Had a fabulous stay at this hotel & breakfast was fabulous the waitress Maria could not have been more helpful and polite a nice change. Would recommend and the views are great as well.

I’m going to be really honest. I got baited. this came up in my searches when trying to find rooftop. Now i do think it was a noob move of me to go here. Don’t go here for food. This could be a place you have a quick drink and go somewhere else. Service was lack lustre too, the guy was nice but it wasnt what I was expecting based on how it was advertised. tThe food was definitely one star and that really resulted in it all being a 1 star. The food was really bad.

Friendly staff, good service, good champagne. Amazing view of London, good atmosphere, left my mobile phone on charge and could not pick it up until next day. I got it back safe and sound from friendly staff.

Music was way too loud and they couldn't serve many of the drinks that were on the menu. The quality of the food and drinks was good, but it was just way too expensive. The DJ ruined the atmosphere because he was way too loud. The view is okay, unfortunately the glass in our windows wasn't clean. And the toilet was blocked and therefore unusable. But there was someone on site who repaired it. The service was positive. The employees are extremely friendly and quick. Overall a disappointing experience. We won't be coming back.

Extremely overpriced. Food was awful, you will get better food in a £5 cafe down the road. Definitely not worth the £60 for the bottomless brunch on top of which they tried to charge for service £24. I feel financially damaged after this.

As a group of 3 ladies we were looking forward to our bottomless brunch which turn out to be disappointing a disaster. Absolute disaster. Are they not aware of the concept of bottomless brunch for such high prices they served cold pasta, a small steak, a sainsburys microwave steamed broccoli and 14 days old brownie with £24 service charge? With £60 per person you get the ugliest and the thickest glasses with little food and a little drink. Unless you want to have a drink with nice view, DO NOT GO THIS PLACE.

Return to the hotel to enjoy a rooftop breakfast! Nice view, unlimited buffet with choice for 22 pounds per person (25€)🍳🥞

Positivas vistas preciosas de Londres y Leicester Square. Éramos una familia de 5 señoras visitando el bar LSQ que todos estábamos deseando visitar. Lamentablemente nos mostraron a nuestra mesa, que estaba bastante desdichada, estábamos tan olvidados como otras personas estaban siendo servidas. Tuvimos que pedir un camarero para tomar nuestro pedido de bebidas. Cuando nuestras bebidas llegaron, las copas de vino no eran lo que cabría esperar de un exclusivo bar en la azotea. Una copa encantadora es importante para su vino. También nunca recibimos el agua que pedimos también. Es una lástima que cumpliera con nuestras expectativas.

So I stay here most trips to london. And this trip was excellent. The staff is amazing. I was lucky to have Jay be my bartender one night and waiter another. The guy deserves a raise. #jayisawesome. Great atmosphere and the view is 10/10. Oh and bring back the avocado toast on the breakfast menu. You will be back to 5/5 stars.

We made a reservation here for midnight until close which was advertised as 1am. When we arrived we were informed that it was last orders. Don’t allow people to make reservations if this is the case. Very poor business.

This place is now one of my favourite rooftop bars in London. The views over Leicester Square and the rest of the city are amazing!! The only downside to this place, when we visited, was that they had no draught beers, and we had to buy bottles that were slightly expensive. I loved the service and the live entertainment which was on and I am already planning my next visit. Check this place out ASAP, you won't be disappointed 👌🏽

The view is really impressive but the place was filthy and needs maintenance. The windows needed cleaning, the floors hadn't been vacuumed ( we saw nail clips on the floor!) and there was a bad smell. The food was decent and the service was polite and timely but the place was empty. As I had booked with my elderly mother I couldn't leave but otherwise would have left. The hotel lobby and elevator were also dirty and smelly and we felt bad for the staff.

