Spent 20 pound this evening on a takeaway from here, never been so disgusted in my life, 7.50 for 9 quarter sized barbecue ribs in a tasteless barbecue sauce and a chicken fried rice that was grey with burnt black bits totally tasteless, the lot went in the bin, I don't know how they think it's OK to send this out to people, should be closed down!

The food was mouth watering, the taste, the sensation, it took me to another world, I felt like I was in a new universe of colours and feelings. I was blown away by the service, specifically Calvan who delivered the best customer service ever received, it made me feel loved like I never have been before.

Service was great, the young lad who served me came across very polite and charming. I was a bit taken back by not only the quality of the food but the beauty of the staff (The young lad). Would definitely recommend to young single women in the area.

I bought salt and pepper wings in here and they gave me 4 pieces of chicken and a half cuz it's so tiny and it's £7.20 ITS NOT WORTH IT!! Unbelievably disgusted by this cuz I came back from work and came home with this NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN🤮

Chips soggy and also not fresh and tasted liked they have been heated up and the egg fried rice had no heat it was stone cold and no egg in it never going back again

Ordered quarter of crispy duck. This is what arrived. Mostly flakes and what chunks of meat are in the tray are fat. Salad is dry and stale with brown tinge, and not even a third of a pot of hoi sin. Woman I spoke to said they were too busy to sort it out and hung up on me. Tried calling back for 2 hours and they would not answer. Checking my account on their website, they deleted my profile, which goes to show how they deal with complaints. They were well aware of the quality of food sent out and were not prepared to rectify it. Do not eat from this takeaway.

Just had the best chow mein I've ever tasted in my life from here! Was absolutely gorgeous! Loved it! Defo be getting this again!!! Thank you

Food was soggy. Fish was raw. Called the shop who said they would not do a refund on the fish and to contact just eat. This chippy is possibly the worst I have been too.

Went there a while ago deciding to leave a review. Had to wait outside for almost an hour for 3 portions of fish and chips. The chips were edible, but not amazing. The fish on the other hand was inedible, still frozen and completely disgusting 0/10.

Cancelled order with out letting us know cancelled it over an hour later hung phone up when asked why they put there food hub on when having problems they had the ph9ne number to let us know

Worst chip shop in all of Birkenhead, customer service is dreadful and chips are always soggy, wouldn’t advise anyone to contact them nevermind set foot in there

Left over food was sent out.. because of hairs found in it, you clearly see it looks like been sent just out of pets plate... Lesson Learned never to order..

Cold tastess and nasty won't be ordering from here ever again

Wow its one of the best chippy I've ever been too, the owner was very kind and the food tasted very very good! Been there 4 times in the last 10 days, going to blame them if I become fat 😝

Chips were absolutely discusting. Give another chance n the were vike next day too. They were warm ups n grey n soggy

If you want raw chicken, a hair in your sauce and mushy chips this is the place to go! Food was inedible and had to go in the bin. On letting the restaurant know they said you wont be getting a refund and 'nice try' AVOID !!!

Food was ok but the portions were extremely small.

Salt and pepper chips were tasteless, chicken nuggets overcooked, only gave a 2 star rating for delivery being so quick.
