Lo Bella in Epping Forest

We did the afternoon tea with Cinderella. The service, food, atmosphere and certainly Cinderella, could not be faulted. The children's afternoon tea is the best we've ever been too. They really understood what the children would and could manage. The adult afternoon tea was huge! Thankfully they gave us goodie bags to take home. We don't live local, but the trip is certainly worth it! Look forward to visiting again.

Booked Lo Bella for a 50th birthday - staff were excellent, helpful, friendly, place was immaculate. Highly recommend

First visit. Very disappointed that the staff couldn't raise a smile. No one else there so being pleasant should be priority.

What a little gem. Love the decor. Especially the flamingo wallpaper a-la Linda Carter (Eastenders!) The sandwiches, cakes and tea were very good. The Bombay Duck cups and saucers I wanted to take home! Grandchildren enjoyed the jam sarnies, scones and unicorn milkshakes. Thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Lovely little cafe with really friendly staff. Amazing cakes and good selection of hot drinks. I will be coming back soon.

I visited here today with some friends and unfortunately had such a horrible experience. When we got there the staff just looked at us in disgrace and everytime we said, are we ok to come in? one lady would say yes and another girl in the background would mutter, no, we don't have space, don't come in! We are all up for supporting small businesses so we decided to still give it a chance. The tea cups had bubbles in it twice clearly from washing up liquid and both times the staff were not happy about changing the cup. The lady was adamant that the cups were clean. Not impressed! All cakes tasted nice but very stale! I would definitely not recommend this place and I'm so glad I didn't book afternoon tea. This place needs to work on welcoming their staff, stuck up ladies!! We were visiting friends in Essex when we stumbled across Lo Bella, a cute and elegant tea room based in Loughton. Upon entering, we immediately received a very warm welcome, were shown to a lovely table and we were looked after really well by Jane. The food was delicious and the Lobella unicorn milkshake was to die for! We will definitely come back when in Essex again. Enjoyed the food, the service and the lovely warm atmosphere.

Came here with sister mum and niece, we had afternoon tea which was delicious. Its a very pretty little place, the staff are lovely would go again They also hire it out for private parties

Highly recommend checking out Lo Bella if your in the area, staff are lovely and ever so helpful! The afternoon tea and cakes were amazing. Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon here with with my friends, will definitely visit again soon.

Beautiful pretty cafe, they have the best hot chocolates and cakes. a good place to go out with friends and family and have a nice lunch and talk. always feel welcome wonderful cafe , also have been to an amazing birthday party here too.

Been here a few times now and absolutely in love with it, really friendly and welcoming staff. Gorgeous drinks and snacks! Perfect little place to meet up with your friends + kiddies x

Brilliant little place for adults and kids, I booked for a family of 6, we had a beautiful time and a lovely afternoon tea my little girls loved it. Staff was friendly. Just make sure you book as it can did get busy.

I had my small birthday/charity function here today. It is a pretty little venue with friendly attentive staff. The food was lovely and fresh. Anything that was not eaten was boxed up by the staff and given to the guests. Everyone got a slice of birthday cake which was carefully put into individual paper bags for guests to take home. The music selected by staff was appropriate for the setting. Overall a delightful time and highly recommend it for a small group function!!!