We wanted to spend New Year’s Eve in a quiet bar or restaurant to avoid large crowds. (Only a normal drink) When we made the reservation, we had no idea that it was for a special New Year’s program with unlimited alcoholic drinks, nor that the cost was £800. ( we dont drink alcohol) We only realized this when the amount was charged to our credit card. As soon as we noticed the mistake, we tried to resolve the issue. We sent over 20 emails and made numerous calls over the course of two weeks, all without receiving a response. We were even willing to pay a cancellation fee of £200, but when we finally reached someone, we were told that nothing could be done, and the call was abruptly ended. On the evening itself, we decided to attend but felt extremely uncomfortable. Since we do not drink alcohol, the only options available to us were orange juice and pineapple juice—there weren’t even any non-alcoholic cocktails. Despite this, we were still charged the full £800, even though we could hardly benefit from the program. It is deeply disappointing that no flexibility or goodwill was shown, even though the mistake was obvious and we tried to address it well in advance. The only person who showed any humanity and understanding was a staff member named Jonny, to whom we are grateful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this venue and will not return. Transparency and customer service should always come first, but both were completely lacking here.

NYE party was amazing! We had so much fun and the view of the fireworks was superb. The ultimate place if you want to welcome the year with a blast. The food was too little considering the price offered but didnt ruin our exp much. Drinks were also great, but we weren’t really well informed that drinks after 12 midnight were not included anymore and we had to pay. The most disappointing for us was that my new (pricey) woolen scarf wasn’t returned to me after the party (we checked in our coats, scarves, and bag upon entering). I only realized it after we’ve arrived home. We went again the next day and asked for the scarf back, but they said no scarf was left there.

The restaurant is quite dirty, with food scraps scattered all over the floor. The glass windows are completely smudged, ruining the otherwise beautiful view. The prices are excessive for what you get.

I had an amazing experience at Lsq Rooftop Bar! After a long day, the staff made me feel right at home with their excellent service. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the cocktails were delicious. They truly made my day! Highly recommend!

This place is a vibe!! Great views, fab drinks and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Not my first time here but it was so good the first and second time i had to bring my mum and friends here for pre drinks for my mums birthday.

I booked a table for 6 on Saturday night, and we ordered 4 IPA beer, no IPA, we ordered 3 salmon, only 1 salmon. I wanted to impress my friends came to visit me by taking them to dinner in a nice place. Instead, I just made a bad impression. Never again.

The highlight of the food was definitely the Korean Fried Chicken, which I would highly recommend trying. And, of course, the best feature of this bar has to be the breathtaking view of London’s skyline. If you’re looking for a place to relax with great drinks, delicious food, and stunning views, LSQ Rooftop Bar should be at the top of your list!

First, the good - views are absolutely stunning! Service was great, staff were all attentive and polite. I started with a cocktail which was delicious. The downsides - firstly the drinks prices. However for a rooftop bar in London I think this is to be expected. Then a few small things were not quite up to scratch - the windows weren't all perfectly clean, some of the tables looked a little shabby or scratched, and my £14 glass of wine - which tasted delicious - came in the sort of chunky glass I expect at a Wetherspoons. It may sound snobby but higher quality glasses do make the experience of drinking wine nicer! Overall a lovely place to spend an hour or two and rest your feet while taking in the skyline.

Primero lo positivo. Hay una gran vista de Londres y Leicester Square desde el bar. Nos alojamos en el hotel y solo necesitábamos un aperitivo rápido, así que fuimos al restaurante. El bar / restaurante está bastante poco iluminado, que en sí mismo está bien, pero el menú que le dan es de letra oscura sobre un fondo negro, por lo que no es fácil de leer. También para este tipo de hotel esperaría algo más que un menú laminado. Y un menú laminado que había visto días mejores y estaba harapiento / pelando en los bordes en eso. Pedimos las hamburguesas (una de ternera, una de pollo) y sé que es el centro de Londres, pero esperaba un poco de guarnición o algo así en lugar de una hamburguesa cruda y patatas fritas en un plato. También se sentía como si fuéramos un inconveniente porque no estábamos pidiendo un montón de bebidas y que parecía nacido en el servicio que recibimos, parecía un poco de un esfuerzo para servirnos.

