Lotus Flavour in Bradford

I have used this place since moving to the area, I ordered for a family birthday treat last week, the delivery driver spat over the box that the food was in and wiped his mouth on his sleeve whilst holding the drink, we spoke with driver and he laughed at this, I have left a review on Just Eat but the take away couldn’t even be bothered to apologise. Absolutely ruined! I offered them the footage from my ring doorbell and got nothing!

5 Stars Lotus Flavour is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the area! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their menu has a great variety, and every dish I’ve tried has been consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Whether you’re collecting or getting it delivered, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommended!

order to door was 1hour 30 mins, duck & crispy noodles were not crispy in the slightest with about 5 bits of duck.

So the food was good but the portion sizes are pitiful. You usually buy Chinese and have enough left over for lunch the following day. Nearly 10 quid for a small tub of noodles which were mediocre at best. Go somewhere else.

First time customer and I’m very impressed. All the meat had a good grilled taste, the honey chilli chips were unreal, the Tom yum soup was super tasty and the salt n pepper chicken was super crispy on the outside, and the chicken was moist and tender on the inside… The price was a lot better than most other places as well… A+++++

Unfortunately a bit disappointed with this order. Food was cold and they missed off our prawn crackers and when they finally came it was too late.

The food was all tepid. The ribs were chewy, chips were soggy. Not prepared to the standard we have come to expect from lotus flavour unfortunately.

worst Chinese I've ever had, curry sauce was like mucky water, pancakes were soggy, that was pork not duck! £60 spent and hardly anything was touched.

The meal tasted like it was sweet and sour not satay no spice at all the chips and prawn crackers were nice though

A little mix up with a missing item but they sorted it and delivered it quickly must say this a rarity otder from here for years. Introducing my patients to the since they gone if there old Chinese and the result was positive they loved the food hot tasty and full of flavour. My dad was very happy they actually listened to our request to make his meal very mild (he can't do spice due to age n health) he really enjoyed his meal. even so he asked me to post a review so would definitely recommend .

Dumplins were ok but the vinegar dressing dint taste good. Sweet & sour special was horrible! Chips, horrible! Absolute waste of money. Very disappointed 😞

Chicken curry with fried rice and chips. Nice enough. But the chicken was very soft never sure it was ok, didnt eat the chicken

The sauce on each different type was like water, the wraps for the duck were stuck together in the middle, so not defrosted properly. The Cantonese sweet and sour with really heavy batter and not crispy. By an large the worst Chinese food I've had in 45 years. We ordered based on the star rating on here, really shouldn't trust that!

Ordered for first time as our usual chinese is closed on a monday. Got the combo box which was crammed full of food, great value for money, food was lovely delivery quick. 4* as the salt & pepper chicken wasn't quite as nice as our usual takeaway but this wouldn't stop up ordering again 😁

Food came Luke warm curry sauce was awful was very bland with no flavour the noodles were nice but were weird they weren’t the type of noodles you usually get at a Chinese won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered £42 worth driver delivered to wrong address spoke on phone will get it re delivered. Driver said he delivered to correct address. Bunch of liars. CCTV evidence that he neve came to our house BUNCH OF LIARS. Conned out of £42. Told to contact just eat. Do not trust these liars!!!!!!was told driver worked there for 6 years and he trusted him.
