Loop Bar in City of London, Westminster

If you are looking for a fun venue to have a dance I would not bother coming here. We came on a Saturday night at around 12.30am and it was completely DEAD. Despite this, we were asked to pay £15 on the door, and I asked the woman on the door if there were more people downstairs, to which she said yes, which was a complete lie, there were about 8 people total in the venue. She also had a completely miserable attitude, so unwelcoming! We went in and were immediately disappointed, it had no atmosphere whatsover. The drink prices were also ridiculous, £15 for a double vodka and coke. See videos for how empty and boring the club was. I would not come again.

I went on a Friday, and it was just Spanish music only in all rooms. I didn’t understand anything. The website states they play rnb and pop and other stuff. No they don’t was all Spanish. Place full of Spanish 21 year olds jumping around. It got really boring after a while if you don’t understand or recognise the music. I was hoping to catch some rnb classics…but nothing. The doormen were had attitude and thought they were guarding the White House. Bar staff were ok, prices were average, toilets were clean, the crowd were young and not interactive. Overall it was a boring night if you are not from Latin background…AVOID!!!!

No food available & only teenagers on the dance floor. Not the best place for a 30 years old. However good service from bartender received

Poor. Bought a ticket for their Thursday event. Nobody was checking tickets, barely anybody was dancing and they closed early because of how dead it was. Waste of time and ten pounds.

Very central location Good variety of drinks however i have to say the taste doesnt deliver on the price, would expect better quality/taste, very little alcohol in them too Big advantage that we always had found seat so enjoyed atmosphere sitting as music didn't suit for dancing Quite long time to get served despite club not being that busy For the 9th March we visited music was pretty bad Somewhere i read there is different music in all the floors however was the same in all floors. We would very likely go somewhere else next time

Had an amazing time at the Carwash Drag Brunch this weekend, Hollie kept us topped up with drinks all afternoon and service was amazing. Would definitely recommend for a great afternoon out with friends

absolutely appalled by the treatment my sister received at this nightclub! security searched all 10 of us, scanned our tickets and let us all in apart from my sister. When we asked why, they said she was 'too intoxicated'- yet we can all say she definitely wasn't, all of this was due to her looking for her ID in her bag, and accidentally pulling out her hotel card instead! we all decided to leave as soon as we heard she wasn't allowed in, I tried to speak calmly to the security, however they were incredibly rude and did not listen to our point of view. will never be returning again, and judging by the reviews, i don't think anyone should! shocking service

We been there with friends like 5-6 people. If you go early like 9 pm before 10 they don’t ask any money or any booking details. As if you book in advance it is free before 11 pm 🕚 You can book the same tickets on same day it still free. The drinks are okay but it take years to order 1 drink even beer take 30 mints to order. We was there on Friday night reached around 9 pm. We enjoyed and had fun.🤩 They have 3 floor actually it’s only 2. Start is entrance which is smaller. Next down ground floor it’s big and have table food etc. Next lower ground floor they have big disco track and lots of space for dance. 🪩 They have toilet in ground floor. Recommend for anyone who wants to go and enjoy clubbing.

One of the bartenders was really nice. She was vibing with guests and having a great perception. All other staff was incredibly aggressive and inpatient. For Latin vibes the music was good

We were treated with high disrespect at the entrance, definitely some racist treatment too. We paid our entries like everyone else and the girl at the entrance would not let us in. She was super aggressive while we tried to explain the situation to her. I would not recommend going there, so many other nice places to go in London.

Absolutely fabulous day for the bottomless brunch @ the carwash. Staff were brilliant, food was good and the drinks were following. Drag artist and dj were fabulous too. Would highly recommend.

Wow - what a fantastic venue. The staff give you care and attention from the time you go in until the time you leave. We went for Carwash drag bottomless brunch. The entertainment was the actual best. I would highly recommend this as a place to go. It was a great party

Had such a great time at the Carwash Drag Brunch followed my more drinks in the bar after the event finished. Entertainment was so good and staff all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone a visit here.

I went for a night out with friends on a Friday night. We booked a table and we were going to buy at least a bottle (80+). I got my wallet stolen a couple weeks ago and got a new id from the UK government, accepted nationally. When I was about to go in the bouncers refused to accept my id, although it has been accepted in multiple other clubs/bars. The guy was rude and did not care. I am 22 years old and it is a valid id, in English, with a recent picture of my face. I was forced out the line and could not go in, losing the money from the table and the bottle. Moral of the story: the bouncers are rude and they do not care about anyone. Not coming back to this place with my friends.

I love The Loop. I have been a regular visitor on weekends for past 2 years.. I visited this 23rd December Saturday night thinking that it will be an awesome Saturday night as usual but there were bar security replacements (mostly Indians) treating the visitors badly.. I have never been treated like this before. The security guy in the lower ground floor followed me till the toilet this made me very uncomfortable... I have well behaved and didn't disturb or cause any disturbance to anyone... Please train your security guards about the pub culture regardless where they are from...

Went with my girl and some friends to this place after 5 years of not coming here (09 December 2023). The DJ was HORRIBLE. The worst music selection I have ever heard. People were complaining about repeating music and it looks like the DJ was playing for himself. Absolutely ruined the night since the middle floor was closed too. What a shame.

