Little Dessert Shop in Worcester

Waited 40 minutes to be rudely served. Ordered a COLD pancake and a cappuccino without a spoon. Workers swearing and shouted "what do you want" when my friend ordered a bottle of water. Not a good birthday meal

After interacting with staff here today. I must say the experience was the worst customer service I have seen in my life (over 10 years working within this sector myself). Zero care, zero professionalism, just unhappy people who would rather argue the toss than move forward and fix problems. Edit: Great to see you researched me. but why are you answering complaints I didn't give?

Very disappointing from taking the order, not organised, brought the desert and not cutlery, not to mention that I have found a piece of plastic in the wafe. I don't recommend it !

I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for the past year, and I have always been highly satisfied with both the quality of the food and the level of service provided. However, my recent visit last Friday was marred by a disappointing experience. The behavior of one of the employees at the shop was particularly concerning. She displayed rude and dismissive behavior towards the delivery drivers who arrived to pick up orders. Additionally, I observed some staff members inside the kitchen directing customers in a brusque manner, instructing them to grab menus from the check-out area and place their orders with what seemed like a lack of respect. It's vital for the staff to treat all customers with the respect they deserve. I must highlight that in previous visits, there were exemplary staff members who consistently demonstrated respect and courtesy towards the customers.

The milshakes from here are amazing ! Especially on a sunny day; absolutely love the outside sitting area.

The decor was lovely , couldn’t ask for better service from the staff. The pancakes were perfection both presentation and taste.

One of the crew member name Lino he was very good and hid dealing were fine for us and the shake that he made was awesome never tried before all he was very kind with us..

Absolutely shocking! Placed an order at 9pm . Food was delivered at 11:15! Asked my uber driver why the delay and they told they haven’t started order 2 hours later !Not only that but a waffle and cookie dough was missing from the order ! 4 ice creams missing . Tried to call the place but got hung up on . Would never order again !!

I visited this shop on Sunday. The shop is beautifully styled with plenty of delicious sweets and ice cream options. The service was exceptionally polite and professional. A young lady helped me choose an ice cream and the service was quick and easy. I'm happy to come back here again.

Been tonight. The attitude of the girl serving us was awful! No hairnets worn in kitchen. The toilets are out of order so no way to wash hands considering things like donuts are finger foods. No apology for toilets out of order. Food was not as advertised for example in pictures Bueno cookie dough had 4 pieces of Buenos, in real life it only had 2. Really disappointed and will not return.

The place is very beautiful and ambient to have the desserts. The deserts were very delicious especially the milk cakes and the waffles (strawberry sensation). Would love to visit again. Recommended.🥹❤️

we went in this evening to order a couple of milkshakes because we wanted a sweet treat and we’ve never really had an issue here before, i ordered two chocolate blast milkshakes and they came out as sundaes. at first we thought it was a mistake as it happens sometimes which is fine, but then the woman who took our order at the till came over and said that i had ordered to 2. chocolate blast brownie sundaes and then had proceeded to say that i never said milkshake.she then had also said that she wouldn’t have made a mistake and that she had double checked my order with me and that i said it was correct, i said it was right because i was under the impression that i was getting two milkshakes , after all of this the woman didn’t offer to make us the milkshakes we wanted and we would have paid for them and because of this it felt like the only option was to take the sundaes. At the end of the day we understand that mistakes happen especially in hospitality but we don’t appreciate how it was handled and we don’t appreciate being blamed for a mistake that wasn’t ours.

We came here as a group of 6 for my friends birthday, the service was lovely and we felt very welcomed! The dessert was delicious, and they even let us light a cake for my friends birthday and played a happy birthday song for us! Will definitely be coming back!!

Good menu and sweet customer service. Booths to sit in. Ice cream nice quality but one of them was better than other as one tasted refrozen in texture. But over all okay. Place is pretty but needs a clean. Reusing dirty paper menus - get some laminated or let people pick up fresh ones and recycle used as it’s a bad first impression.

