Little london tea shop in Arun

Just passing and popped in to grab a cup of tea to gulp in the car. Nice little tea shop but how they can justify charging £2.95 for a small cardboard cup of tea is mind boggling! Not surprised it was quiet in there!

What a lovely little place! We had the a gorgeous afternoon tea and everything was homemade and very tasty! Great price and lovely service... Highly recommend, We will be back!

We visited today for our son and daughter in law’s baby shower afternoon tea, which was absolutely lovely - perfect venue - with shabby chic vibe with eclectic and pretty china - we were treated to a lovely spread, with made on site sausage rolls, quiches (delicious) and lovely sandwiches with delicious cream tea with made on site scones, brownies and cake - with my absolute favourite delicious lemon posset - with full vegan and vegetarian options available, staff were just lovely and so efficient and very hard working - we will definitely be back when next visiting and would definitely recommend xxx thats a 10 from us!

A lovely little tea shop in Pagham. Breakfast is excellent and their home made cakes are awesome. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We're regular visitors and would recommend it without question.

Visited today after a visit to the chiropractor next door and just had to write a review as the avocado smash with poached eggs and chilli jam was one of the best I have ever had. Even the toast was perfect and not soggy and undercooked like a lot of places seem to serve. What a little gem of a find

Dropped Little London café an email and a few days later, they replied asking to call them. I asked for an afternoon cream tea for my Aunt in Bognor Regis. They advised what it contains and also what time I wanted it delivered. My Aunt really enjoyed the finger sandwiches and was only able to eat a lemon cake and half a scone.

Dropped by for a coffee and croissant. Lovely little cafe. Both welcoming and accomodating. We will definitely visit again. Staff were lovely.

Oh my goodness what a fantastic treat this was. An anniversary gift delivered by lovely Glynis with so much passion for her food, service and customers. Could not fault the amount of food, the quality or variety. We can both eat more than our share but had to leave the huge cheese scones for tomorrow! My Daughter organised this afternoon Tea for me for Mother's Day.... amazing, everything and more you would get if you went to the restaurant. Thank you so much. Included tea, milk and sugar and the chocolate was a wonderful extra touch. My Husband went to collect and it was presented in a covered tray with jam and cream in individual pots. Although we can’t be with them, it was like taking them out for a meal and they loved every bite.We’re looking forward to a time when we can come over and enjoy a meal at the Little London Tea Shop for ourselves.

Me & my partner booked to come here on 26th September as we were staying in church farm holiday park , My partner had the bacon sandwich which he said was lovely I had toasted tea cake with a pot of tea lovely . The owners are lovely and warm and friendly as was the young lady who was working that day I'm sorry I forgot her name we felt so welcome we wish we had time to go again the tea room was spotless lovely plaques on the wall pretty collection of teapots. we took some coffee and walnut cake back with us delicious. keep doing what your doing all the best for the future.

Ideal treat for us all in this cozy tea room. Wheelchair access via a door ramp and a well prepared and spacious table. Plenty of choice and large potions all freshly made. Took left overs away with us.

Came for lunch last week for sister-in-law's birthday and then had lovely walk on the harbour. Food was delicious, all freshly made, and served by very friendly/pleasant staff. We felt very Covid safe - tables were well planned out. That you to Glynis and her staff.

We visited this lovely café for lunch yesterday and what a find! The food was excellent - freshly made and all fresh ingredients. We enjoyed Coronation Chicken sandwich with side salad, homemade coleslaw and chips and homemade sausage roll with the same sides which were all inclusive. The Vanilla Sponge cake afterwards was also yummy! The café owners were very Covid aware with hand sanitizer outside and waiting there for service. All tables were cleaned thoroughly after the previous occupiers. The owners and staff were very friendly and considerate. All in all this is an excellent choice and we are glad that we looked at the Tripadvisor reviews to choose it. Go along - you won't regret it!By the way, they do a special afternoon tea which you have to book but, again, everything is freshly made.

