M&S Simply Food in Cheshire East

Claims to be open until 11 every night. I have been many times not long after 10 only to find that they have shut. Abysmal. Need to update their open hours to reflect the truth so people are not wasting their time!

I think it is quite a handy little shop this - it is attached to the petrol station and they do sell some stuff which is not Marks and Spencer as well as their own brand. There are a few non petrol parking spaces if you are going to the shop only and there is a cash machine which may be an easier one to get to than other parts of the town. A few people have remarked it is more difficult to get in and out if there is busy traffic, stating the obvious really

Worst customer service ever. Terrible attitude.

Lazy work shy staff that constantly hide in the back and then come out in a mood.

Social distancing not done effectively staff rude over priced food and overall a terrible experience in this stressful time some customers even ruder I'm a regular M&S customer and am happy with all the others but this one is a joke will not go again

The access is good as long as you avoid peak traffic periods. Staff are friendly and very quick to provide service. Prices are marginally higher than some areas but this is to be expected given the higher costs of being positioned in such a prominent and expensive location. There are a variety of other services here- typical of a high street petrol station.

A friendly petrol station with great coffee and great staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an pleasant and efficient visit. Health and safety is at a high and impressive standard, reasons for why your doors need to closed and your children should be safely in your vehicle and away from the pumps will be politely explained if you ask. :)

The most pedantic filling station I have ever visited. Constant announcements about car doors being open, mobile phones and children near pumps. Typical M&S food, very expensive. Nightmare to get in and out of when there is lots of traffic about
