The service was quick and friendly. The coffee was fine - an enjoyable cup to pick up. We stopped by on consecutive days.

My train was cancelled from Portsmouth to Three Bridges last week. Massive pain. Went to look for coffee and a bite to eat and came across this place. It had a really cool, laid back vibe. The panini was delicious, the cake was the same and the coffee was really nicely made. The service was also excellent. I paid for a bottle of water and accidentally left it behind - the guy serving ran up the road to find me and give it back to me. He was super friendly, welcomed my dog and served everything really promptly. Can't recommend it enough. I never go to Barnham, but I might be back now!

A small independent cafe that serves excellent coffee with care for the bean and the person. I always enjoy the chat along with a superb cup of coffee.

I adore going to this cafe. I love the choice of drinks available, there is always something new to try. I recently had the coconut latte, and it was just wonderful. I've eaten salads, sandwiches and soups here; not only have they been scrumptious, but so well priced. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and there is even a customer toilet and available seating despite the dinky size of the cafe. The owners are lovely people and nothing is ever too much for them. I will continue to visit the Sussex Barista to enjoy a wholesome lunch or a tasty beverage whenever I can, it's really worth the visit!

Tiny little place that serves some of the best coffee around. Speciality coffees change each month. John, the owner, is super-friendly. Aluminium tables and chairs outside if the weather is balmy. Tea also available, and light snacks. Opens at the crack of dawn to catch the dreaded commuters.

I visited Sussex Barista several times while staying locally and enjoyed it on every occasion. The coffee is excellent and I like how, often, you have a choice of coffee beans for your drink. Also a good range of sandwiches and cakes available.

I love to support small businesses and this one is a fantastic little coffee shop serving quality drinks. We really are coffee snobs but we couldn't pick a fault with this place. Delicious coffee, hope the owner stays around!

I love coffee and this place has the best coffee in Barnham. It's popular with the locals and you may have to queue a bit but it's worth the wait. I ordered one of their freshly made sandwiches for the first time earlier. I had coronation chicken, it was filled very generously, very tasty and I would definitely buy sandwiches from here again!

Xavier at El Santo Tattoo recommended this lovely cafe. The food was so good we visited twice. There are dog friendly cafes and there are those that are dog welcoming. Juna is one of those, a cafe where you can ask for a menu of Woofchester dog treats, for good dogs only. Lots of pretty homeware and cards perfect for gifts. Great selection of cakes and the best bacon sandwiches ever. Thank you Juna, what a lovely place to visit.

The coffee is brewed to the perfect temperature. Tim knows and remembers everyone's name, order and stories they tell him, making him the perfect barista. Yes, at times there is a long queue but definitely worth the wait, considering that every cup is made separately. Tim never uses the same steam milk for 2 different orders. Highly recommend this place.

This is a small café, right in the heart of the town. Due to its popularity, it is often busy; this coupled with its limited size makes it somewhat "cosy", but this is offset by the efficient service, good food and drink. We ate in, having the "light breakfast" at the top of the menu, which arrived quickly, well cooked and presented much as one might expect and most enjoyable. Due to the limited space, at busy times, there may not be room to accommodate groups of greater than four people.

We found Deligo after seeing good reviews online. We had toasted sandwiches for lunch which were well cooked, not too greasy and full of flavour. The service definitely came with a smile and we were made to feel like valued customers. Pleasantly surprised when we came to pay.
