London Kensington Hotel in Reigate and Banstead

Pedimos comida para cenar y como era despues de las 22.30 nos la prepararon para que comieramos en la habitación. Hamburguesa con papas fritas y pollo con papas fritas. Todo muy bien y lelgó caliente.

Been coming here for years too polo bar. Going down hill since take over tonight was charged £1 for ketchup. Terrible - staff will be next too leave

We stayed here for 3 days and we really enjoyed the place !! It’s real value for money and also this is close to many historic places !!!

I attended the beauty & the beast inspired afternoon tea (Tale as old as time) that they host at the Kensington hotel in London. As a very big fan of Disney and b&tb being my favourite movie I have been waiting to attend since it was created when the live action movie was first created. I didn’t realise how in depth all the dishes are but they really are all unique and incredibly made! All the staff were very kind and offered to take photos of you as you can imagine this was a very photo worthy moment! I can’t recommend this experience enough if you are a fan of the franchise!

Good Value for Money especially on their meal deal. Food was well cooked and presented well.Nice friendly staff.

The room was a mere 'ok' with the shower curtain falling off, the shower-water not properly evacuating making the bathroom somewhat of a swimming pool. The staff however was very helpful, especially the hotel manager, Shaileen. My wife arrived ill and Shaileen took great care of her, and us. She made sure our room was cleaned first so we could already access it, much earlier than the normal check-in time. She also gave us all the good local addresses for breakfast, dinner and shopping. The ones we checked out were all a success, so valuable tips.

They have a really good buffett breakfast that has a lot of variety and taste, service was good and very well run, ask for a table by the front windows.

I had dinner twice at this hotel. The first time, I had a Tikka Masala curry and because of pleasant experience, I returned on the second evening. I was pleasantly surprised how polite and friendly the waiters were (one in particular - an older man). On the second evening, I said I'll try another curry and (silly me) ordered Makhani medium. It was delicious, but I didn't expect it to be that hot. I had no idea what medium meant, but I was told that it was among the offer the least spicy (depends on an individual person if he/she can take it or not, doesn't it). Anyway, when the waiter saw me struggling with my curry, he came over and asked if everything was OK. I told him I could hardly eat it because my mouth was burning. He immediately hurried to the kitchen and brought me back some yoghurt so that I could finish my meal. This was at no extra charge. Portions are big enough, prices decent and I saw others (I think they were Americans) enjoying their burgers and chips). I will be back...
