Really nice views with very polite and attentive staff. Food was good and reasonably priced. Venue seemed a little tired and would benefit from a refurb, but well worth a visit.

Incredibly over priced food & drinks with a cheap, outdated interior, nothing like the website would lead you to believe. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is that the view across London is admittedly excellent and the wait staff were polite and prompt.

We visited LSQ for my friends Hen do. As we were a larger party we were asked to pre order our food. We did so, however when we arrived on the day mistakes had been made with ordering the food and they had made the incorrect amount of certain dishes. Because of this alot of us had finished our starters before some even got theirs. It took the staff 30 mins to begin the bottomless prosecco and then we were told there was no non alcoholic prosecco as they had forgotten to order it dispite me stating in the booking we would have four people attending who didn't drink and us being reassured that they would have an option available for us. View is lovely but if you have a larger booking you will not be near the windows so will need to try and get out on the balcony for some pictures. The space was quite small for a wheelchair user to navigate but the accessible bathroom and the lifts were great. The food, when it arrived correctly, was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The music was good but so loud you couldn't have a conversation with even the person next to you Overall an OK but slightly disappointing experience for the price paid by us all.

This place is only good for views and cocktails maybe. The food was absolutely sub-par, salmon was overcooked and with no seasoning, steak that was meant to be Wagyu wasn’t Wagyu at all, instead of medium-rare it was almost well done and chewy. For the money you pay this is a disgrace. They should stick to drinks and nibbles only. Also serving wine in old-school thick glasses that ruin the whole drinking experience and make it feel cheap.

Very good atmosphere, breakfast food needs some work but otherwise the service is quick, respectful and friendly.

Afraid to say this was a place I wish I didn’t visit. It had been on my list for a while, I’ve been ticking off rooftop bars in London over the years. In the end, we were kindly accommodated without a booking on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy. It was loud. There was an unexpected live singer who, I’m sure is very talented but it felt overbearing at 1pm, and somehow out of sync with the vibe of the bar itself. My mum and I could barely have a conversation it was that bad. Table wasn’t wiped clean when we were seated and it visibly needed it. Menu felt cheap and plasticky, but the prices are of a real quality, high end bar. Happy to pay £19 for a cocktail in a bar that matches that standard, but unfortunately this place felt quite cheap all round. I didn’t have a cocktail in the end. My mum went for a mocktail for £12, she did say it was nice. I had a £5 cappuccino (Illy brand) which was so hot I couldn’t pick up the cup for ages. A cup of tea would have been £6 (!). Fake plastic plants that were dusty. Nice views but honestly, do your research and you’ll find plenty other rooftop bars where the views, prices and quality all align. Sadly this isn’t the case here. On the way out we used the bathroom and, presumably because people were confused by their calling it "powder room" on their proper signage, someone has printed out a "toilet" sign on A4 paper and stuck it on the wall like a piece of kids art with sticky tape - again, I just feel it's a sort of "low end / cutting corners" kind of vibe. Lifts did take a while, as other reviews have noted.

Went for the bottomless brunch. Food and atmosphere was very good with a live singer. However, we waited about 25 minutes before getting our first drink and when a waiter did come they just poured us a Prosecco without asking what drink we wanted. We was told we could choose prosecco or rose. Service was okay once we was finally served and they kept topping up our drinks up. Overall, vibes were good however service could be lot better as felt like we were getting ignored.

False advertisement... brunch is neither breakfast nor lunch, but one apetiser and one meal with no sides. They offer "bottomless" inexpensive prosecco during the scheduled stay. Service is average and the setting crammed and loud. A place we will pass on going any other time.

We were there today and actually wanted to eat and drink. When we arrived we were escorted to our table relatively quickly. We then had to wait 20 minutes to order. Another 20 minutes to pay. The drinks were good. However, the prices are very high. The toilets were disgusting and the live music wasn't well tuned (voice & guitar ratio). It would actually have been good. You can't talk, you have to shout at each other because it was so loud. Only the waiter who collected the money at the end was relatively friendly. 12.5% ​​service charge is far too high for such a disaster. view is very nice. All in all not recommended.

