Little India in Plymouth

It’s a totally waste of money , just discarded more portion . No taste at all and it’s look like not fresh chicken. I never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the whole meal wasn't hot, just tepid. The onion bhajee was good, as was the vegetable curry, probably nicer hot. Just one prawn, and tough lamb in the biryani, and the naan was bland and dry. Overall, disappointing.

Had King prawn Biriani. Bland small prawns. Vegetables like they came out of a tin. Chips cold and dry. Soft chewy popadom. Best thing was the can of coke. Won’t order again, obviously.

Delivered late. Some of the items cold. The curry though, was a special kind. It was the weirdest lentil and tomato soup with chicken chunks. Not sure I could call it a curry.

The lamb samosas were delicious, the keema rice was spot on and the curry was full of meat ! Definitely will order again , throughly enjoyed my takeaway

We left most of us. Not nice at all. The lamb tikka masala almost tasted like ketchup, the colour was completely off too. The lamb was so bitty and chewy. Left the whole dish. The vegetable korma was at least edible but over powered with too much veg so could barely taste the korma sauce. The egg fried rice portion was miniscule. How can you go wrong with naan bread? It was stale and dry. The poppadoms were the only nice part. The food was lukewarm, which is surprising considering I am on the street of the shop. We will not order again.

The Food was delicious, the poppadoms were crispy and not greasy. The Chicken tikka masala was full of juicy chicken , and the keema rice was the best I’ve had . We will be ordering again .

Arrived on time. Unfortunately wasn't very warm it had to be reheated on arrival. Unfortunately an hour after eating I suddenly became unwell, it's now 3a.m and I'm still poorly. I will be avoiding this place in the future

I've lived all over, and I've tasted great food, and this is great food, but the golden star is the consistency of quality, it never fails. Thank you!

The food was cold and watery, delivery time wasn’t too bad. We have had it from them before but has put me off having it from them again.

My order was a little late and they gave me lots of complimentary items. Poppadoms extra naan etc. Super tasty would definitely recommend. Great stuff!!!

Absolutely gorgeous food once again!, I can only say from other reviews you’ve been extremely unlucky to have not had phenomenally tasty food from here!, I will agree completely with the reductions in portions over the last year whilst keeping the same prices does grate a bit but the food and service is always top notch!

absolutely horrible forgot 2 curry’s and refused to deliver them and claimed that we didn’t order them after reading out our order 3 times including the two curry’s

popadums stale, both Currys lacked flavouring, naan bread was cold. food was hot when delivered and portion size very good.

Absolutely terrible. Always a bad sign when the food literally gets delivered within 11 minutes of ordering. Korma was cold and incredibly runny… didn’t taste the slightest bit like a korma! Really disappointed. I’m not a fussy eater at all but this was disgusting, wish I had a microwave curry from Iceland instead!

Didn’t get half of my order, no onion baji, no cheese nan, didn’t get the right rice or the right drink

The rice last night, I don't know who was responsible for it, but they need a promotion. fluffy grains of savory heaven. There is some real talent working here, and the love they pour into their food is wholey apparent.

Ordered from Little India a few times in the past when I moved to the area in 2021 but ordered more frequently recently but never got round to reviewing. Absolutely gorgeous vegetable korma, flavoursome pilau rice, chips and it's not a stretch to say the most tasty sag aloo I've ever had. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended 👌

Chicken tikka masala was nice. But the balti had so much salt in it, it was really overpowering that all we could taste so couldn’t eat it. The chips were not nice and the poppadums were not crispy

Always been my favourite but tonight the sag paneer burnt, chips were cold and the poppadoms soft. Also why say its on the way when it's not? The jaflong is always great.

Amazing and perfect timing, 3 times in a a row now everything we’ve had has been hot, delicious and the portion sizes are amazing! Loads of really well cooked meat and so much flavour! This is our favourite takeaway by far!

These guys have been our go to place for the last 7 months when we fancy a curry for a number of reasons!! Firstly, Food is always piping hot when delivered, and delivery is always super fast! Secondly, my partner has recently developed an egg allergy, and these guys seem to go above and beyond when it comes to letting us know if any dishes we order continue egg or traces! They will call before prepping if a dish we have chosen is not suitable! Honestly, cannot praise these guys enough.

Ordered chips but they weren’t in the delivered order and food wasn’t nice at all the korma was very watery and didn’t have much flavour the mint dips were also very runny and thin and not much taste overall it wasn’t worth the money and definitely won’t be using them again.

The korma is beautiful and thick and creamy!! The rices are full of flavour and will order again and again unless I get a bad order, which so far I havnt. On time or early great service friendly driver ❤

Very disappointed that little india have changed the dish the curry comes in. It is now half the size, but the same price. I regularly order but now I wont be.

I ordered food and a Pepsi can. The delivery person was in rush and ran away after I got the bag. I didn't receive the Pepsi can when I called them and asked they told that they will refund the amount. But till now it's not refunded.

I don't know what deity cooked my takeaway, but it was the most incredible lamb biryani I've ever had. The portion was generous with an added popudum and some salad (not sure why there was salad but i suppose why not, i appreciated it anyway), and the delivery was swift. The delivery guy was also nice. Have ordered before and will order again :)

Butter chicken was sickly sweet. No taste of curry spice at all. Tasted like it had been drenched in syrup. The naan was great though.

At first it took almost an hour for the delivery and secondly I ordered chicken biryani and chicken fried rice which was similar to eachother in looks and taste but others were neutral not good not bad so I’m not really that satisfied with the food.

Needed to eat at home at short without bother. Hit online a Deliveroo set up called Curry in a Hurry trading from Little India in Armada Street. Extensive enticing well described menu. Delivered a mile quickly and hot. We had a medium sauce mushrooms and chick pea, a chicken dansak, naans and freebie popads. Not expensive. Pleasantly surprised by efficiency and tastiness. Might well use again.

Great food, got an extra poppadom

This was the best Indian Meal myself and partner have had in years!! The Korma was Beautiful 😍 very creamy and tasted amazing!! The plain curry was also nice and the rice dishes egg fried rice and chicken rice both extreamly Tasty!! Got an extra nan bread and poppadoms added i think Because we spent over 25 quid? We will definitely be ordering from this place the next time we fancy an Indian!!! 5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Order was late, didn’t add cutlery as requested neither was there rice that came with it. Food not good, o ly response was everyone does it like that. Pathetic.

Almost died, menu on delivery app did not specify peanuts as a main ingredient, went into anaphylactic shock, stopped breathing and had to be taken into hospital, I my partner had not of administered my epi pen, I would have died

10min late overall however the food was good and was still hot.

I only gave the one star so I could leave a review its not worthy of that. People do not waste your money on this absolute filth. The delivery driver must of walked here it was that late. The chicken tikka madras was full of water as if it had been taken out of the freezer and reheated. There is more spice in a slice of bread. The keema naan was minus the keema but did have a bit of reddish colouring in the middle. Don't even talked to me about the onion bhaji that was like chewing a dog hair encrusted manky old carpet. Prison shlop would be an upgrade!

All 3 curys were cold on of the rices were cold was looking forward to this and so was my partner just to be disappointed was not impressed
