Loading Bay Cafe in Windsor and Maidenhead

Been waiting to try this spot for ages after hearing about it! So great to have a spot in Windsor serving up banging vegan scran. Dad and I both had the vegan BLT, which was spot on - exactly what I needed after being on teams calls all morning! Mum had the lentil soup, which looked stunning and was dead tasty. Very friendly staff and good vibes all round, can't wait to visit next time I'm in town - thanks guys!

What a fantastic, sneaky, back alley secret. Only locals know (thanks, cuz-in-law!) A small menu but everything was so packed with flavour. Service was relaxed, friendly and helpful. Very cool, yet unpretentious. And 100% vegan a bonus.

Love this place. Relaxed and innovative, serving up the best vegan food in the area. There is a great breakfast and brunch menu , which includes sandwiches made with local artisan breads - including some great sourdough bread. The servings are very generous and packed with yummy, healthy ingredients. If you don't like vegan - you haven't been here!

Sorry, did not find it anything special as a vegan place and the food was something that I could have made at home. Sandwiches would be better if bread is toasted. Staff are great though.

The food is incredible! You do not have to be vegan to enjoy it here, it is so appetising! The team come up such tasty ideas, the vibe is great and the music is brilliant. We have nothing else like this in Windsor it is the place to come to!

The food at the Loading Bay is always incredible but today I was just blown away by the yummy cassava fries! It's so hard to find a place that serves these and even harder to find one that nails them as well as Chris does! I eat a predominantly gluten free diet and had the breakfast burrito wrap but as a bowl with these delicious cassava guys on the side! I highly recommend a trip here :)

This has to be some of the tastiest food I have ever eaten. I'm not vegetarian (or vegan!) and thought I needed meat for taste. These guys blow me away with the variety and depth of flavours in their foods. Inspired from their travels (mostly East) they serve a changing delight of top quality, consciously nutritious, street food style vegan meals. Been coming here about a year. I look forward to each visit, always impressed.

Came with a group of friends having seen/heard good things - the food was really delicious and they gave such friendly service. I ordered one of the bagels, but there wasn’t enough to make a whole one, so they then went out of their way to give me 3 half bagels sampling each of their 3 fillings at no extra cost - ‘salmon’, avocado, and beetroot - impossible to pick a favourite!

Really delicious food freshly made to order. An explosion of taste. The burger was better than most meat ones I’ve eaten.

A little tricky to find and a not a typical cafe but the food..... Delicious made to order vegan food. Forget about highly processed convenience offerings. Small menu but that's fine. This hidden gem seems to belong in East London with its cool, hipster atmosphere. The coffee is outstanding, the staff friendly and the beer amazing. They have such a broad range of events which haven't disappointed me or my friends yet. Amazing work guys!

Fuimos en un poco de una misión para encontrar este lugar después de descubrirlo en Tripadvisor y sentir que era el café más típico de Melbourne con carácter. No es fácil de detectar, y aún más para nosotros cuando llegamos un martes y en realidad está cerrado. Sin embargo, ya que la puerta enrollable estaba abierta y el propietario estaba allí, nos metimos en la cabeza para preguntar, y a pesar de explicar que estaban cerrados los martes, estaba feliz de hacernos un capuchino. Such a nice change from the usual high street corporate coffee shops, which there are an abundance of in Windsor. The Loading Bay is as it says set in a functioning Loading Bay. Which is so cool and original. I've visited here since it opened and it never fails on providing a good quality coffee. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable about their products. Always some good tunes playing too. Would highly recommend a visit or for a takeaway coffee

A lovely hidden gem! The coffee here is brilliant and they always have a great selection of sweet treats to take my fancy! Perfect for a coffee after we've been to one of the classes ran upstairs. I particularly love the Much Brunches thy've been running on a sunday, great music and chill out spaces to enjoy your coffee

Highly recommend The Loading Bay! Unique with excellent coffee and healthier then most cakes made by the lovely Jemma! Lovely people, great vibe and a refreshing alternative to the high street chains. Get yourself down there!!
