Loaded Burritos in Herefordshire, County of

I came to the butter market during lunch in college one time, where I spotted the burritos in the corner, thought to give it a try and found they even have a student discount. Since then, I haven’t been able to go in the butter market without going to get another burrito. They are all delicious and fresh, I would recommend the Philly steak, although it’s the most expensive it’s worth it. The owner is excellent and knows his customers well, he even knows me by name and asked me about college results on results day. Would recommend going there whenever you are in the butter market.

Ordering a chicken burrito it begins with a conversation about the Eurovision Song Contest, 2022. Barney, owner, chef, waiter and gregarious fellow has created a fine market stall business. All rather great. The view from the table, see picture. The food is good too, made to order in an open plan kitchen. I remember the Clapham Common Tiger Tiger. Set in the indoor Hereford Market, the light is fine and ambience, pleasant. At around £6.00 per burrito it is a cost effective meal.

We were looking forward to trying out different food stalls in the market after reading positive reviews about the Butter Market on here. Tried a chicken thigh burrito & was able to pay with card. There was a bit of a mix up so it was a bit of a wait but we managed to sample Thaitastic while waiting so that was fine. Burrito wasn't bad - really liked the beans, but could have done with more spiciness overall. Not as well filled & tasty as other burritos we have tried but it wasn't bad. Wasn't aware I could order it without the tortilla so keep that in mind as an option if trying to avoid carbs!