Me preocupaba que las 55 libras eran excesivas para el almuerzo, pero me equivoqué! El servicio fue excelente, y me gustó mucho la comida. Todo el personal era atento y servicial. El ambiente es genial, al igual que las vistas. Se me permitió cambiar mi opción de bebidas a cerveza en lugar de rosa / prosecco. Organicé un Brunch de Comienzo de Temporada para nuestro club de netball y nos lo pasamos genial. Hermosa vista, buena comida y el bottomless era en realidad bottomless, hasta el último minuto! Terrible experience, 15of us squashed onto 4 couple tables, sat under a leaking vent and found a hair in one of the starters. Food was warm but definitely not hot. I would not recommend. On a positive the girl serving us was nice but held no weight in regards to rectifying any of the issues. Serious think twice before taking friends and family there. We have made a formal complaint and await to hear there responses which we will add to this review

Went there today for friends birthdays the manager in charge in his blue shirt was stuck up and awful. I wouldn’t recommend. Usually when we go to brunches, they are usually considerate of the fact we drink slow (old friends catching up). They had no booking after us and each person got maximum 4 drinks for a bottomless brunch. Waiting staff weee not attentive and manager was just plain awful. Do not go here ! Views were nice though.

Tried this venue around 5pm for an early (small) dinner. The macaroni and cheese was a standout and would recommend. The spicy chicken bites were tangy and would also recommend. The view over the square was fantastic. There was little atmosphere but I suspect this due to the early eating time on a weekday. If you are a beer drinker, please note there were only two beers on tap - the one I tried was okay. The prices are high but probably expected given the location.

Returning for a 2nd time! Definitely the best bottomless brunch I have ever done. Food was delicious had the Korean chicken to start then flat iron steak for main, we added sides of fries and mash. When they say bottomless they mean bottomless 😂 Nensi and Georgia were very attentive and friendly. Mateo was also very lovely behind the bar. I do believe we will return ❤️

Visited yesterday, the whole experience was really good. The food was nice and tasty and well presented. The wine was free flowing and nice. The waitress was really good and attentive. The singer was good entertainment. All in all I would recommend this Saturday Brunch, we had the 24:30 slot.

We visited LSQ for my friends Hen do. As we were a larger party we were asked to pre order our food. We did so, however when we arrived on the day mistakes had been made with ordering the food and they had made the incorrect amount of certain dishes. Because of this alot of us had finished our starters before some even got theirs. It took the staff 30 mins to begin the bottomless prosecco and then we were told there was no non alcoholic prosecco as they had forgotten to order it dispite me stating in the booking we would have four people attending who didn't drink and us being reassured that they would have an option available for us. View is lovely but if you have a larger booking you will not be near the windows so will need to try and get out on the balcony for some pictures. The space was quite small for a wheelchair user to navigate but the accessible bathroom and the lifts were great. The food, when it arrived correctly, was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The music was good but so loud you couldn't have a conversation with even the person next to you Overall an OK but slightly disappointing experience for the price paid by us all.

This place is only good for views and cocktails maybe. The food was absolutely sub-par, salmon was overcooked and with no seasoning, steak that was meant to be Wagyu wasn’t Wagyu at all, instead of medium-rare it was almost well done and chewy. For the money you pay this is a disgrace. They should stick to drinks and nibbles only. Also serving wine in old-school thick glasses that ruin the whole drinking experience and make it feel cheap.