We had booked a take away high tea for 5 people to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday in their garden. When I ordered, the lady was very accommodating when it came to changes in the sandwich/roll fillings, and generally very helpful and friendly. Everything was packed as requested in individual boxes so we didn't have to all share from the same box (Covid aware !), sandwiches, rolls, scones and cakes were all delicious and the portions were extremely generous. Came here on a this afternoon (25/08/20) for a surprise high tea with my nan, I booked via email a few weeks prior to our visit and the lady was extremely helpful when placing my booking! This morning's weather was awful so much wind and horrendous amounts of rain! Our booking was 2pm and I had planned a few other things to do in the afternoon so I quickly emailed the shop to ask if there was any chance I could move our booking ahead an hour which was quickly responded to and wasn't a problem! Upon arrival we were greeted by 3 lovely young ladies who although we were early seated us very promptly and gave us all the health and safety information (Covid 19) needed. The decor inside this cute little tea room was very well executed such a light and cute atmosphere. One of the lovely smiling young ladies came to tell us what was included in our high tea and asked us whether we would like tea or coffee.Unfortunately, the food was so good I completely forgot to take a picture however did remember to take one of my coffee! My grandmother is very fussy when it comes to food and she soon realised that she would only eat the egg and cress sandwiches out of the selection we had... I mentioned it to the young lady and without hesitation she made another egg and cress finger sandwich for my grandmother so we had an equal amount of sandwiches each which I really appreciated!! The scones were warm and divine, and I would be very surprised if you can get a softer Victoria sponge anywhere else in West Sussex! Again unfortunately my grandmother and I couldn't finish it all once one of the young ladies came to clear the table it was like she read my mind and said she would bring over a box for us to take the rest home! After chatting to her and saying how lovely the experience had been she told us that everything is homemade and fresh and you can 100% tell! The customer service was excellent! I was so impressed the atmosphere was lovely and will definitely if ever in the area again have this place high on my list! Thank you so much to you lovely young ladies my nan throughly enjoyed the experience and said how wonderful it was! And only £15! YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Delicious freshly made food, with good portion sizes. Excellent choice, very friendly staff and Covid safe. The afternoon we had was a good portion with tasty offerings with a decent cup of tea. What more could you ask for. Also baby friendly with good facilities for babies, changing mat, high chairs etc, and friendly staff.

We received a warm welcome and due to Covid 19 were given social distance information, hand sanitiser and our details taken for track and trace (as requested under the Government ruling)We were seated by the window and placed our order of 2 Breakfasts. My husband and I agreed it was an excellent choice. Freshly cooked, good quality products used and very filling. This is one of the cleanest tea rooms, with a lovely friendly team, that we have been to. We simply loved it and have full intention of returning.

I booked this via Facebook messenger. 2 persons for high tea on 4th August. Yet when we arrived was just asked if we had booked, not our name.They took my name for the track and trace, so I presumed they would then realise we were there for high tea.Sat down at the table directed to, and given a menu? I said no, we are booked in for high tea.That seemed like a shock to the ladies preparing, and a mad rush ensued to get it all ready.The finger sandwiches were nice fillings, and generously filled.The scones were lovely and warm, however the jam to put on the scones was not nice. Tasted cheap, which was disappointing.The Victoria sponge was massive and excellent, the jam in there was a nice jam.The brownie was small, but excellent in taste and texture.Plenty of tea, loved the cups and saucers, very vintage and elegant.The gentlemen was very friendly, and chatty. The lady that took the money seemed quite stressed.I am glad it was half price because of the deal at the moment. As deffo feel I got my money's worth.

Staff went to great lengths to make us feel welcome and safe. Lovely food, great covid secure measures in place and even accommodated a table move for us as 2 guests are high risk and we felt safer away from the entrance. Cannot recommend highly enough

I woke up on Friday morning with a massive craving for a full English breakfast.I’ve regularly walked by the Little London tea shop and it looks great so it was there we went. And boy, what a great decision!!My breakfast was freshly cooked to order with the best ingredients. It was absolutely delicious and will definitely be going back, especially to tackle their amazing looking cream teas! The service was excellent and we couldn’t have had a warmer welcome. If you’re in Pagham definitely give this place a go.

I organised high tea to be delivered to my parents as a Father’s Day present, they were over the moon and were impressed with the quality, preparation and quantity, topped off with a friendly delivery service. Normally ,when my friend’s birthday comes around I ‘d buy a voucher to the theatre or to a restaurant etc.This year this seemed not such a good idea as I thoughtshe’d have to wait quite a while before she could enjoy her treat. I decided to look for an afternoon tea.I was so lucky to find the Little London Tea Shop.Literally a gem.So,helpful and friendly. My friend and her husband(lucky man got to share) were absolutely delighted with the afternoon tea delivered. Quote”Beautiful homemade fare”.They asked me where they are located as they intend frequenting them.Wish I lived closer as I would to.I’ll have to wait until we visit which hopefully won’t be too long.

Excellent afternoon tea - we came here for a baby shower and they looked after us so well. The gluten free afternoon tea was exceptional, one of the best scones and home made cakes I’ve ever had!

Visited with daughter son in law and four week old Grandson - our daughter has raved about thus shop for four years finically we managed a visit and was not disappointed - warm friendly and accommodating - having a new baby with us we were given a table to enable my daughter to feed the baby discreetly, Refreshments lovely carrot cake scones and sausage rolls all sampled felt unreshed and really enjoyed our visit thank you

On 24th January 2020, I went to the Little London Tea Shop for the second time and it was lovely to be greeted by Glynis and Vikki. Their professionalism with which they prepare the food and make the visitors feel welcome has so few peers. On top of the lovely food and kind welcome, you can guarantee good conversation about anything and everything on a very learned and intelligent level as initiated by the staff.