I came here for Internations Event, wow what a lovely place, Downstairs has the dancefloor, there are tables and 2 bars. The music is amazing, it puts you into the party mode, partyyyyy partyyyy gods and GoddessesSSS😂😂😂If you invite me here, I will be there😁👍👍👍the coca cola with no ice is £3.55😁, an affordable price for the venue location😍😍😍please don't insist, I can't drink alcohol tonight, I had steroid tablet😅😁🤣🤣🤣 Come on, you got to come and see this venue, lets meet😇🐍👑👼🏼💙💎I highly recommend it. 💫✨🎉🎊🍸🍹🍷🍾🥂

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I attended this evening to attend a private function (50th birthday downstairs. Where myself and my father was turned away because he did not have Identification he is a 67 year old man. The lady at the door was extremely rude and denied us entry. We then waited and called our family member from downtairs to come up. Within that time the lady on the door/promoter had called for two security members with body cam footage as they was told two black men was showing aggressive behaviour. The promoter/staff should be ashamed of herself and security for their disrespect towards me. There was no misunderstanding just pure discrimination. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Friday evening was really fun. It was lovely and busy. The DJ's selection of music and remixing talent was 🔥. I really like the illuminated round little dancefloor in the middle of the bottom floor room. Drinks were okay and getting our stuff back from the cloak room was also quick and easy process.

Place is pretty good and the music is fantastic. Security inside the venue is hot garbage though. Went there for a Halloween party for work and a couple of the security guards (one Asian woman and a white dude) made me seem as if I was some sort of criminal. Didn’t even act up or anything, I was alcohol free and vibed with my colleagues. But anyways, pretty decent

Rude ableists: was happy to leave when they said they don’t accept online ID ; but then I asked to use the bathroom before I leave because I am disabled and have a condition. Doorman refused point blank claiming policy; using the bathroom is a human right!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this night club. The staff was unbelievably rude, especially the security staff. They yelled at us and treated us with utter disrespect. My sister was feeling sick, and when we asked to use the bathroom, they actually refused and wouldn't even let us close the cabin door. On top of that, they physically pushed us around and continued shouting. It's beyond disappointing how poorly we were treated. Avoid this place at all costs!

Overall I didn’t enjoy the music, maybe it was just the Latino DJ they had in on the night. The ratio of men to women was appalling but I must say the service I received in there by the two security guards was immaculate and I was impressed by their people skills if I could say. I’d like to say thanks to Mr Etienne Samba for looking out for me and making me feel welcomed.

Met up with an old friend from work for a catch up. We were warmly greeted by the doorman. It was happy hour and the bar staff kindly told us what was on offer. We had a bottle of Prosecco, £14.50!! The atmosphere was great, plenty of people drinking inside and out. The music was very good. In the evening the had a DJ and the place started to fill up. We had a great time and danced till it closed.

Terrible service, rude door staf at front door when paying for entry. We got guests list, arrived on time and were still told we had to pay for entry, it was cash only apparently or online bank transfer… no card machine. The bar was quiet. Not a good vibe at all

We came to this place last night for a French party to celebrate Bastille Day. It was promoted as a place with 3 rooms (1 with French Music). The DJ played 2 French song and decided that it was it. My friend went to talk with him to ask why he stopped. He answered that he didn’t want to play more of it and was very rude with my friend. And by the way. Most of the 5 stars are in exchange of a free shot…

Confirmed has an atmosphere. Not enough frenchness. Apart from 3, men ugly.

I would 100% say there are better places than this you can not charge £17 a drink just because you have a Mayfair postcode rip of for the place it was 🤣

TERRIBLE BOUNCERS AND EXPERIENCE. They kicked out someone who found out a few days ago their mother had a stroke and didn’t have long to live. The people who are the guards/ bouncer were condescending and unhelpful. We had a complaint about how a friend of ours was removed for being emotional and were kicked out. This would normally be fair except for the fact that they had found out their mother had a terminal diagnosis. Despite this, they sat and drank water to “sober up”. They had calmed down and they still refused to let them in. The place was empty, after this we tried to let them know she had sobered up. They refused to listen. The security manager, kept telling me and my (also female friend) that despite we were sober that the conversation was going “nowhere” and that we shouldn’t “raise our voices”. It was a disgusting experience and when we tried to stand up for our friend, we were kicked out too. We asked for any recognition of who was responsible and was refused. We had paid for tickets and I’m simply horrified that the bouncers/security would act in such a way. Please, do better.

I recently visited Loop with a group of twenty friends, hoping for an enjoyable night out. However, our experience was marred by a distressing incident involving the club's security staff. I am compelled to share my experience to shed light on the serious issue we faced. Upon arriving at the club, we were met with hostility from the security staff. They subjected us to racial abuse, using derogatory language and displaying an unacceptable level of prejudice. This behaviour left us feeling disrespected, humiliated, and unwelcome. We were shocked that such an establishment would employ individuals who harbour such discriminatory views. Adding to our disappointment, despite being respectful and complying with all club rules and regulations, we were not allowed to enter the premises. The reasons provided for our denial of entry were unjustified and appeared to be solely based on our ethnicity. It is disheartening to encounter such blatant discrimination in this day and age. Racial abuse and discrimination should never be tolerated, particularly in public spaces like clubs. The actions of Loop's security staff are not only a reflection of their own character but also of the establishment itself. By allowing such behaviour to persist, the club is fostering an environment that promotes racism and prejudice. It is my hope that Loop takes immediate and decisive action to rectify this issue. Implementing comprehensive diversity training and ensuring the proper vetting and monitoring of their staff is crucial to preventing incidents like ours from happening again. Additionally, a sincere apology to those who were affected, along with a public commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment, is essential for rebuilding trust. I strongly advise against supporting a club that condones racial abuse and discrimination. There are numerous other establishments in the area that prioritize inclusivity, where everyone can feel safe and respected. It is vital that we stand against racism and work together to create a society that embraces diversity and equality.

If you're black you can't go. Came here with a group of 20 friends for our friends birthday. 8 of our white male friends walk into this empty venue no problem. When our black friends got to the front of the queue, we started getting questions. Where do you know them from? No sorry too many men. Treated like second class citizens. Never seen anything like it.
