What an odd experience. Felt like ordering in fast food joint, not an M&S cafe. Lukewarm food that looked very different from that shown when ordering. Despite this it was very busy and the turnover was fast. Not sure how older people would manage with the ordering.system

Very disappointed, waited at least around 30 mins for my food as 4 staff members were sat outside together on their breaks leaving one person out the front. Was told it’ll be a few more minutes but ended up being another 10-15mins. The service was painfully slow and once we finally got our order they had missed part of it

I ordered a Stuffing Tower Burger box meal at the M6 Northbound J18/19 Northwich Road Knutsford. The service was appalling. The staff member dropped the food on the counter with the drink dripping all over the cup and counter. When I tried to get his attention, he completely ignored me as if nothing had happened. A woman in the back noticed but didn’t intervene. When I opened my food, I discovered the chicken wings and chicken piece were cold. I was shocked and disappointed. I will never go back there again. After checking their reviews, I’m not surprised by their poor service. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was so bad that others need to be aware.

Having to wait 30 minutes for an order is not acceptable, very poor attempt at an apology from the staff. Will not be returning