My friend and I had a lovely brunch at LSQ Rooftop in Leicester Square. The views were phenomenal - a panoramic view of central London. The food was great and the staff were so warm and accommodating. A big shout out to Nensi, the waitress, who took care of us. She was incredibly helpful and kind! We highly recommend this experience for all.

Here on a Friday late afternoon. Drinks 👌🏼 nibbles perfect for allergies within the group. Entertainment was 👌🏼 she sang Whitney 🤩🤩

3 of us visited for a Saturday brunch. The wait for the lift isn’t great however once we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. The girl with pink braces was particularly good (sorry I didn’t get her name) . The setting is lovely with a great view right above Leicester Square. You can pop out to the balcony and take photos. As part of the brunch you get a choice of rose wine or Prosecco. We chose the Prosecco which was lovely and free flowing for the 90 minutes. The only thing that wasn’t too good was the food. Quite a few choices but the quality wasn’t great. The starters were ok but were really just frozen stuff you can buy in a supermarket. Had the flat iron steak which has a small supplement but it came with no side at all so had to pay another supplement for chips (come on lsq you can throw in a few chips) The steak was tiny and overcooked. I don’t mind tiny if it’s good quality and well cooked but it was neither. We also had the Mac and cheese side which again was ok but nothing special. The atmosphere was great, very lively with a mix of groups & couples. The singer was good too. All in all we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the day. Just need to improve the food .

We had made a reservation here for something to eat/drink and the view of course. The view was great, the service was also very hospitable. There are many areas for improvement in terms of atmosphere and facilities. The furniture is in serious need of replacing and it was all '''grubby''. The toilets were very dirty, which always says a lot about the restaurant. We came to eat something, but the menu was so dirty and sticky that we skipped it. Truly a place with a lot of ambition, but it is not being used at the moment.

Lovely bar with great selection of food and cocktails. Cauliflower tacos were the best tacos I've had in years. Nice view from the balcony, however there's very limited space and only the 'standing' tables.

Het hotel bij binnenkomst maakt al een gedateerde indruk. Dan blijkt ook nog 1 lift niet te werken, zodat er er 1 ligt overblijft voor 9 verdiepingen. Na 10 minuten wachten lukt het ons om boven te komen. Ook hier nogal vergane glorie, maar wel een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. We bestellen hapjes van de kaart en die zijn best wel prima, maar niet bijzonder. Wel vriendelijke bediening. Met een goede make-over valt hier best wel wat bijzonders van te maken!

I visited this rooftop restaurant in Leicester square, the views from rooftop are amazing. We just had a coffee which was a good value for money. Can’t say much about the food as we didn’t had any.

Met up with family for drinks and dinner. Great view across London. Live music - singer was great, but backing track was way too loud. Service was OK. Waiter refused to give us tap water so we had to purchase bottled. Salmon on the menu was great. Lift out of order so long wait to get in and out. Overall it was an average night. Overpriced drinks, no real atmosphere and couldn't chat over the music.

All stars, would give 5 to the singer performer, she was great. Service was absolutely terrible. Took 30 minutes to be served. Drinks and food arrived 40 minutes later and 2 people got their burgers 15 minutes after that. Had to repeatedly ask to have order taken and then for the bill. Food was totally mediocre.

