- Ordered a Singaporean noodles using their app which was a very good user experience. - Food delivery time was prompt - Quality of food was good, although I ordered large portion and it wasn't large at all - However they didn't give any cutlery which was a little stingy - And they didn't give complimentary prawn crackers, like other Chinese takeaways do 🤔

Have ordered from here for a long time now and never fails to amaze us. Food is beautiful, full of flavour, huge portions and the owners are so lovely. Forever giving us freebies, portions of food we’ve never tried! Wouldn’t order my Chinese anywhere else! 5* 👌🏼💪🏼

My first order, s&s chicken balls came with only a small pot of sauce so not enough for all the chicken. A beef curry that I couldn't eat as the beef was so tough/chewy and salt a pepper ribs that were only average. I don't think I will order here again, sad really as there's not alot of choice in this area for chinese food.

Ordered a takeaway to collect. It was ready on time, however it was spoilt by overcooked rice, which was pretty much inedible. Shame, as the rest of the dishes were nice.

Food was on time but chips were a bit undercooked and the wings were soft and soggy, so I had to heat them in the air fryer. Taste was also quite below average compared to other Chinese I've had.

Take away this evening ordered in store at 6.00 this evening and waited for it extremely dissatisfied with the ribs, chicken curry and chicken and pineapple the only things we ate was Singapore noodles and rice. Ribs and chicken extremely dry and chewy he paid by Nationwide debit card over £33.00 extremely disappointed!

From the outside, it looks as if the shop has never been cleaned, internally or the facade. Yet to try.

Moved to the area 9 months ago & struggled to find a good Chinese food place. This food was very delicious and I’m not easy to please. Good flavours, not greasy & delivery was quick. Would definitely have again & recommend!

I just tried this the first time and I did not really expect much but I really liked my food. It came hot and the serving is good. I liked the taste as well. I’ll try other food as they serve a lot of food seeing the menu. Also I did not wait much for my food which is good.

Food arrived lovely and hot. Good quality meat and very tasty all round. My children are usually a bit fussy but they loved the ribs. Friendly delivery driver. Thank you very much 😊

Really tasty food and good portion sizes. Food was served quickly by yhe friendly and happy staff.

We have ordered from Loon Hing dozens of times and only once had a missing item, which was sorted very quickly. I'm usually quoted a delivery time of 40-50 minutes but it's always early. The starters are amazing and the variety of dishes available at Loon Hing is impressive on its own! There's a good vegetarian selection, which are pretty tasty but will be limited if you can't eat shellfish as most have oyster sauce. The noodle dishes here are all top-class, never had a bad serving. I could take or leave most of their mains, but my family has the ones they love. I'm here for the starters and noodles!

Rice was gluey, small amount of chicken, poor flavour, cheap ingredients

Never take pad thai from there, it doesn't even have all ingredients which it should, I have never eat such bad dish

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and had an issue each time. This time they didn’t deliver 3 items (sweet sour sauce, chilli oil and chips). I called to have them delivered, they said they are on the way and never arrived.

If I could give a 0 then I would, appalling service, ordered our meal, which they got completely wrong and missed a dish. We phoned up and spoke to a rude lady, she wasn't listening to what we said despite the fact I read out my receipt which the delivery guy gave me and also read out the email order confirmation. She refused to give us another dish or even our money back. Not happy at all and completely ruined our evening..DO NOT USE!!!!!

Used Uber eats to order The worst place, the food is abismal. I ordered via Uber eats than immediately canceled as the discount wasn't applied, I called the restaurant and informed them. I then called order who then tried to call the restaurant several times. The restaurant didn't answer, I presume because they knew what it was about. Therefore I ended up paying for a meal I didn't want. The pad Thai - literally a joke Everything else I had. - pretty decent. Dub par, avoid Uber eat

Ive had the odd occasion when the food was sub par but I believe it was due to new or ill trained staff, As a loyal an regular customer of loon hing I would highly recommend you give them a visit or order in . They constantly produce fast an delicious food!

Food was good and delivery was on time. The only thing we didn't enjoy about the food was the shredded chilli beef, it was too overcooked

If I could have left 0 stars I would. Ordered food for a group of friends, we waited over 90 minutes for delivery, called the restaurant to discover they had closed and stolen the £60 I had paid via app for the food!!!

The service here was great but the food here lacked quality. There was nothing special about the special fried rice. The chicken chilli was a little stale and reheated. I would say start by changing your chef.

Dreadful. 3 separate orders and 3 dreadful meals. The 3rd and final order included a portion of hard dry noodles that clearly had not been cooked and came out of the take away carton in one clump of hardness. Unbelievable !

1st order. Excellent food. Fast delivery. Singapore noodles were delicious. Mixed sweet and sour - big chunky portions. Enjoyed this meal. Will order again.

Totally and utterly ruined my evening. Got order wrong Totally. Rang them lady very rude and put phone down on me . They owe me money and won't pay . Awful experience.

Used to be great (though painfully slow at delivering), but the last few times we've called to order and been told, very rudely, that they only take cash now. This seems pretty baffling given they're on delivery websites - but the answers when we ring very much give the impression they don't want our business anymore

Great chinese takeaway always freindly and great choice of dishes. You can order online on their website, phone or use just eat.

Loon Hing hits the spot every time, always fast and a friendly service. Food always piping hot and tasty. Reasonably priced too!

Ordered yesterday food arrived, salt a pepper squid totally soggy, beef pad thai disgusting and crab claws cold! Called a spoke to the manager who said he would give me back half my money? I said they could come and collect the food as it was not good enough to eat ( normally I would just chalk it up as being just a bad meal) but I literally could eat it. Manager put the phone down on me! 20 mins later her half my money back! Won't ever order from here again.

Friday dinner ruined, ordered crispy half a duck. The cucumbers had slime on it and prawn crackers were stale. When called and complained the lady send another side of cucumbers 30minutes later. So i have cold half a duck (way over cooked) stale crackers and fresh side of cucumbers.... £20 well spent. Last time ordering from this place....

Decent Chinese take away that my family have been used for many years. Food has always been delicious and hot, staff is friendly as well. However, when it gets busy (especially during weekend around 6-9pm), it is better to call early for a delivery ：）

Second time ordering from loon hing. Both times on a saturday. Food has been really good, always on time. Best Chinese in the area for sure

1st experience (delivery) with this restaurant & we were pleasantly surprised! The Chow Mein & hot & sour soup were a hit! I'm looking forward to trying more dishes. Glad we're in the delivery area. I'm super picky and I was impressed so that's saying something. The Egg Foo Young is my litmus test but I am hopeful.
