Shocking service, unbelievably slow, go to Greggs instead and save your sanity.

Had the best KFC experience in many years here, and this location serves as a role model for other locations. Nice and quiet, efficient & friendly service finishing with fried chicken cooked with perfect texture, not oozing with grease yet also not too dry.

Has to be the worst KFC around. The bins are overflowing, and seats and tables are hit and miss as to being clean or not. Service is mediocre. The till wasn't working, so it couldn't scan my free burger. The Buffalo burger i received was nothing like the poster! It looked like it had been thrown into the box from 3 feet away. And the sauce is awful.

I went in with two of my friends, we tried to order a fillet twister wrap box meal and 6 hot wings. When I tried to scan my free reward for 2 original piece chicken, originally we thought it was for 2 hot wings. When we had told the cashier that the reward was actually for the 2 piece chicken instead, the cashier did not listen and kept the reward as 2 hot wings. we tried explaining the mistake to him countless times. he simply did not understand "the reward is for 2 original piece chicken, not hot wings." upon paying, he decided to entirely remove the reward instead of changing it to the correct one. as well as this, it also took him about 10 minutes to take this simple order, but only a couple minutes to pack it. There was only one assistant manager working the whole of front, (taking orders included). The queue was not long and there were only 4 orders to make, and yet he seemed to be really struggling. An assistant manager should be better than this! I don't mean any disrespect from this complaint. However, I will not be returning any time soon. Thank you.

The quality of chicken wings was so poor, ask them to replace with chicken strip which so salty it was difficult to swallow

nice Three minutes to get a meal is delicious and I met a very nice person quickly.

Don’t bother. Petty sad. Staff seemed unable to cope with a relatively small queue. Lots of tense exchanges behind the counter. One of four screens not working. Worker shouting there’s a 25 minute wait for chicken in a bid to dissuade customers - the only thing they did successfully in our case. Won’t be bothering with this again.

The only things we're hot were the chips ..chicken drum sticks soggy and cold! and tower burger cold chicken ..

Waited 20 mins for a very simple and small order while they did everyone else’s order who had ordered ages after us. Easier just to get a greggs

chicken was drier than an eskimos lips and the chips saddened me deeply not to mention youd need a calendar to time how long the order took to come out

Visited yesterday, friendly staff who took my order quickly. Hot and tasty food. Great service.

terribly ran , 4 johnny’s stood around waiting for food to cook but not serving the till in the meanwhile ? with a fat queue behind me it seems as though no one has initiative there

Slowest fast food outlet I have ever been to. I have been here twice now and on both occasions I've had to wait around 20 minutes for my food after ordering.

This is the worst KFC i have ever been to! I went in wanting to have a 12 mini fillets boneless feast, but was told that they didn't serve this here. I then also tried to order a zinger tower box meal to be told they also don't serve these. What do they serve then? Eventually decided to just order a normal boneless banquet which came and it was cold, chips soggy and gravy runny. £10.29 for this shower of rubbish. Cashier # 80009419 was extremely rude and not helpful when trying to get our order correct. Paid over the odds for sub par food. Will never be returning again. Karen

Missing items. While I was waiting I overheard 2 other customers missing items. I was then missing fries which I only realised after walking outside and came back for them. I hadn't realised I was also missing a mini fillet from my bucket meal, I didn't then go back as I wanted to eat everything else while it was hot. Supercharger dip tastes like curry sweats 🤮 Drum stick had bits of metallic silver on the skin.

Ordered food hardly anything available also the step in manager was an absolute clown All drinks zero no water no real pop Lucky one of the young girls gave me a full refund won't be going KFC for a long time

Horrific customer service- ordered a Zinger Box meal as I always do at KFC but worst experience yet. Ordered it to takeaway and ate in the car as we were in a rush, so only noticed they forgot my beans and only gave me literally 6 chips when I had left. The food had taken about 15 minutes anyway far too long for a fast food chain of its nature. Extremely disappointed considering they charge an extra surcharge at services stations- £12 I’ll never get back!
