London's Pride in Hillingdon

The prices were very reasonable, the food was great, and my server Dhana was amazing! After my "experience" in security, the service/experience at Fuller's London Pride was greatly appreciated!

Service here was excellent. I indicated that I was after a particular spot to sit in and Raz went out of her way to make it happen. Very welcoming staff, food was filling. Great place to visit before a long flight.

Even in an airport, for £21 I expect to get more than a handful of pasta squares as a main course, especially when it's vegetarian. Either the volume should be almost doubled or the price should be almost halved. Flavour was OK although everything was a bit dry, but then I wasn't expecting great quality anyway. Ironically if it had been more reasonably priced, I would have stayed longer and spent more. Management might want to consider that.

Wine was great, food ok but the service was excellent. Raz seated us and checked up to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, went above and beyond to ensure a great time

It's a pub/cafe in an airport terminal and as such it's going to have a mark up in order to take advantage of the endless trickle of hungry flyers. You don't mind when the food and service is good. The service in The London's Pride was acceptable but the food was highly overpriced and very underwhelming. Our food was barely warm, the sandwiches were dreadful and we left hugely out of pocket. And hungry.

Our server Ana was friendly professional. The food was very good as was the Bloody Mary. Just what we needed on a long layover.

Of course you’re a captive market when you’re in the departure lounge of an airport but the London Pride bar in Heathrow terminal two really plunges the depths to a new low when it comes to service. It was so bad we didn’t even stay to eat or drink anything!! The staff are so unmotivated that they really don’t care about the customers. We queued up for more than five minutes, waiting to get a table, along with half a dozen other people, even though In front of us within sight were three cleaned and empty tables. We asked if we could sit down at one. They said not unless you were a party of four. We were a party of two, so they tried to take us to a hot stuffy table right at the back of the restaurant. We said we would like to sit at the front, where it was cooler. They refused point blank to do this because there were only two of us. And then a couple behind us suggested that we share a table for four. The waiter reluctantly agreed to that – only to refuse to split the bill between us! At that point we left and went downstairs to the Big Smoke Brew house, where the staff couldn’t have been nicer and finding a table for two was no problem at all

Decided on London's Pride as the vegan breakfast sounded appealing. What appeared on a plate was not! I will say eating out as vegan is usually a disappointing experience when you have limited options but this place was a new low. The sausage was not a sausage, more akin to an oval onion Baji. The tofu scramble, although had the right spices like tumeric for colour, was a dribbling mess that I can only assume was because the tofu wasn't pressed. The rest was your standard whilted spinach and fried mushroom with no added flavour. But, the worst offence was ordering the plant based breakfast and then ordering some extra sourdough toast only to be told when it arrived they don't serve vegan butter. Would certainly not have knowingly ordered extra toast if it would have to be dry! And all for the extortionate price of over £50!! I think the server knew what a poor show London's so called Pride had put on when she didn't ask how our meal was after hearing it asked at every other table around us. Don't waste your time or money, get a meal deal from Boots or WHSmiths that'll be much more satisfying and save you remortgaging your house.

Arrived before 11 ordered full breakfast asked about allergies, I have none but can’t eat fish as not on order I was ok. Breakfast arrived with eggs smelling of fish, as another choice was scrambled eggs and salmon it was obvious salmon had been on it at some stage and removed. Hash browns replaced with chips, as ordered after 11.. no it was before!!Mentioned the eggs and told chef keeps them on separate plates, err don’t think so. Said if I was allergic I could have gone into shock, told write a review… surely mentioning this straight away would avoid something happening to someone rather than a review that no one will respond too ?? Also boiler was broke so no tea/coffee and charged £46 for the non pleasure of eating here…. AWFUL 🤢😡

They do breakfast well. I got seated at a good table and food arrived quickly. Food was hot, well cooked and used good ingredients. There were two fried eggs but I have never seen such small eggs but at least they were fresh. I wasn't rushed and it set me up for the day.

We were served luke warm coffee and then came the food which was horrible. My wife had a simple bacon roll which was cold and I had eggs Benedict which was cold with a thick, rich luke warm sauce. It wasn't nice and I definitely would not recommend anybody eat there.