Honestly the worst bar experience I've ever had! We were a group of 5 young women on a Friday night. There were a group of very drunk guys who kept trying to talk to us and we were not interested and tried to get away. We waited for the lift and got in and the group tried to squeeze in, one stepping on my foot. I politely asked them to step out as the lift was overcrowded to which two of them shouted and spat in my face. I held the lift door open, hoping the manager and staff would help get them out of the lift. The manager looked me in the eyes and did nothing. The drunk men proceeded to calling us names such as 'ugly bi*ches' and still no body helped. I screamed as I was suffocating in the lift and still no help. The manager wanted US to leave the lift, even though we had waited and got in first. When we stepped out one of the hostesses said they have been trying to get rid of the group for 3 hours. The bar management were not concerned for the safety of their guests and did not offer any compensation. We had spent over £100 in that bar and they could not care less. I find it utterly disgusting how they could allow a group of drunk men to harass women right IN FRONT of them and not intervene. I will never ever be going back. Wish I could leave a 0 star review and get my money back. Please AVOID AT ALL COST.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your bar. As a group of five young women enjoying a Friday night out, we encountered a highly disturbing situation that was poorly handled by your staff. We were harassed by a group of visibly intoxicated men who persistently attempted to engage with us despite our clear disinterest. When we entered the lift, these men tried to force their way in. Despite politely requesting they step out due to overcrowding, two of them responded by shouting and spitting in our faces. In an effort to get assistance, I held the lift door open, hoping the manager and staff would intervene. Shockingly, the manager made eye contact with me but took no action. The men continued to verbally abuse us with derogatory names, and despite our cries for help, no one stepped in to assist. Instead, the manager demanded that we leave the lift, even though we had entered first. Upon exiting the lift, a hostess mentioned that they had been attempting to remove this group for three hours. It is appalling that the management showed no concern for our safety and failed to offer any form of compensation or support. We spent over £100 at your bar, only to be treated with utter disregard. I find it unacceptable that a group of drunk men was allowed to harass women right in front of the staff, without any intervention. This experience was utterly distressing and I will never be returning to your establishment. I wish I could leave a 0-star review and receive a refund for the money we spent. For the safety and well-being of future patrons, I urge others to avoid this bar at all costs.

I would advise everyone to CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE PAYING!!! They decided to add an extra £10 charge and thought we wouldn’t notice. This was during the bottomless brunch. Perhaps they think that you won’t notice because you are drunk. I will be filing a complaint and i’d like to know how many other people were overcharged today.

We loved it here. Great food, an excellent service from all the staff. The atmosphere was lovely and there was a generous supply of bubbles. Will definitely go again!

Great cocktails although bit pricey....Great views...we pop in here everytime we go to Leicester Square...Waiter was informative on cocktails and very friendly.

Arrived to place where staff told us, no tables at 5 pm, and we need to book in advance… well, usually staff try to accompany and accommodate and offer alternatives… did not feel any care from their side… so we came and left within 1 minute…

Had a cuppacino for 5 pounds and that was very nice. Live performance started at 7pm and that singer has a beautiful voice. A chill place that you should come up and try.

We had tried to visit here before but cannot remember if it was because it wasn’t open (at that time) or we just didn’t have a booking. So we tried yesterday and took the lift up to the rooftop bar. We were shown to a table, ordered a drink and enjoyed the views and atmosphere which was made better by a singer performing. Would definitely return.

I go very often as I got very very connected to the staff.. especially to Abi and George.. they are so professional, warm, lovely and always with a beautiful smile on their lips.. The view and the location provide an excellent option for a night out with friends. Service was also exceptional, ask for Giorgos, he is the most hospitable and welcoming waiter there.

Booked a week in advance for a special occasion, recieved a cancellation notice through opentable with no explanation 2 days before but was able to rebook directly through their website. I was then called 5 hours before my booking telling me my booking had been cancelled as they were closed, ended up having to scramble to find another place to eat. Really poor service

I went to this place and left my iPhone charger in the table when I went to take a picture with a view and imagine when I came back to my table someone stole my iPhone charger and the manager told me that sorry we cannot help you. How dare is this place? ??? that some people just steal MY phone charger from a table I am so angry and my mood ruined for a week now that’s disgusting!!!! How can’t you look at security cameras and help me ??? That’s crazy!!!! Zero stars !!! I don’t recommend this bad place to nobody!!! And the food was not tasty at all !!!

I came just for drinks but the drinks were really bad, I asked for a martini and it was just bad, my friend ordered a whisky sour and there was grapefruit which he hates, my order took over 30 min to arrive, the service was okay and we didn’t order food cause we were scared it wouldn’t be good.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo and had breakfast at LSQ which offers a comfortable and stylish space with great views of Central London. The staff is really attentive and lovely - special shout to Nensi.

What a view from the roof top bar. Can sit inside by the windows for great London views or head outside to the small terrace & see right over Leicester Square. A wonderful selection of cocktails & mocktails. Will definitely be back as a nice bar in the heart of London.

View is amazing but the DJ night on Saturday was not what I was expecting. Its just a music system with the speaker. The music was not lively but more chilled and was sending me to sleep. The seats are over-comfortable. You tend to sink in them. I was hoping for a more livlier night but I was getting tired that I did not want another drink.

