Not only is the customer service excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming, the food is outstanding. The choice is varied and extensive without being to overwhelming. The Mediterranean panini is possibly (no lie) the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Every single ingredient is selected to elevate the flavour profile and make the mouthfeel of the sandwich multi-textured without feeling mushy. First visit and most surely will not be the last. A real hidden gem!

No verá "amor y guisantes" en el frente de la tienda. Encontrarás una especie de fachada de comida rápida, pero tienen asientos cómodos en la parte trasera de la cafetería. Nos atendieron y recibimos nuestro pedido, todo limpio y sabroso.

We have been here a few times now and love it. Whether it's for a cappuccino and brownie or for a spot of lunch, it's such good value for money and always lovely. The man who runs it is great and attentive!

Business Lunch with good client The Coffee here is one the best I have ever had and I am very well traveled The service was friendly and outstanding the food was the same I can not fault this place at all When the final Bill arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at what good value for money the meal was Well done

Popped in for a sandwich and was very impressed. There was a good range of panini and wraps and the Italian meat and cheese I had was superb. There are a good range of cakes and the Malteser cheesecake looked amazing. It’s got a seated area if you want to stop for a coffee.

I visited here after several recommendations and it was lovely. We had delicious wraps and panini’s with coffee and shared Nutella brownies afterwards. The service was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful

I've eaten here regularly over the last few years and can't recommend it highly enough; good food, good prices and Guilio is a great guy. The cheesecakes made by his daughter are incredible.

Gorgeous food, the owner puts his heart and soul into each dish, presentation and taste always to perfection. Very dog friendly, so welcoming of our toy sized dog. Lovely desserts too. Well worth supporting this lovely local family business.

Me and my partner went here in search of a panini and we were not disappointed! There's lots of variety to choose from and all the cakes looked amazing. I enjoyed my panini and wanted to take a cake home. They had lots of brownies which I usually don't like but I was kindly given a bit to try and the brownie was so soft and gooey I decided to buy 2! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to EVERYONE! :)

Tried here after finding it on here with excellent reviews. As it was such a miserable day of constant rain, this place definitely cheered up the mood. We were welcomed by lovely smiling staff. The food was beautiful, lots of choice and very tasty. Very good value for money. Will definitely be back and recommending this place to friends.

Visited with the family for a lunch. Great food, really well prepared with quality ingredients. Great service, really good value for money and a warm welcome. Will definitely be visiting again. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend paying a visit.The kids highly recommend the rolo brownies.

If you want good food friendly service and value for money then this is the place for you. Great range of food also lovely home made cakes. The diet will suffer but it's so very worth it . We will be back soon

Thought we'd try as saw good reviews.Great decision. Great choice of homely food. Decided on meatballs in a wrap and sister had meatballs with jacket potato. Both served with salad.Meatballs gorgeous. The coffee was faultless and couldn't resist the choice of cakes available. Tried carrot cake and choc orange brownie. Both so good had to take some home for family.All served with a smile Will definitely be returning and sharing this gem with friends.

I'm in the place around 3 times a week not just for the amazing food but also for the atmosphere, which makes me feel like I'm back home in Italy. I'm very happy to have come across this place!

There a several places to eat/have coffee in South Gosforth but this one definitely serves the best coffee! And the paninis are pretty good too. Very reasonably priced, it is a really nice cafe with very welcoming owners. Will definitely be going again.

We were welcomed into a friendly atmosphere despite being the only customers in. Our hosts were inquisitive and warm and had a good sense of fun. I bought a milanese chicken wrap and it was beautiful, I can honestly say I've never had a nicer wrap. My friend got a Nutella cheesecake and thought it was absolutely amazing. Literally couldnt rate it any higher, so i'll just give it full marks. Definitely worth visiting !

I get the meal deal from here quite often (sandwich, crisps, drink) which is always tasty and excellent. If I'm feeling like treating myself the mixed plate is very good. The guy that runs it and his daughter are very friendly. Can't fault it.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches and paninis. I especially love the new breakfast wraps, so tasty and yum.The cakes and treats are wonderful too. The Nutella cheesecake and triple chocolate brownies are to die for.The owner is super friendly and always greets me with a smile and a nice chat. Went here when my Mum came to visit. The staff are so friendly and atmosphere is quirky. Food was delicious and lots of choice. Definitely recommend. I will definitely be back for another visit.

Their After 8 and Terry's Chocolate Orange brownies are superb and VERY fudge-like and rich. Also got coffee cake from here which was delicious :)

Stopped by for coffe and cake , Rocky Road , very morish . Orange chocolate brownie- heaven. . This was our first visit. We will be back.

Wonderful find. Obviously since proprietor is Italian it's going to be good but it's so much better than good. I had the Lasagne and an Americano and delicious, especially the vinaigrette on the salad. Great ambience, nice staff, great music, highly recommended 🤗

What a find! Gorgeous coffee, pasta and cakes. Heaven. You can also take the food home so no problems thinking what to have for tea. I can heartily recommend this small but perfectly formed deli!

Best coffee in Newcastle Our third visit for a take away panini, this time we went for the Brie, bacon and cranberry having previously sampled the equally delicious parmigiana, breaded chicken with mozzarella and pesto. The desserts are always tasty and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth but the shining light of love and peas is the delicious coffee along with the friendly and accommodating owner.

Visited yesterday for a bite to eat during a marathon bathroom shopping expedition! Had driven past a few times and despite parking being difficult thought that it looked worth a try. And I wasn't wrong! Delicious lasagne, salad and toasted baguette for hubby and I had the polpette (meatballs). Both impressed and then to follow the most amazing snickers cheesecake and cappuccino cake - the most moist coffee cake I've ever had. Tea and coffee to wash it all down. Must also comment on the friendly service.Will definitely return and would recommend others to give it a go!

Started coming here a short while ago with my son as a way of killing time between school and his martial arts club (which is just across the street) and it has quickly become a favourite of ours.He is only 4 and has finished his plate every time we have been. It really is more than just an Italian deli, serving mains such as lasagne as well as sandwiches it's a little gem as far as I'm concerned. Very reasonably priced, especially so that it's in Gosforth which is usually a pricier area I've found.I honestly have nothing negative to say about the place! The owner is really friendly and obviously loves what he does. If you're passing along South Gosforth, try it. You won't be disappointed!

Can't praise this deli highly enough. The service was excellent, the staff were lovely but the food was amazing. The prawn salad was delicious and the creme egg cheesecake was to die for. Couldn't believe how cheap it was for such good food. Will definitely be returning to try out more of the menu.

A great little Italian eatery with wonderful and tasty food cooked to order. Great coffee and friendly staff who know how to make you feel welcome. Well worth a visit. I found it by accident and have been back many times!!!

This is a little cafe deli near South Gosforth metro with Italian owners. I love the lunches - freshly prepared and beautifully presented. I have always had a warm welcome and the owner is kind enough to let me practise my Italian. I have taken all my friends there and some of them even come by taxi. I have attached photos taken over several months as I have been dying to write a review on Trip Advisor. So, here I am! Susanna
