The service at this store has always been shockingly poor. It always takes so long to get your food, and they somehow always and I mean always manage to forget something. Something needs to change quick.

They forgot the chocolate chip cookies we ordered. When I went to tell JustEats they told us they cannot offer a refund. I basically paid for something we didn’t receive. Great Job! 👍

I placed an order at KFC with gravy. I didn’t get gravy but a piece of sweetcorn instead. I am not complaining about what I spent because they sent a replacement but had I known they had no gravy I either wouldn’t have ordered from KFC or I would have changed what I order. They need to grey out what they don’t have on offer as for me the meal was ruined without the gravy.

Dry, medium warm chicken in dry buns. Not usual standard.

delivery was on time but the food was cold and chips were very soggy and cold like they had been sitting around for ages , after spending a considerate amount of money I don't expect to heat it up in the oven/microwave

The staff here are always helpful and the food is always good. Prasad served me and was amazing.

Everything was upside-down the Wrap was destroyed very badly mad. it was shredded and torn. the burgers were squashed. we had to rebuild everything. Well disappointed you could see that this was rushed and not a lot spared for quality.!

Drivers clearly delivered a nothing order before ours that was further away, this is why I don't use Uber eats.

The time of arrival kept changing from 18:37 with it eventually arriving at 19:15. The food was cold. Could not understand the driver, was not making sense. The order was incomplete as only received one drink. I want a full refund.

Always a consistent service and quality of food at this branch. Recently I made a mistake with my order and Ravi, the team leader was quick to rectify the issue.

Delivery was very late with no update. location showed he was completely in the wrong area. When he did arrive he was outside his car for 10mins and I had to eventually go to him. Was unapologetic and food was cold

I was there with a friend last night and we were just about to order. We saw that the outfits of the team at the till were incredibly.dirty and their hair were not tied up and all loose. The floors were disgusting. The prep area was also very dirty and the staff at the back were not wearing any gloves. My friend and I changed our minds to get food from there and I don’t think we will ever go again. In the past, not long ago it was all very clean. The place was clean and so were the staff. It is unbelievably dirty now and I don’t believe it is hygiene enough to get food from there whether it is take away or eat in!

Good food and staffs are very friendly especially Ravi. He is the one with good service and he make sure that customers are not waiting for so long.

We placed our order at 8.16pm and it was finally delivered at 9.18pm. 1 hour and 2 min wait and when the food arrived it was barely warm. £25 for a long wait and cold food. Not happy.

This the first time I have ever had KFC. Very impressed with the very fast delivery and great food at a very reasonable price. Will be ordering again soon.

Bit rough and ready but seemed clean enough, only three seats as obviously more of a takeaway or delivery location. Staff pleasant enough but not particularly engaging. A Zinger burger as expected, simple slightly spiced breaded chicken fillet, mayo and some lack lustre but fresh enough iceberg lettuce, chips could have been more heavily salted but were reasonable. Overall fine for a quick fast food bite.

The only things warm in my order were the gravy and the can of drink, the driver was only on the road for 10 minutes but everything was cold and dry. As usual, very disappointed, so I won't be ordering again 😒👎