I had booked the lsq rooftop for drinks for a Saturday afternoon with couple of friends. Got a call from the bar one hour before my booking saying that my booking is cancelled because of a private event. If you have a private event make sure that your system is closed. Very unprofessional and not enough time given to book something for a Saturday afternoon in London.

Definitely not worth the money.. food average drinks very slow in getting refilled.. menu really needs looking at.. terrible for the money you pay… the best thing was the view and company.,.

Everytime I’m in London and need to hit visit a rooftop this place is my go too. The views are amazing with the London eye being very viable together with it being in Leicester Square. The service is amazing and drinks are good too.

Poor management. I called to book a table and they told me to do it online, I’ve asked for dinner they said they had main. How surprised was I when I arrived and realized that there were no mains at all. Why ask people for their phone number when booking if you’re not calling them (I left a comment to précise that we would eat dinner). Definitely not recommend

Can't speak for the food since we only had one drink to see the sunset, but would not be back here even for the views. Friendly staff and the bartender made good drinks, but the place was so beat up and it was so pricey for what it was.

Quite neat setting, very good cocktails and nice view of the city but the atmosphere and the comfort of the armchairs need to be reviewed.

Drinks were expensive but as expected in a tourist place like Leicester Square. If you want a table with a view away from the DJ, make sure you have a reservation.

Had the best time with my husband at LSQ Rooftop. What I can I say the view 10, the atmosphere 10 but what really made the difference was the service. Our waiter George was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, kind, professional, made us feel very comfortable. This place is a gem in the hart of London ❤️

First time we went to LSQ rooftop. Stunning view and friendly staff. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink. Our server Aleksa was very pleasant, welcoming and attentive without making us feel rushed. Thank you for giving us a lovely experience Aleksa. Definitely we will go back again.

New Years Eve party. Rooftop was great for watching London fireworks. Other times you have a great view of London & London eye.

Het uitzicht is fantastisch daarvoor ga je hierna toe. De service is ook perfect. We zaten met zijn 4tjes aan de raamkant voor een ( bodemloze) prosecco lunch. Die werd ook netjes met regelmaat bijgeschonken. De lunchkaart was wel beperkt maar de hoofdgerechten zijn wel smaakvol. Ik had een zalmpasta, mijn man de steak en onze vrienden de kip. Het nagerecht hadden we alle 4 de cheesecake genomen, maar die smaakte helemaal nergens naar. Ja, naar poeder. De stoelen waar we op zaten waren duidelijk aan vervanging toe, dat kan toch echt niet??? Zoiets heb ik nog niet eerder gezien. Dat vond ik de grootste afknapper, hoe kun je hier je gasten op laten zitten. Wat een armoede. Kortom je komt in dit restaurant voor het uitzicht & de vriendelijke bediening.

Very poor. Bad selection of food, much better hotel buffets available. When we went to the bathroom the staff called us before we had even left the cubicle (we had been away from the table approximately 45 seconds) to accuse us of dining and dashing. We explained we had not yet left the premise and they flusteredly told us to take our time. I hope they were embarrassed, they should be.

Had a brilliant time here the other day with my friend. We'd both heard about it being the best cocktail in london and FINALLY the opportunity arose to try it...it did not disappoint. 
Great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and welcoming, Melis was attentive and helpful, which was really the cherry on top. 
The prices are affordable. Would 10/10 recommend and will 100% be returning :)

This place is fantastic to look out over London from high up (9th floor), great views morning and night, completely different picture so recommend two visits at least! Pricey but you're paying premium for the view 👌🏻 If you want to sit in reservation is required, unless they're not busy... Usually get a table on the balcony for drinks in the door.

I had googled brunch in London and it was instantly and easy choice to make based on the central location. I Was greeted and seated right away. What a spectacular view and great ambiance. Unfortunately because of the lack of website information not specifying that brunch is only on the weekends,I did not have the brunch I expected. I did not have much food to choose from since the menu had a very limited selection of really small plates. But still make the best of it with good company if you are going during the week. You can still enjoy a good cocktail and a splendid view of London.