We have had the pleasure of eating many delicious meals at this establishment, so it came as no surprise, when we asked Glynis and Tony to help us with supplying the catering for a family funeral they were delighted to help.The food was all freshly prepared and completely home made, everything was taken care of down to the dessert forks for the sumptuous cakes.Both Glynis and Vikki, were so professional and attentive, it helped take the strain out of such a sad occasion.Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into making the day so memorable for us, you are all magnificent.

A big thank you to the staff at the Little London Tea shop . We visited today as a treat for my Mother who is 89 prior to her returning to Australia. It could not have been a better treat , Mum loved it . I would highly recommend a visit for anyone visiting the Bognor Area. Thanks again and I will return with the next lot of Australian visitors.

My mum and I came here again as a treat. We had some dainty sandwiches.. cheese and chutney, and coronation chicken followed by scones, coffee and walnut cake with coffee. Superb! We enjoyed it immensely. I was so pleased to discover that a new ramp was in place which made it easier for me to get in and out in my wheelchair! An enormous help.

I arranged to have 5 bacon sandwiches and coffees delivered to my wife(we only live a cross the road) on the morning of our wedding. The service was fantastic, on time and my wife said they were lovely and everybody enjoyed them so thank you very much. We will be in soon when we find time for lunch or breakfast!

We booked a cream Tea as a pre Birthday treat. Tony, Glynis and Sue gave us a warm welcome and advised us of the choices of beveridges, as well as types of scones. These were beautifully arranged, warmed and presented on bone China.

We've been here a few times for breakfast and each time it's been excellent. Good quality food at very reasonable prices and the staff have always been really friendly. Recommended!

Visited for tea & cake, and were a little underwhelmed. The tea & cake was fine, but we felt we were intruding into a break period, and were not exactly welcomed. Perhaps it was an off day.

Absolutely amazing service was so good and welcoming. My nan loved it, cakes were outstanding with a range of cakes and sandwiches. The workers were so kind, they offered to take photos which was really nice. 100% recommend this place.

I was at Bognor Regis for a business and I had 15 mins spare. As I was rushing I ordered latte to take away and it was cold by the time I walk to my car. I would have taken it back but I didn’t have time.

This is a favourite place for afternoon tea or coffee and snack. The cakes are out of this world, made by the the wonderful staff who provide great and friendly service. The lovely teapots and china add to the traditional ambience in the cafe. A great place to relax!

We visit here quite often as we have friends and family in the area. They do the best bacon, brie and cranberry paninis - although everything else is good too! They do great breakfasts and wonderful afternoon teas. Glynnis and her team are so friendly. We never stop laughing when we are here. Fortunately, Glynnis was very forgiving when I accidentally knocked over my latte last Friday. I think I just got a little too animated. Hope the stains came out of the tablecloth - sorry again for being so clumsy!

Owner Glynis and long term member of staff Beth made us feel so welcome. A relaxing and friendly ambience awaits you when you visit this cosy little tea room. It feels like an old friend hugging you and making you feel special. My son is autistic and the staff were understanding and kind beyond words. We chose cheese and coleslaw jacket potato and sausage roll and salad. Also the hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows which was amazing. All was tasty,generous and well presented on china plates. My son also opted for the chocolate ring doughnut which was served once he'd finished his first course. We chatted with the staff and were made to feel like royalty. Thankyou so much for the wonderful experience that is The Little London Tea Shop. We will be returning regularly.

Second time I have been here and once again have had an excellent time. Really friendly and polite staff. Had the standard ploughman’s and it was gorgeous. Will keep going back.

I visited Little London for afternoon tea with friends. Wow! The afternoon tea is delicious with an amazing selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones... I could go on and on. The mismatched china is lovely, the generous (bottomless) teapots and the milk served in little bottles are all part of the charm. We were given a choice of fruit or plain scones, both served with jam and cream of course. Next came our choice of cake from the day’s selection. Three of us chose coffee and walnut, the others went for the lemon. The carrot cake looked great as well I have to say. The finger sandwiches were delightful, but it didn’t end there... we also had a Baileys cheesecake mousse served in little jars, various mini macaroons, lemon tarts with fresh raspberries and mini meringues with cream and blueberries. Fortunately for us Little London is prepared for those who can’t manage to eat it all there and then so we were provided with various means to carry it off home to finish our feast later. I can totally recommend Little London and I’ll be visiting again very soon.

You won't find a better quality tea room anywhere. The cakes and tea are to die for. Large portions of cake. Food is all so tasty fresh and lovely. Well done to Glynnis and the team this is a quaint clean beautiful tea room.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Can’t say enough about how much I love this hidden gem. The ambiance and decor are perfect for traditional tea shop. The food and service are excellent!! In my option, this is by far, the best tea shop for hundreds of miles. Most of this is down to the always cheerful and friendly staff but the food is a very high standard and the afternoon tea is sublime. If you’ve never been here or if you are visiting the area, you must visit.