Called them over telephone asking about which hot chocolates they do...The girl on the phone said she didn't know and to look on the Internet on the menu. Ridiculous. Went and got the empress pancake and 2 s'mores hot chocolates...weren't even given spoons for hot chocolate...Pancakes came out late and were cold. Presentation was good but no point in presentation if the food isn't appetising 🤔 also there was a poster just randomly on the floor as we walked in. Overall an underwhelming experience.

I dined in this restaurant last week Tuesday and I enjoyed my service from a lovely staff called Gold.

The food was nice and the service was good, I got served my a lovely girl called Humma and she provided excellent service.

Best dessert shop I've been too. Decorated lovely, Friendly staff. Humma services was amazing, especially with my chaotic daughter. And the dessert taste unreal 😋 💯% recommend 👌

Amazing service, served by a lovely lady named Humma, gave us little choc brownie bites on the house! Great music, lovely decor and clean tables etc. Crepes were absolutely YUMMY! Humma dealt with a little payment issue when we were ordering very well! Will be returning :)

Called in on the way home for a quick crepe, was greeted by friendly staff who were up for a laugh and a joke. Zuzanna looked after our order and put up with our shenanigans. Food was great, a good place to call in for a little something sweet on the way home.

Delightful Escape into a sweet world. The cheesecake was a creamy delight paired with the indulgent cookie dough. Perfect atmosphere with friendly staff. Would surely visit again!!!!

Service was abysmal, got the order wrong twice, forgot to bring out the drink and the "cheesecake" I ordered was frozen solid. Kept apologising for the wait but honestly it doesn't really help.

Staff are okay they try there best. The food was amazing and cheap. My sister ordered half a waffle and they accidentally gave her a full one what a bargain would come again.

We went to the Worcester store, after a great lunch on my husband's birthday, we were with my father and my babies. My father tried to go to the toilet but they told him that it was out of order, I asked when they would fix it and they told us that they had no idea. The girls' attention was good and the desserts were delicious but it is incredible how a place with tables does not have a working toilet for customers.

The front of house staff, the girl with blonde hair had a miserable attitude. My partner and I have been to many eateries and she was really the most rude person we have met.

I came in here little over an hour ago with my sister and there were two young women manning the front, they were absolutely lovely and the food was quick to arrive and high quality - they gave us free brownies on the house too which was very kind of them. will definitely be coming back

I arranged my baby shower at the little dessert shop, I didn’t know what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised!! 🩵 my friends were allowed to decorate, arrange tables and choose music, it all looked stunning when I got there. The girls were incredibly friendly and worked really hard to get everyone’s order out. We were given complimentary treats which I was not expecting and a beautiful dessert presented to me from that which was so kind!! The desserts were just divine and very filling, all my guests loved the food as well. Thank you for making my baby shower memorable and so lovely!! Would highly recommend for a little party or even just to try the desserts, there is soooooo much to choose from!! 😋

If you're in Worcester and in need of a sweet treat, then definitely stop by the Little Dessert Shop! I had the Twix/Galaxy caramel chocolate cheesecake and my partner had ice cream, and we were both very impressed. Clean, comfortable booths and friendly staff too. Will be back next time we're in the area!

We were the only people in there with the music turned right down so there was absolutely no atmosphere at all. The food was served quickly however, it was cold. I had a Turkish delight hot chocolate and could hear the staff talking amongst their selves to try it as one of them thought she had made it wrong! Didnt exactly fill me with confidence! Then when it did arrive (after our food) it was barely even luke warm. No one checked in on us while we were eating so we left pretty promptly and won't be rushing to go back.

The desserts were really good and I had an amazing costumer service from Kleo! Would come back again

Me and my boyfriend came for dessert in the evening and ordered a sundae which had no description of nuts in, however, as I was eating I noticed a lot of nuts in the ice cream. We told the girl on desk and she apologised and said they ran out of chocolate ice cream so used the one with nuts in instead, but they didn’t tell us this before serving. She also said the girl that made the sundae was new and used this as an excuse. We got a refund but if one of us had a nut allergy this would’ve gone down a lot worse.

