Amazing food here! The new rice bowls are so delicious and this is one of the only fast food places that serve peach iced tea on tap!! Nikhil was a great server and gave us everything we needed.

I will never order these boxes, small piece of chicken, a scoop of cabbage and rice that's it, huge bowl but hardly anything inside. And it cost almost £10, besides the facts that this was so late, my time changed 5times, I took screenshots, 10min away, then reset then another 15, again and again. This brand has gone to shame, it not value for money even the quality is so poor..

I was watching the map and the driver went 5 miles into Chertsey with a 15 extra journey time, then came to me which makes no sense and resulted in my food being lukewarm. Not happy

The order was Incomplete, I ordered a meal which should have included 8 mini fillets, we didnt recieve any and the restaurant did not lick up the phone therefore 2 of us which only eat boneless chicke. went without!

Our order never got delivered. We were given someone else's order who hadn't paid as much as our order and the food was completely cold. Never ordering from here again!!

A little late but the food was hot and tasty and this is a BIG and the driver checked the order off before leaving- very good 👍

Delivery was good except for some reason you keep going to wrong address, wrong road in fact, I had to walk down to the road to get my delivery, last time he rang me to ask where I was, the food was good though, just get my address right, also the phone number to call on my meal was wrong

Tango 1.5 litre bottle not delivered. Spoke to KFC who said they would deliver it but never did. Shocking service.

Second time in the same week that items have been missing -

The staff and atmosphere is good , but no menus on screen ! I’m not a regular so didn’t know prices etc so was extremely disappointed At least have paper menus to fall back on

My order was not delivered, the driver called me and said he couldn't find the address and then rejected the call. When I called him about 10 times, in the Just Eat application he said that he had delivered the order, which was not true.

driver tried giving me someone else's order and didn't have my order please refund my money with interest then said he's delivered it on the app when I told him to take it back I will sue you if you don't refund my money dealing with idiots

Didn't receive my order from this useless shop driver brought me someone else's order on just eat and said he's delivered it when I told him to return someone else's order another ripoff awaiting refund .as usual.

Very poor service, staff rude and do what they want. Best avoided! I know go to Brooklands which opened recently, provide fresher food and a much better happier / positive service.

I never received my order. I’m very disappointed!!!

The food was not delivered. Don’t know how my delivery address changed, didn’t notice that before delivery. The delivery boy called me and asked for the code, gave him that and gave him the actual address. He reassured me that it would be delivered to the right address but unfortunately he didn’t.

The chicken burger was inedible and the food was not even warm

Wasn’t my order!! No refund yet either!! So ordered again and turned up with the gravy split over everything. Not a good start to the new year so I’ll try another delivery service in future I think.

Delivered early despite it being New Year’s Eve but sadly a lot of the food was cold therefore not enjoyable.