Nice, quaint tearoom. Not too busy when we went. Quick, polite, friendly service. I rather fancied cucumber sandwiches... not on the menu but they happily made some for me. Fresh side salad. Daughter had a toasted tea cake. Also nice and fresh. Quaint cups and saucers and such a pleasure to have China teapots. Lovely place to have lunch.

I visited The Little London Tea Shop today and felt compelled to tell you all that this little 'gem' of a tea shop. My friend invited us to share a cream tea today and we were served by the owner who made us welcome. We had the best scones ever, they were cooked properly, not doughy and tiny as we have frequently been offered in some tea rooms that we have been to, Vicky made the most delicious scones and man sized too, there was more than enough cream and jam to go with them and we were told that if there was not enough, just call and we could have more. The tea was made in teapots and we were given PROPER china tea cups on fresh clean table cloths which were changed after the tables became free. An altogether happy and enjoyable afternoon with two lovely ladies, I can only say, if you are near Pagham, you should experience this lovely tea room for yourself. Not just for cream tea's because there is a great menu well worth exploring too, oh and did I mention that they use PROPER china teacups? Well they do, and it is so nice. If you like home made cake, you wont want to leave until you have tried them all.

If you like going to tea rooms then this is perfect... nothing is a problem, staff are so accommodating to your needs.. it made our anniversary so special. Will advise to check this gem out...

We booked the Little London Tea Room for a surprise party for my sister and I'm so glad that we did. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They catered to several dietary requirements including dairy and gluten free with no hassle at all. They even decorated the shop for us beforehand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious with a great selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. They have an assortment of vintage plates, cups and tea pots too which gives the place a lovely feel. My sister had an amazing birthday. We can't wait to return.

I treated my Mum to Afternoon Tea and we both enjoyed it immensely. We started with two mini wraps of smoked salmon and coronation chicken followed by egg mayo and cheese with onion chutney petite sandwiches. The delicious scones and jam with cream were as good as I have eaten anywhere! Lastly came our choice of home made cake, which did not disappoint. We were thoroughly spoilt throughout our afternoon treat! All served with a smile and plenty of tea and coffee.

I was part of a group who booked an Afternoon Tea. We were impressed by the generous portions and wide selection of items for us to share. We were especially impressed with the wide selection of teas as not many Tea Rooms would offer so many fruit teas. Very friendly but not over fussy staff were attentive to all our needs. Will definitely visit again.

We booked the Little London Tea shop after looking for somewhere local to us for a gluten free afternoon tea. When driving past it always looks busy so wanted to check it out for ourselves and so glad we did. The home made scones were better than any I have had in five star hotel afternoon teas, gluten free baking can be hard to get right but they have absolutely nailed it. Being a wheelchair user they made sure I was comfortable and it was easy to get in and out. Lovely people and lovely food, we will be back to try more of the menu for sure!

Visited last week while away for half term with the kids! What a hidden little gem! The whole family loved this place! Cream teas and the lovely staff made us squeeze in one more visit on the way home! Would recommend this place to anyone it’s fab! X

Thank you ladies so much. From the initial request through to yesterday's shower itself, the ladies communication and understanding have been fantastic. We wanted to have a low key babyshower, by the request of the mother to be, and the ladies at the tea rooms grasped our request perfectly. The food was beautiful, we all came away suitably full and with a cupcake to enjoy at home, and the fact we could have the shower on a Sunday with the venue to ourselves was just perfect!

Took my elderly mum here for an Afternoon Treat and it was just perfect! The staff are so friendly and accommodating - the fact that our table had been reserved closest to the door when I had happened to mention when booking that my mum may be in a wheelchair showed such thoughtfulness! Our sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious and plentiful accompanied by free-flowing tea, all enjoyed in a very traditional tea room setting. It was also excellent value for money!

This little gem is tucked away in the corner. Thoughtful little touches like china cups and saucers make all the difference and it is delightfully clean, fresh and friendly. I have been a couple of times, enjoyed it thoroughly and left both times with a smile on my face. There is a good choice of teas, homemade cakes and snacks all good quality, well cooked and presented. The owners and staff make this a great place to relax and chat ... and of course eat!

If I could go in here every day I would . The owners are amazing friendly helpful lovely people including there staff they couldn't do enough for us including my children with additional needs . The staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and made so much effort with my children.

What a fantastic place. Service, staff fantastic and afternoon tea, tea/coffee with scones of choice, jam, cream, cake, lemon posset, couldn't fault a thing. Amazing value for money and well worth a visit. I for one will definitely be going back with husband next time, today was with a group of lady friends. Don't miss this little gem if you're anywhere near Pagham.