Well, not at all what I expected of an airport restaurant. This place is exceptional. It's now up there with my other two favourite breakfast places on Earth (Pinecrest Diner in San Fransisco and Fat Dog in Rotorua NZ). A very full plate, great bacon, perfectly poached eggs and for me its the sausage that distinguishes a good breakfast. I had to get the make of it before I left. Staff are excellent, I don't eat black pudding so was immediately offered extra bacon. I might just start using T2 Airlines more now for breakfast here. Thank you!! Loved it. After a lifetime managing upmarket hotels I'd be happy with this place anyday

Stopped here before our flight. Large restaurant with plenty of table seating plus booths and bar stall seats. Not too crowded so sat on bar seats for drinks. Didn't eat but menu looked good. Drinks were expensive for large Chardonnay £10.10 and pint of London Pride £6.10. Busy staff were very efficient.

Dropped in there a second time in August. Nothing new: same friendly and efficient service, all rather stylish and comfy, very busy this time around, same solid if overpriced food and drinks. Had a sandwich there, plus a mixed salad, and Fuller's lovely Bengal Dancer IPA from the bottle (UKP 6.40). The sandwich was very good, the salad could have used some spicier dressing.

I recently dined at London's Pride, the restaurant located at Heathrow Airport. Upon arrival, I inquired with the manager about their ability to accommodate food allergies (gluten and dairy). The manager consulted with the kitchen staff and assured me that they would take extra precautions to cater to my dietary needs. Encouraged by this, I decided to order a simple meal consisting of steak, French fries, and a tomato. While observing the kitchen's food preparation process, I noticed that the chef was using the same multi-server serving tongs for handling various dishes, such as French fries, fried fish, burger meat, and vegetables. Despite my order being allergy-specific, the chef seemed to overlook the need for separate utensils or additional cleaning measures. This raised concerns for me, as I was hoping for a higher level of attention given my dietary restrictions. When my order was eventually served, I inquired with the waiter about the utensils used in food preparation. The waiter consulted the chef, who claimed that everything had been properly cleaned. However, I had witnessed the entire process and had even taken pictures and a video as evidence. The chef then took my concerns seriously, consulted with a colleague, and prepared a new plate with fresh utensils. Unfortunately, this incident resulted in me falling ill within a couple of hours. I felt deeply disappointed by the experience. It made me question how a restaurant that proudly bears the name London's Pride could overlook such a crucial aspect of customer care. The chef's behavior and approach to food handling were far from what one would expect from someone in his position. Reflecting on the situation, I believe that such a restaurant should uphold the highest standards when it comes to customer safety, especially for those with allergies. If I were the owner or manager, I would certainly reassess and reinforce the allergy protocol to ensure a more responsible approach to food preparation. I regret to say that based on my experience, I cannot recommend dining at London's Pride, particularly if you have dietary restrictions or allergies. The lack of proper attention to these matters is concerning and suggests a disregard for customer well-being. The manager replied they would follow up an come back, but nothing happened. Be careful don’t eat there if you have allergies!

terrible food DO NOT EAT HERE. i’m not sure why british people insist on eating like prison inmates but this restaurant was worse than that. i wouldn’t give a criminal this terrible food. got crispy duck tacos and they were MUSHY, ordered avocado toast and im not even kidding you they put a GUACAMOLE MIX on a slice of bread. not to mention the staff all have terrible attitudes and apparently are unaware that their food sucks. only eat here if you really really hate yourself! if you love yourself go somewhere else

Had breakfast before our flight. Spacious, busy, but quite quiet. The Full English Breakfast is arguably expensive at £16, but I have to say that it was *very* good. Service was prompt and my beer was perfectly poured! My only minor complaint - which is probably down to personal taste - I would have much preferred butter. But, nonetheless, I would return and actually look forward to (some of) my time in an airport terminal! :o)

Was amazed how good this place is. The place has been redecorated - it's not like the main photos shown here. The staff were great - was directed to 2 very comfy armchairs. Food and drink brought to the table. Had the FSB beer. To eat the kofta, broccolli, jackfruit, garlic bread, some items were unavailable - not surprising as the menu is unusual. Was very impressed with the cooking and presentation - it's definitely superior to what you would expect in an airport pub and thought the prices were very reasonable. Left a huge tip. Will be back.

The steak was ok for being at the airport. The burgerbun a little dry. But you don't expect wonder at the airport.