Afraid to say this was a place I wish I didn’t visit. It had been on my list for a while, I’ve been ticking off rooftop bars in London over the years. In the end, we were kindly accommodated without a booking on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy. It was loud. There was an unexpected live singer who, I’m sure is very talented but it felt overbearing at 1pm, and somehow out of sync with the vibe of the bar itself. My mum and I could barely have a conversation it was that bad. Table wasn’t wiped clean when we were seated and it visibly needed it. Menu felt cheap and plasticky, but the prices are of a real quality, high end bar. Happy to pay £19 for a cocktail in a bar that matches that standard, but unfortunately this place felt quite cheap all round. I didn’t have a cocktail in the end. My mum went for a mocktail for £12, she did say it was nice. I had a £5 cappuccino (Illy brand) which was so hot I couldn’t pick up the cup for ages. A cup of tea would have been £6 (!). Fake plastic plants that were dusty. Nice views but honestly, do your research and you’ll find plenty other rooftop bars where the views, prices and quality all align. Sadly this isn’t the case here. On the way out we used the bathroom and, presumably because people were confused by their calling it "powder room" on their proper signage, someone has printed out a "toilet" sign on A4 paper and stuck it on the wall like a piece of kids art with sticky tape - again, I just feel it's a sort of "low end / cutting corners" kind of vibe. Lifts did take a while, as other reviews have noted.

Went for the bottomless brunch. Food and atmosphere was very good with a live singer. However, we waited about 25 minutes before getting our first drink and when a waiter did come they just poured us a Prosecco without asking what drink we wanted. We was told we could choose prosecco or rose. Service was okay once we was finally served and they kept topping up our drinks up. Overall, vibes were good however service could be lot better as felt like we were getting ignored.

False advertisement... brunch is neither breakfast nor lunch, but one apetiser and one meal with no sides. They offer "bottomless" inexpensive prosecco during the scheduled stay. Service is average and the setting crammed and loud. A place we will pass on going any other time.

We were there today and actually wanted to eat and drink. When we arrived we were escorted to our table relatively quickly. We then had to wait 20 minutes to order. Another 20 minutes to pay. The drinks were good. However, the prices are very high. The toilets were disgusting and the live music wasn't well tuned (voice & guitar ratio). It would actually have been good. You can't talk, you have to shout at each other because it was so loud. Only the waiter who collected the money at the end was relatively friendly. 12.5% ​​service charge is far too high for such a disaster. view is very nice. All in all not recommended.

My friend and I had a lovely brunch at LSQ Rooftop in Leicester Square. The views were phenomenal - a panoramic view of central London. The food was great and the staff were so warm and accommodating. A big shout out to Nensi, the waitress, who took care of us. She was incredibly helpful and kind! We highly recommend this experience for all.

3 of us visited for a Saturday brunch. The wait for the lift isn’t great however once we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. The girl with pink braces was particularly good (sorry I didn’t get her name) . The setting is lovely with a great view right above Leicester Square. You can pop out to the balcony and take photos. As part of the brunch you get a choice of rose wine or Prosecco. We chose the Prosecco which was lovely and free flowing for the 90 minutes. The only thing that wasn’t too good was the food. Quite a few choices but the quality wasn’t great. The starters were ok but were really just frozen stuff you can buy in a supermarket. Had the flat iron steak which has a small supplement but it came with no side at all so had to pay another supplement for chips (come on lsq you can throw in a few chips) The steak was tiny and overcooked. I don’t mind tiny if it’s good quality and well cooked but it was neither. We also had the Mac and cheese side which again was ok but nothing special. The atmosphere was great, very lively with a mix of groups & couples. The singer was good too. All in all we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the day. Just need to improve the food .

Het hotel bij binnenkomst maakt al een gedateerde indruk. Dan blijkt ook nog 1 lift niet te werken, zodat er er 1 ligt overblijft voor 9 verdiepingen. Na 10 minuten wachten lukt het ons om boven te komen. Ook hier nogal vergane glorie, maar wel een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. We bestellen hapjes van de kaart en die zijn best wel prima, maar niet bijzonder. Wel vriendelijke bediening. Met een goede make-over valt hier best wel wat bijzonders van te maken!

There are many areas for improvement in terms of atmosphere and facilities. The furniture is in serious need of replacing and it was all '''grubby''. I visited this rooftop restaurant in Leicester square, the views from rooftop are amazing. We just had a coffee which was a good value for money. Can’t say much about the food as we didn’t had any.

