and that it would be with us in the next 15-20mins, after another 45mins it finally arrived, the driver was very apologetic but it wasn't his fault, it would have been nice if we had been contacted and informed that the wait was going to be 2hrs. Customer service is just as important to keep a business going as well as good food.

Always liked Lubna's food. Just tried to place an order on-line, which the website states 10% discount, but it doesn't reflect in the price. I rang and and asked why not "Discount is not done anymore" I was told and the prices have all gone up since the most recent menu I had. This is a small town if you want alienate people and get a bad reputation carry on....

Here’s what just happened: at 8pm I ordered food online. At the end of the order I was provided options on collection time. I chose 8:30pm. I received an email confirming the order and the collection time of 8:30. At 8:35 I called to find out if the food was ready. The employees said “it will be ready in 15-20 minutes” (meaning they were just about to start cooking it). I told him about my online order and he first said “well we’re not fast food so how can I have food ready in 5 minutes?” I again explained that I’d ordered half an hour ago and I was provided the option of times. Surely I shouldn’t have been given 8:30 as an option if it wasn’t doable and his response: “well you need to come to the shop and find out”. Obviously I asked what was the point in ordering online and he said he’d start cooking now and they’re not fast food. In my experience with this place 20 minutes means 30-45. I’m glad that they’re not fast food but just set expectations appropriately and be honest with your customers. Don’t lie and make excuses when confronted with your own failures. Hopefully they’ll go out of business and a better alternative will serve this Indian-friendly community.

Very poor service we called through for a delivery at 7.28pm to be told we wld be waiting 45mins to an hour and food has only just arrived... my partner normally tips the driver but not on this occasion

Food was ok. Not fab but edible. Was shocked when delivery driver asked me if I wanted my change!!! Cheeky sod. If I want to tip him I will. Doubtful I'll use them again.

The food here is okay. The service is ridiculous. We waited for a phone delivery over 3 hours. Avoid if your expecting any form of respectable service.

Delivery took two and a half hours! An hour later than they told me, not even an apology from them.

Tasty food, good size portions at reasonable prices

good value for money, the food is cheap compared to many other indian takeaway's. my rice was extremely oily, and the curry was nice but a little lacking in depth of flavor. I heard the chef using a microwave also which really does not inspire confidence at a restaurant.

Beautiful food from here would highly recommend!! Collected our food on time and were really pleased, great flavours, great quality. As visitors to the area if we are down that way again will definitely be calling back :) :)

This place is really nice for family and friends for takeaway or delivery. Also serves good food. Staff are good. I like this place.
