Ordered a curry from here had a black hair in my curry, rang the restaurant told me that they’d refund me or send me out more food I said I’d like a refund on my card he then proceeded to tell me he’d deliver the money to my door instead as it was quicker than waiting 3-5 days for a refund off just eat😂😂 absolute scammers poor food quality 🤮 he also fully admitted the fact there was a hair on the food and said “that would be from the boys in the kitchen sorry”. Never ordering again.

The best takeaway we’ve ever had. It’s now our takeaway of choice. The sag aloo is sublime. Bengal curry is fantastic. Really happy service too. Think they are great

Best Indian I’ve had, probably ever, really catered for my mums needs and still outperformed themselves, the service was amazing and gave a really friendly and family orientated vibe. Could not recommend them enough and would urge everyone who loves a tasty Indian takeaway to get down there, 5 stars all day long

Avoid. The food was very bland. There was a stand of hair in my food and there was a piece of chicken that looked raw. It was my mistake to throw that piece in the bin before calling the restaurant, however the customer service was equally as appalling. I was hoping for a refund with my food repacked and ready to be sent back, but if not, I thought that I would atleast tell them on the phone to let them know about the food, so that it was not served like that again to anyone else with minimal damage to their business as it wouldn’t be posted online. When the take-away was called and informed, one of the employees said: ‘I will come to your house and pick it out of the bin to see if it is raw’. I was uncomfortable with unknown people coming into my home and I told them that a refund was not necessary and that I would atleast give them a review over the phone directly instead of just writing a review online. To that, they circled back and started an unnecessary argument, denied there being a hair, the chicken looking raw and accused me of lying… Overall, Terrible customer service, food was not worth the money, a piece of hair was found, one piece of chicken looked raw and the kitchen was unable to handle any criticism and worse, decided to press on coming into my home to pick chicken out of my bin… instead of letting me know that a refund was not possible.

Great counter staff and delivery drivers. A little more expensive than some others but you can taste the difference.

Delicious vegetable curries, pilai rice and plain naan bread, believe me you do not need flavoured naan here! The vegetable madras if rich and full of flavour and the Saag aloo is out of this world and heavenly too. They kindly added 3 scrumptious onion Bhaji's free to our order which was a lovely surprise.

The experience at this establishment was utterly disappointing, particularly due to the unprofessional demeanor of the staff. The ladies at the front desk exhibited a cheap and dismissive attitude, coupled with rude behavior that left a sour impression. They seemed to assume that customers were there to seek freebies, which is both insulting and degrading. Such a mindset not only undermines the reputation of the business but also reflects poorly on their training and professionalism. To make matters worse, the owner appeared to be clueless about how to handle customers effectively. Instead of addressing concerns or fostering a welcoming atmosphere, their approach felt indifferent and unhelpful. A customer visiting their premises deserves respect, courtesy, and proper assistance—not condescension or apathy. Spending money at such a place feels like a waste when the service fails to meet even basic standards of decency. The lack of proper customer service highlights a severe gap in management and employee etiquette. It’s baffling that an establishment would allow such behavior to persist without rectification. Good service is the backbone of any business, and this one clearly lacks it. In the end, visiting here feels less like an enjoyable experience and more like a regrettable ordeal. Such treatment not only drives away potential customers but also tarnishes the credibility of the establishment in the long run.