Met up with family for drinks and dinner. Great view across London. Live music - singer was great, but backing track was way too loud. Service was OK. Waiter refused to give us tap water so we had to purchase bottled. Salmon on the menu was great. Lift out of order so long wait to get in and out. Overall it was an average night. Overpriced drinks, no real atmosphere and couldn't chat over the music.

All stars, would give 5 to the singer performer, she was great. Service was absolutely terrible. Took 30 minutes to be served. Drinks and food arrived 40 minutes later and 2 people got their burgers 15 minutes after that. Had to repeatedly ask to have order taken and then for the bill. Food was totally mediocre.

Honestly the worst bar experience I've ever had! We were a group of 5 young women on a Friday night. There were a group of very drunk guys who kept trying to talk to us and we were not interested and tried to get away. We waited for the lift and got in and the group tried to squeeze in, one stepping on my foot. I politely asked them to step out as the lift was overcrowded to which two of them shouted and spat in my face. I held the lift door open, hoping the manager and staff would help get them out of the lift. The manager looked me in the eyes and did nothing. The drunk men proceeded to calling us names such as 'ugly bi*ches' and still no body helped. I screamed as I was suffocating in the lift and still no help. The manager wanted US to leave the lift, even though we had waited and got in first. When we stepped out one of the hostesses said they have been trying to get rid of the group for 3 hours. The bar management were not concerned for the safety of their guests and did not offer any compensation. We had spent over £100 in that bar and they could not care less. I find it utterly disgusting how they could allow a group of drunk men to harass women right IN FRONT of them and not intervene. I will never ever be going back. Wish I could leave a 0 star review and get my money back. Please AVOID AT ALL COST.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your bar. As a group of five young women enjoying a Friday night out, we encountered a highly disturbing situation that was poorly handled by your staff. We were harassed by a group of visibly intoxicated men who persistently attempted to engage with us despite our clear disinterest. When we entered the lift, these men tried to force their way in. Despite politely requesting they step out due to overcrowding, two of them responded by shouting and spitting in our faces. In an effort to get assistance, I held the lift door open, hoping the manager and staff would intervene. Shockingly, the manager made eye contact with me but took no action. The men continued to verbally abuse us with derogatory names, and despite our cries for help, no one stepped in to assist. Instead, the manager demanded that we leave the lift, even though we had entered first. Upon exiting the lift, a hostess mentioned that they had been attempting to remove this group for three hours. It is appalling that the management showed no concern for our safety and failed to offer any form of compensation or support. We spent over £100 at your bar, only to be treated with utter disregard. I find it unacceptable that a group of drunk men was allowed to harass women right in front of the staff, without any intervention. This experience was utterly distressing and I will never be returning to your establishment. I wish I could leave a 0-star review and receive a refund for the money we spent. For the safety and well-being of future patrons, I urge others to avoid this bar at all costs.

We loved it here. Great food, an excellent service from all the staff. The atmosphere was lovely and there was a generous supply of bubbles. Will definitely go again!

Great cocktails although bit pricey....Great views...we pop in here everytime we go to Leicester Square...Waiter was informative on cocktails and very friendly.

I would advise everyone to CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE PAYING!!! They decided to add an extra £10 charge and thought we wouldn’t notice. This was during the bottomless brunch. Perhaps they think that you won’t notice because you are drunk. I will be filing a complaint and i’d like to know how many other people were overcharged today.

Had a cuppacino for 5 pounds and that was very nice. Live performance started at 7pm and that singer has a beautiful voice. A chill place that you should come up and try.

Arrived to place where staff told us, no tables at 5 pm, and we need to book in advance… well, usually staff try to accompany and accommodate and offer alternatives… did not feel any care from their side… so we came and left within 1 minute…

We had tried to visit here before but cannot remember if it was because it wasn’t open (at that time) or we just didn’t have a booking. So we tried yesterday and took the lift up to the rooftop bar. We were shown to a table, ordered a drink and enjoyed the views and atmosphere which was made better by a singer performing. Would definitely return.