My self and my daughter visited late one evening, great decor terrible ambience. The guy serving was so polite, however it felt we were in a uni complex as groups of males were walking in and out the whole time hanging around the ordering area. The order did take a long time, and to be honest the picture overkilled what was received. I have read the reviews from other customers and each to their own, for me personally at least try and deliver what's being sold!, and dust the box on the counter ! Maybe because it was later in the evening ingredients were not available wait time times were longer, I'm giving three stars for the server who held it together like a champ !

Visited here with a friend last week and thought the food was really nice. It was fast service and was served by a very friendly waitress. Don’t know her name but she had black hair in a bun.

Awful. Walked in and had a cold welcome from the staff. Ordered some ‘Italian’ gelato that literally tasted like cheapest shop bought ice cream you can get. Everything else tasted frozen straight out the freezer and sickly sweet. Massively overpriced (a girl on the till said to me ‘yeah it’s expensive I know’ when I was about to pay!).

Me and my children had a great experience at dessert shop. Desserts were delicious 😋 Thank you again we will be back soon

Absolutely horrendous staff, never in my life experience such terrible service and various threats including smashing my face, I left that shop fearing for my life and I was then followed by the staff and owner to my car who recorded myself and my 7 year old daughter and our car reg and threatened to find my car and smash it up. Luckily I recorded their threats aswell as them following us which I have now passed to West Mercia Police and I will be pressing charges. Note to owners : recording someone isn't an offence however threatening someone is, for future reference.

Beautiful place! Delicious food! 5 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service. Ladies, instead of dealing with customers, preferred to talk and browse tik toks. I would love to come back if the service was nicer.

Rude customer service from ( Tetyana). She had no clue about anything on the menu and the young girl with the braids was just sat there on her mobile phone the entire time. Was told 12 min wait for 2 takeaway orders and ended up being an hour. Arrived home with my takeaway to find barely any strawberries and barely any crepes, the trio box we got looked nothing like the one advertised on the menu. The girls who work there have no training whatsoever and could do with better communication skills. Won’t be coming back.

As a foodie with a sweet tooth, when we walked by this chill dessert shop, I was blown away by their scrumptious selection of sweet treats! The impeccable service of Zara & Humma by customizing our order made the delicious desserts we ordered even better! I would highly recommend this place for a lounge spot with plenty of amazing dessert options to choose from :-)

Lovely staff and excellent desserts! Came here for the 2nd time after visiting a few weeks ago and again we had excellent desserts and customer service. We ordered two crepes and were given a complimentary chocolate salted caramel brownie to try! Both crepes were nice and hot and delicious. Worth a visit for a lovely treat!

It's quite a new place with not so obvious shop front but definitely a hidden gem! The ICE CREAMS were heavenly and the brownies... so seductive. Great for family day out, a classy date or quick treat :)

Very tasty desserts, comfortable space and friendly staff. Incredibly slow and understaffed, waited 45 minutes for one milkshake, one sundae and two gelato. Delivery orders prioritised over customers in the shop, so definitely order delivery rather than coming in.

Please ignore the previous reviews and don't waste money here. The service was incredible rude, the crepe was raw, amd the coffe was awful.

Ordered via Deliveroo today and really disappointed, cookie dough cost over £9 and was really small and arrived cold, chocolate brownie over £6 and was tiny, on the pics on the deliveroo website it looked big but on arrival it was really small, kinder bueno milkshake was average at best, won’t be ordering from here again any time soon

We popped in with the kids and had some delicious waffles they were really light and freshly made and the service form the staff was great. Will definitely come back for more.

Lovely place and the food was nice, but they decided to make and bring out each dessert individually, for a group of six. The first dish came and then every 5 minutes the next came, it took half an hour for them to bring out all 6 of our desserts.

Food was amazing and freshly served by Humma who checked up on us regularly and made me and my friends feel like a priority. highly recommend and I will definitely be going back, amazing service.
